Lennar staff is always available to help and resolve the issues promptly.

Great experience in reference to home buying. The Lennar team is very attentive to details and more than willing to troubleshoot,; some personnel moreso than others. The only suggestion we would give to those who are seeking to become a part of the Lennar Family is to have a clause in your commitment that they can not sell your mortgage otherwise the experience was great.

The process was easy and the girls in the office were great. I'm enjoying living in the house it's quite comfortable and cozy. There were a few minor problems when I moved in and when I informed Lennar they were right on it and repaired them.

The sales team was very responsive and The follow up team after closing was excellent, answering questions and fixing any outstanding issues.

The construction team and warranty team did a nice job in getting issues corrected.

I am impressed with the Lennar staff that I came in contact with during the process. They were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make my purchase and closing very easy inspite of the covid restrictions.

This was my third experience buying from Lennar. It was quick and easy.

The home buying experience was good

Everything is included ...Except....No towel rods are installed and no splash blocks are placed outside as water rolls out of the down spouts

Christy with Lennar Mortgage fka Eagle Home Mortgage was there every step of the way and the Construction Manager Chris provided exceptional customer service! Amazing team to have worked with during the process!

My entire home buying experience with the team at The Park was excellent. From the first time I saw my house plan in the lovely setting I knew it was for me. Any issues and questions I had were quickly addressed by the Lennar team. I love my new home and highly recommend Lennar.

I don’t know about the builder but I hope for the best

It has been a great experience from the very beginning to the end . Our sales person Laura has been wonderful she’s answered every question she’s given great recommendations and even at the very end where there was a hiccup at closing she came in and saved the day. And now Jordan JT and Josh have helped with answering questions about the house and helping with minor things that need to be fixed Josh has been a great resource with technical things as well and even help set up the ring cam which probably would have never been done if it wasn’t for him . We really do appreciate everyone here at Lennar that helped us . The only reason I gave four stars on responsiveness and value is we haven’t lived here long enough to know .I’m sure once we start using the amenities we will see the value and this neighborhood. And on the responsiveness again we’ve not lived here long enough to see how they respond from this point on on things that are going to eventually pop up but I’m sure if it’s like everything so far it will be great . Nice homes. They responded to your calls and take care of issues quickly. The buying process was smooth and everyone was very helpful. Quality of construction could be better.

So, I paid almost $200K for this house. It had a stove, Microwave and Dishwasher. No refrigerator. I had to turn around and buy one. Also, a few times that I have called in with issues, I got no return call, and my case was closed without comment.

Reasonable price, trustworthy, courteous and friendly staff

Good quality home for a starter home.
