The sales process was fast and simple. The overall quality of the home is very good. There are little things that are annoying, however, the warranty team are always quick to respond and get the issue corrected. We are very happy with the quality of the plank flooring, but disappointed with the quality of the carpeting. The kitchen is wonderful, lots of cabinets and space. The gas stove, microwave and double ovens are very nice and easy to use. However, for a gourmet kitchen, the refrigerator is way too small and the dishwasher is lacking in quality. There is ample lighting inside and out. It would have been nice if the design team would have included dimmer switches for the ceiling lights on all three levels. Also, the front porch steps have no railing. I’ve been told that the steps are longer and therefore are not required to have a railing and that reduces the cost. I will say, it’s only two steps, but, it’s two steps that someone could easily fall on. Common sense is free, but liability insurance cost money. The basement is dry, even after lots of rain, including 3 inches in one day. The sump pump system is well designed and has a battery backup. The electric panel has a whole house surge protector and there are plenty of electrical outlets throughout the home. The garage is huge and can fit two large vehicles and two golf carts. There is plenty of space in the garage and basement for storage along with closets throughout the house. Overall, our experience went great! Very happy with the house. The sales team helped us find the house we needed and really helped us feel like comfortable the whole time. Construction manager was excellent at having the home ready grateful for that as well. Really loved our experience and would consider buying from Lennar again if we decide to relocate again. Thanks again!

Didn't have a smooth process.

Thing was not done on time and still not done after closing , finance team was not good, and communication was horrible.

Great experience and smooth process since the first the sale associate Brad took care in showing us the home. Brad went above and beyond until the closing process. Brad is amazing!!!

Crooked walls, unresponsive employees, horrible craftsmanship, some of the worst mud and tape I’ve ever seen, uneven floors, absolutely no pride taken in the building or selling service

Tuvimos varios inconvenientes: 1. Nos asignaron la casa que no habíamos escogido y la compra se retrasó un mes y medio. 2. La casa la entregaron con muchos defectos de pintura, grama del jardín, detalles en la madera y mal pintada o sin pintura en el garage. 3. La firma de los documentos fue toda una pesadilla. Y nos sentimos mal tratados por parte de Lennar. 4. Solucionar los problemas de la casa es todo una odisea y más cuando eres extranjero y no estás en USA. Realmente no compraría otra casa con Lennar.

Overall I’m happy with the house. Before purchasing I inquired about the dead sod and was told fit needed heat to grow and the “good” areas of the yard was a different kind of sod. Well it’s not growing and was told they would deal with the neighborhood as a whole. That was 6 weeks ago and still no answer. After a month of watering the shrubs on the hill they just died and not just mine all 4 other houses have died too.

The truth is that I felt cheated after moving to a new house and I started to discover that they used the worst possible finishes on the inside of the house, because I didn't inspect the outside. The paint on the inside is ridiculous, they used the worst quality paint. In short, everything they used on this house was the cheapest thing in construction. Now we have to live with this horrible thing here or spend a lot of money to improve it. I don't recommend anyone invest in these Lenar houses.

Baseboards were coming away from the wall in several places

The worst quality, when I received home inspector pictures, i thought something exploded inside terrible quality nasty people to deal with, cocky, arrogant

I had three issues within the first month of moving in, vent latch not closing, sprinkler drip line coming loose and a crack in my sewer line underneath the driveway. Upon reporting those, they had a team fixing those issues. Although it was annoying to deal with, they were very responsive with resolving the issues. The bathrooms don’t come with towel racks for some reason. Lastly, I wish the gates were on the wider side of the yard. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and I have no regrets with the people I’ve worked with.

Buying a home is very stressful and there was a delay in closing but all through the proceess there was good communication about what was going on. The sales team and the builder team were responsive and helpful. To date any of the issues we have had after the sale have been addressed promptly.

Area manager , const manager and warranty manager stepped up to the plate and took care of all our concerns . This is our second lennar home in 1 year and have referred others .

This is our first home and Lennar made this experience so nice.

Fabulous, From The First Time I Walked Into Your Home, It Was Love At First Sight. Everything Went Great From The Beginning Of My Journey To The Day I Received My Keys To My Home. I Had A Little Snag, But We All Worked Together To Get Through The Journey. Thank You All.

Excellent experience with Lennar construction & services

Felt like an old style three bedroom apartment. Sharing bathroom especially. Your architect Do not know how to use the space smartly wasted a lot of space . 1. For the price we paid it is not worth I felt 2. Agents pushed us into it when I was away from the country 3. For two bedrooms one bath room 4. 2.1 mil house and no pantry 5. No compensation for the buyer agent Overall my experience with you guys is very unsatisfactory

Next house I buy I will de looking for Lennar.

Hello! My expirence doing the financial process with Lennar it wasn't pleasant as I was actuallyexpecting. The person that it was in charge of requesting information seemed she didn't know what she was doing. She made the process stressful. We had a back up Lender and the process was simple and way easier. The day that we received the keys was another stressful day since the garage didn't open and one of the keys open the house once, but didn't work again until Lennar come and fix them 2 weeks later. When finally we come inside the house I almost cried because the house has stains all over and the floor was dirty. The house was not the way it was promised. On the orientation they told us that we will receive a voucher for paint and we haven't receive it. So far I love my house and the community. Also, it is easy to report something when it breaks and Lennar makes sure everything is fine. ... More

I haven’t bought a brand new home from a big company ever. The buying experience was very professionally done. Your system of information is exceptional and closing was very smooth. I’m very thankful for the warranty. Unfortunately, since we moved in less than two months ago, we have had six warranty issues already. I am just praying that this is not going to be the case the whole time we own the house.

Overall experience is great. Great communication and support. I feel Lennar can do better with materials quality. Using cheap vinly for windows and doors is not good.
