I had a great experience with the entire purchasing process. I didn’t feel pressured at all by the sales team, the finance team was prompt with communication and the the builders kept me informed every step of the way. I really enjoyed the process.

Moving is stressful but Bruce made the home buying experience very straight forward.Gene at Lennar mortgage was superb even so there were a few issues he sorted them all out and kept it on track.Following our move I have to say that whenever I reported the odd issue Lance and his team responded very quickly and rectified the issue.Overall a very good experience and I would highly rate the service received by these members of The lennar team as they made the difference

His responsiveness on any questions was immediate: he showed us our future home as many times as we asked him for that, while taking the decision; diligently went us through all the paperwork with thorough explanation of all the important things, connected us with the Lennar’s preferred lender and was always on top of any question along the way!!! A 5-star agent!!! We enjoy the quality of our home every day, and so far no issues at all. Highly recommended!!!
