Overall it was a really good buying experience. The onsite sales rep, Heide was very impressive.

Linnar was easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. It was quick and easy to upload the documents Linnar needed even for someone not tech savvy! All issues discovered from the home inspections were corrected quickly and to my satisfaction. Linnar offered a great one stop shop for buying my home and offering mortgage and insurance companies. I am totally satisfied with Linnar’s home buying experience.

From the first visit to the closing, the entire process was seamless, and the Lennar team did a great job keeping it stress-free. Regular updates on the build and walkthroughs made the overall experience simply amazing.

I worked with Joe to buy my Villa. he was amazing he helped me and continues to help me if I have question. Every person I have worked with have been professional, helpful, informing, and friendly. I had issues with closing in my other home and each Lenar team member I worked with me through the whole stressful process. My only Negative is that I was 3 day over my Closing date and the Company charged me $3,249.00 for not being able to close.

My wife and I purchased 7-brand new homes in the US in the past 20-year with many National builders but this the first time we purchase with Lennar, and this is the best home I ever purchase. Very good experience with the entire team and one stop home shopping experience including, Lennar mortgage and Lennar Insurance. Lennar paid all the incentives that they promise and absolutely NO cheating or drama on closing costs / Fees. Best mortgage rate locked in from the day one of the contract and applied same rate for the closing. I am highly recommending Lennar home for annone who either buying first time or new addition to your current home. Our home-buying experience with Lennar was generally smooth, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The process itself was straightforward, and we were pleased with how everything was handled—except for our interactions with Cindy, our loan processor. Unfortunately, Cindy lacked customer service skills and was extremely rude, which made that part of the process stressful and frustrating. However, Nicole, our loan officer, truly saved the day. She stepped in to fill the gap, addressing our concerns with professionalism and kindness. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a positive one, and thanks to her, we felt supported and well-informed throughout the process. Lennar made the overall process fairly quick and easy because they have everything you need from a lender to insurance; we didn't have to go looking for anything which was nice since we moved from another state. Our house is beautiful and we're still in love with it after two months. The biggest thing for us was everyone was worked with Mark, Tanner, Nicole, Bridget, Lisa was knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond, and so nice. They all went out of their way to make things easy. I'd work with all of them again.

Buying a house with Lennar is super easy and the process is very friendly.

This was my first time going through home buying & when I tell you first off Jason Was the BEST! Whatever I needed to know he helped me with it explained everything, broke down everything I wanted to know. And what I love the most everyone in the office was so nice & they greeted me when I came in. And Jason was a 10/10! I love my Lennar home!

Great New Home Experience

Easy process when I call for service

The Lennar team was amazing. From my first meeting with Heidi, I knew this was gonna be the place I call home. She answered all my questions and helped me navigate the process. I was very in decisive on which house plan I wanted and probably visited with Heidi 10 times before making a decision, she was super patient and understanding . Then I started the mortgage process with Laura, who probably has a million loans going at one time but she made me feel like I was her only customer. Laura answered all of my questions and knows her stuff which gave me confidence I made the right choice using Lennar Mortgage. I got consistent updates from Lisa who made this process so much fun and gave me something to look forward to. Lisa made herself available to me at anytime and always got back to me promptly. Shane walked me through my home pre-closing and explained all of the functions and pointed out final touches (I didn’t even notice) that he would make, then made sure I was happy with the home prior to closing. I have had no issues 90 days in however Mike, my warranty person has been extremely responsive and professional if I have any questions post close. My home is stunning and the amenities are top notch. Thank you Lennar team for making my first home buying experience one I will never forget. I am over the moon still to this day!! ... More

The whole process went extremely well. Jeannie and Monica were so helpful and knowledgeable.

From the start of the short journey I was treated like royalty. I put the entire process in Lennar's hands. Everyone did a great job to make my dream of home ownership a reality.

Ken kept me in the loop about the progress of my new build. He answered any questions that I had.

The experience was excellent, speed of responses, support in the negotiation, zero complications, they complied with what was offered, seriousness, construction quality and low prices in relation to construction area final price of the property, I highly recommend them they are a great company.

Love my new home! I don’t know where to start…I want to send a special thanks to Robyn, Brittany and the entire Lennar team for providing a smooth home buying process. Experienced excellent communication and superb concierge service/care from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with the build and finishing. Concierge was extremely prompt with addressing the minor issues found. Overall, great experience!

Great experience with their team from sales to walkthrough and warranty work that need to be done.
