Easy to deal with, can be trusted. Professional, great communication

Our Sales Clarissa and Carrie from 1010 realtors were awesome. Both of them were on top of everything. Very knowledgeable and kind.

The quality of the materials and workmanship is excellent. The sales rep was very prompt in answering any questions I had both before and after the sale.

Bryan was fabulous! Went above and beyond to make my buying experience stress free. Can’t say enough to show how appreciated he was by me.

Sales person was excellent closing was ok but a little inconvenient. Wonderful neighborhood.

The overall purchase experience was not the best. The quality of the house and the workmanship of the structure was good from Lennar, however, their lending team was not the best, at least the one I worked with. The lender I worked with overpromised rates, time frame for which the mortgage would be done, and lack of communication during key parts of escrow. Furthermore, an annoying detail occurred when we finally received our code to enter in our new home, it turned out we were given the wrong code number, which was annoying because it took away the magic of entering your home for the first time, and after talking with some neighbors, this same issue happened to them. There are a few things that county codes were not onserved

Everything went well. I’m loving my new home. I’m exactly where I wanted to be. It’s nice and quiet. All the neighbors I have met are very nice.

Through out all parts of the buying process, Lennar staff was available and willing to explain each step. Follow ups were done to ensure any and all questions were answered.

I recently purchased a home in the Wildwood Groves community by Lennar, and overall, my experience has been a mix of strong positives and areas that deserve attention. First, I want to sincerely acknowledge the staff. The team was professional, responsive, and consistently diligent throughout the process. From initial inquiries to closing, they demonstrated a high level of organization and customer care that made what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Their communication and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed. That said, when evaluating the home itself—especially considering the purchase price—I believe there is room for improvement in the quality of materials and finishes provided as standard. Key elements such as the flooring, countertops, cabinetry, and appliances fall short of what many buyers would reasonably expect at this price point. Additionally, after closing, the cost to upgrade these core features to a more durable and sustainable standard can be significant. In today’s economic climate, where affordability is already a major concern, these added expenses place an additional burden on homeowners. Moving forward, I would strongly encourage Lennar to consider investing more in higher-quality base materials and appliances. Doing so would not only enhance the long-term value of their homes but also better align with the expectations of buyers making such a substantial financial commitment. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism of the team and the opportunity to be part of the community, but I hope to see improvements in construction quality and standard features in future builds. ... Easy Transaction in purchasing my home.

The entire process was made easy. My closing took place 30 days after I made the decision on the home. Everyone was very professional and made sure I was comfortable with the process.

Our experience has been horrible. The house was poorly built and the responses to fix this items have been challenging. The roof company did not do the roof correctly. I had to hired an independent roof inspector 3 times and showed them proof of the items they did not fix. They had to come and “fix the roof” 5 times. That cost me 700 dollar to ensure they do it right. As of right now I am still fighting for them to fix over 15 mayor items. One of them being the floor that has a significant slope. In which the floor contractor stated “we are not on the business of making the floor level”. Others are door not securing properly and electrical not up to code leaving some significant security concerns. Talking to the workers they were aware of these issues and were told to not worry about it, because most owners don’t see this. Additionally, Solterra south is owned by Lennar and is independent from Solterra contrary to what sales person led us to believe. Lennar has neglected the neighborhood by no providing security and leaving the ammenties open to the public. Even more, has not act to address security concerns due to arson, vandalism, drugs use inside amenities, suspicious behaviors and significant traffic violations that can result in accidents and often leave the home owners unable to get to their houses or even leave their house. I strongly do not recommend moving to Solterra south as they are deceiving, the area is not secure, is challenging to get then to response to this issues and they violate buyers right by not allowing you to see the HOA documents prior to closing. What we thought was the worst experience of significant delayed on completing the house, and resulting in leaving us un-house for multiple weeks. has been over shadowed by these post closing experiences of lack of safety, goodwill and communication. ... We love our house and subdivision.

The experience buying the house always has some difficulties however when the requirements are fulfilled completely the journey should be smooth specially when the responses are not accurate it will create some delay and confusion. I also have to say that Larry was very helpful when complication were present. Overall it was ok but could be better.

Not berry good experience

Sloppy construction, paint splashes and drips, cabinet molding was uneven, and attic door was sloppy and discolored. Every single warranty requires a 4 hour leave from time off. Trades show up before their scheduled time or didn’t show up at all. Other times I have to take 4 hours off of work for a 1 hour job that could have been scheduled. Then my garage started to crack the drywall and come to find out the garage wasn’t even finished. You sold me an unfinished home. I can say I am extremely unhappy and disgusted with the quality of construction by such a reputable builder like Lennar. I will submit a review just like this as many times as I have to submit a warranty within the first 60 days of purchase. ... More

Builder and his representatives do not respond to problems beyond the first 30 days of purchasing. Everything becomes a warranty issue or an issue for one of the HOA’s. Not the easiest to navigate.

We had been searching for a while for an home and randomly decided to check out a model home duplex one time. As soon as we saw it we knew it was a perfect fit for us! The square feet is just right, the open concept we just love and a large master bedroom! On a plus side our neighborhood as a wooded area with walking path too! We are very excited about that. Lennar is very responsive to any issue that come up as well.

All transactions with lennar , were according to what was specified in the purchase agreement.There were no delays with my purchase. I am happy with the service.

My experience with Lennar wasn’t the best. The buying process was very stressful and underwriting was the worst. I have bought other homes from builders in the past and the process was smooth. But Lennar was ridiculous requesting the same documents over and over again. To me it was lazy on their part. Then we move into our new home you would think that they would have cleaned it for the new home owner. Absolutely not paint drops on the floor,sticky substance on floors that you have to get down and scrub by hand. Very frustrating you buy a new home and you walk into a home that is dirty
