The house was very poor clean, one of the bathrooms had a stain that was hard for me to remove, and the balcony and the home's outside windows were very dirty. I will need to pay somebody soon to do the cleaning.

We picked the house because the lot was wooded in the back. Salesperson commented this was her favorite lot because of the trees. One week after closing, we were the last house to close in this section, they came and cut down about 75% of the trees. We no longer have a shaded patio and private back yard. . Apparently the plan all along was to cut down the trees once the homes closed. Nobody told us that was the plan. We now have a golf course view. If we had known the plan was to remove the trees we may have considered a different lot or subdivision. We love the house and floor plan but it has taken some time to get used to the trees being gone. Any issues we have had with the house have been taken care in a very timely way. ... More

I feel the experience of buying has been good. Eugene was available and greatly helped me in purchasing my home. I would like to comment on a few matters. The quartz island in the kitchen is not a good choice. The stone is fragile and takes a great deal of time to keep clean. There are too few electrical outlets and consequentially I have to resort to extension cords which are unsightly. The wire shelves are not good, do not look nice and bend under weight. The shower heads that are mounted high on the walls are impractical. A shower head with a hand held cord would be much better. Several of the inside doors hit each other when opening and closing. The lumber for the fencing is fragile. Such a thin cut wood that is stapled. I was quite shocked to see that. Very likely will not hold up well. And I also want to mention the common areas that are nicely installed but the landscaper did a poor job of not caring for the trees. Many of the trees have died due to neglect. Sprinklers do not reach the trees. And these trees look very shabby. And this of course is visual eyesore. Some skylights on the single story house I bought would have helped with the lack of indoor lighting. Inside lighting is poor at best even with all the inside lights turned on. Good respond fast service too

Sales staff was great mortgage and insurance. People were great title company was great. We were a little disappointed with some of the things that they’ve cut to save money this is our third Lennar home and we can see that they’ve cut out a lot of things that they used to give like towel and toilet paper holders in the bathrooms and complete white paint on the inside instead of the two tone colors that they used to use and they didn’t give any touchup Paint for future touchup other than that. Everyone that we dealt with in person was very good. In all, it was a good experience

The sales team was awesome from Nancy to Christian they are all great.

The buying experience is very good from my sales man Stan and sales manager Jennifer. I had a very good morgage officer Aaron who has guided me all through out my buying experience. The construction manager Ryan, is very accommodating and made sure that all issues found during the inspection by my Inspector was addressed. Brandon the Service Manager after move-in, has been very actively working the issues that I have reported and he gets back to you quickly on-site. I appreciate the new app Lennar has put out to make issue reporting easier for everyone. They also have virtual personnel that gets back to you immediately to schedules a virtual call just right after you submit a ticket through the app. All-in-all the experience with these people is superb. But I think the price of the home is quite to high for the location, size and yard space. You can buy 2 to 3 year old houses in the area with bigger space better upgrades for less. The only caveat of buying a used house is, you don’t get all the incentives that Lennar can give you. If you ask me if would I buy a Lennar again in the future. I probably would because I have seen the way they build their foundation since I purchased my home in an un-finished community. However, the bathroom showers could have been better. You can buy a brand new home with a different builder for a similar price more or less with a beefed up stand up shower. Some even come with tiled seats in them. Two more things to keep in mind is, that this community has the lowest the lowest grade shingles on their roof, 3-tab shingles. Also you can hear movements outside inside the house as simple as someone opening and shutting their car doors. Even people talking while walking across your house. I will give a 4 out of 5.

Most of the workmanship was great but two of the bathrooms came without hand towel holders. When I came back for my walkthrough things were still not done and to this day they never replaced shrubbery that was supposed to be replaced. Lennar needs to do better when writing the laws/covenants for the HOA.

This is our first buying experience with the Lennar and i would say i will buy it again with them in the future although our escrow closing has been delayed 3months and materials that used for the new home seems bare minimum quality products. Im saying this so hopefully the Lennar will consider this into for the future home buildings. The reason i would buy it again is people who are working for the Lennar. Lindsey Chavers homebuyer concierge was there to address my issues and support so i could put up with 3months delay problems.A huge thanks to her! And once we have moved into the new home we have faced and are facing problems in my new home but the Lennar service team is kind and there to support and try to fix my matters asap so i feel confident of my new home. Although im hoping the home warranty can be 2years rather than 1year! And there are still Lennar people onsite to work but they are all friendly and kind. Great home buying and overall building experience. But I would encourage you the buyer to get your own home inspection done and stay on top of things broken prior to your first through

It was an overall smooth, easy, process from beginning to end. Issues have been addressed. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. It's a beautiful community. Some personal preferences would be to be more considerate of the retired/older owners. Microwave is much too high to remove food safety. Tall cabinets are beautiful but not useful beyond second shelf. I'm understanding the reason but there's trip hazzard coming into garage, should be somehow made more visible. Same with the back patio step down. Just a few suggestions.

John was amazing. The walkthroughs were rather difficult. Had to be on there time. Weekends were not an option. Major plumbing issues right out of the box.

Hi Lennar! First and foremost we love our home. Jamie was outstanding and went above and beyond for assisting us with the purchase. She is knowledgeable and approachable! My home is beautiful and love it, EXCEPT our primary bedroom AC doesn’t work properly!!! I had this checked and it reads at LEAST 3degrees less than the rest of our home. My husband and I don’t think this is acceptable with a brand new home. My answer from customer service: sorry, I wasn’t the only one with this issue, we can’t do any thing about this. Their suggestion was to close some of the vents in the rest of the home. Possibly a good suggestion, but it could lead to moisture buildup and cause mold. I really think that a quality builder such as Lennar would rectify this situation as to place a longer box to have the flow of AC come into the room, or place more vents so air would flow in to cool the room. Generally a good experience. We feel that it would have been better to include some simple add ons for top tier homes. For example, crown molding, nicer faucets and shower heads, a real medicine cabinet in the primary bathroom would be ideal adjustments. The kitchen cabinets should have higher quality options.

The construction manager was amazing and the home inspector was extremely thorough. The closing process was quick and Lennar has responded quickly to any concerns we’ve had.

Everything was going great process ok but lennar need more communication with customers. first lennar say one thing and changes for another one I'm talking on the process of the loan many changes doing process .I did find out one of my friends was ofered all the appliances including refrigerador I'm very disapointed I was not ofered the same.I asked for a garage door opener I was told NO. HOUSE WAS NOT CLEAN paint stains on floor .

So far, the home Is great. There are a few things I would’ve expected to be a higher quality for a half million dollar home such as the wire racks in the closet should’ve been made out of wood and more sturdy and there should be towel racks in the bathrooms. The personnel at Lennar have been fabulous to work with very accommodating and responsive. The entire buying experience was easy and fast.

After being in our home for just under three months, we have noticed some quality and workmanship issues. For a "luxury" home, the appliances are low grade along with many of the other finishes. There are also minor issues like "sloppy" work (paint drips, dirty/stained tiles/ sloppy trim work, ect.). These things aside, we are happy with our home.
