Generally a good job but some detail are overlooked. There are few or inconvenient towel rods in the bathrooms, plants and trees are few, not able to make any choices, but Lennar does build a very nice, if very cookie cutter, neighborhood

Take time to inspect the property before you move in.

Overall, I think the process went very well. I was able to pick my lot in Drumwright and watch the home being built. Regular meetings with site supervisor and then upon move in great communication with Jessica who helped navigate any repairs after 30 days. I think people forget that this is not a custom built home. It’s well built, but you don’t get all the choices you might see in custom. I think Lennar is one of the better builders in this area and it’s turning out to be a nice subdivision.

The experience overall was relatively painless. Representatives i spoke to were professional, receptive to concerns, and communicated information to me clearly. Only issue that came up was the report made by the private inspection I had done not being passed onto the construction lead on the home, as their were major issues with the roof that weren't addressed until I personally brought the issue up before the final walk. If I hadn't, it likely would have been missed and lead to disastrous water damage to the home. Aside from that; the construction of the home is fine. I have not detected any major issues 3~ months into my occupation of the home. I have notice several cosmetic issues, such as paint on caulked surfaces peeling off and cracking, and expected nail pops appearing over time. The only other issue that comes to mind is in regards to the ventilation of the second floor. Even with dampers and registers fully open, air flow in the upstairs of the home is very low. It's been mitigated for the most part by the addition of an AC to my HVAC; but the airflow still feels generally stagnant and I sometimes experience mild discomfort heading to a bedroom that is considerably warmer than the downstairs. Overall, I love the home. I'm proud of the decision to purchase it, and I enjoy the location. As long as Lennar works with me if and when issues come up within coverage of the warranty, then I'll have nothing to complain about. ... More

Very happy with home. We got what we paid for. Very comfortable no issues at all. Everything works right so far. Move in June 2024 I recommend the value of the home. But service after purchase was not good at all. I had to go to office few time and every time felt like I was just bothering not friendly at all. Overall I love my home neighbors are great so far.

My entire home buying process with Lennar was so smooth, consistent & accurate from contractual agreement to closing. It has been two months since we moved to our new home. We are enjoying our new house with no issue so far. there is any issue at our home Lennar is there for help I am recommending friends & families to shop house from Lennar.

This was overall a great experience however the workmanship was a little lacking. While I do love my home and have only moved a month now I’m seeing some things already falling apart, materials seems a bit on the lower end. The workmanship looks a bit subpar compared to elsewhere. I’m not a complainer but did not expect to be putting WO in the portal so soon after moving in. A bit disappointed but happy to see the urgency on the responses and follow up

The purchasing process was not difficult. I would like the company to do more research into the modern market of materials and technologies and apply it. 2024 is just outside the window and some decisions look old.

The experience when purchasing my new Lenore home was exceptionally easy and the process was very smooth. The ones responsible for helping with the processa were Exceptionally awesome. The quality is pretty good. The workmanship is fair. The landscaping I’d say was poor but other than few minor things here and there the workmanship was average, but total experience was great.

Overall, we had a great experience with Lennar. We purchased our home in Hayden Canyon as an investment property, so this wasn't our first rodeo in buying a home. When we went to the sales office, Zach Cooper welcomed us. From there until he handed us off to the title company, Zach was truly an authentic sales guy. He worked extremely well with our agent and always made himself available to answer our many questions. He was never pushy as we were looking at several other new construction communities. What sold us on this community was that Zach himself purchased a home there. That speaks volumes when the builder's Agent purchases what he is trying to sell. The Cottage homes are super starter homes and a big bang for the buck. We got more square footage for a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath (2,000 sq ft!) than other similar new construction. Lennar also includes landscaping the side yard and a nice cedar fence as part of the home. What else? What builder ever includes a fridge in the sale?! Well, Lennar did. This may sound odd, but there are local builders that don't even include the knobs on the kitchen/bathroom cabinetry. But Lennar did! Let's talk about the inspection. We hired an independent inspector who had a long report (nothing really major). Travis was only about 5 weeks new to Lennar and he was nothing but kind and helpful. His team fixed everything on the list within one week of closing! They worked their tails off to check things off of our inspection. What I'm critical of is the landscaping. There are so many brown spots and "holes" because the landscaper didn't put the sod in correctly. The side landscaping isn't finished yet, which isn't our property but it abuts to our fence. I don't have any opinion yet of the Care Team, who will take care of items within the year of home purchase. Overall, exceptional experience. The team here in Hayden has been so professional. We even purchased homeowners insurance through Lennar's 3rd party and they jumped over the moon to do it in a short amount of time. They understand what a positive customer experience is and how important it is. I welcome Lennar into North Idaho to bring a solid product on the market. I thought the master bedroom (bathroom) was small The shower is the size porta poddy

I know I bought in the affordable subdivision. I know I didn't pay an exorbitant amount for this house. But craftsmanship is very poor. Some things can be fixed. Others not worth the time off work to manage it. It was the easiest buying experience though. Loved the virtual signing.

The finance team purchasing team, all extremely responsive very happy with Lennar financing and purchasing. The only letdown was a little bit maybe a newer Construction rep walk-through person should be a little bit better polished on customer service. The overall responsiveness when we have had any issues has been fantastic and very very quick Jorden has been great.

Recently bought a new build in a TH community and all in all it went pretty smoothly. Any issues that came up Lennar has addressed to my satisfaction. The home itself is a very good value for the price and I know I will be happy living here.

This LVP flooring is a little janky.

From start to finish only took 20 days. It was a “it fell in our lap” moment. So we thought. Everyone was great, but not a lot of accountability when trying to iron out the kinks. Closing was the smoothest thing about the entire process. Susan has been great with getting corrections scheduled and completed. Her dedication and commitment is above par. She handled each task quickly and professionally. Extremely dissatisfied with the non functional sprinkler system and dead sod. Mainscape is blaming Lennar, Lennar is blaming previous sprinkler company. I really do not care. Not my problem. I have been uncovering my sprinkler heads due to over growth, and putting Pennies on them to test if they come on. They are not coming on. I have been using my own water to hydrate these areas, but my water bill is almost 200.00 because of it. Other than that, I’m happy! ... More

The realtor was spectacular, the area and architecture beautiful. good after-sales service, the only problem was with the electricity outlets that we had to complain about for the tower washer and dryer.

we had an exceptional experience with Lennar from our first visit to the community to see the model houses till the closing. The sales team and the construction manager has done an amazing job in keeping us apprised of the happenings all the time.

I'm still waiting for something to be done about it. Being the last house on the block and near the about to be built community pool it seems like they threw in last minute grass. I'm working on the front lawn, but it's taking a little time. I'm also working on the sides of the house to remove the dirt and stones that 2 young men (didn't understand or speak English, it was hard to communicate with them) tried to fill in the gaps. The dirt and stones came from the grounds where the community pool will be. BTW: I don't blame them they were told what to do. This will take time to do. At 76 it's getting tougher to handle all of it. The full backyard is even worse which will take me mouths to do. I can only work so long before my back starts to bother me. It would be nice for a professional landscaper to come and talk to me and to what can be done. Remember just because they call themselves a landscaper doesn't mean they are professional. We can compromise, redo the backyard and I'll finish the front and sides of the house. If you do this, I want to be present when they lay the sod down. Call me when you can. There were good and bad the walk through wasn’t a walk through so there are problems I am finding but lennar is quick to help. When I moved in I had a BIG moving truck I couldn’t pull in the drive way so I parked on the side of the street as my vehicle was on the side of the stree and my sister parked in the drive of the show house as to not block the street it was a Sunday. Some “bald” lady showed up out of nowhere talking to our children about parking in the drive of the show house instead of coming to the adult and just kept staring not being there over night as she saw the EXTRA large moving truck but still chose to harass us and our children I did not appreciate that because it was a Sunday and it was only because of the color of our skin. No apology was given only a repetition of not being parked there after dark. Other than that LENNAR has been wonderful. I would recommend 10 times over… ... More

We have been in our home for a short time. We are loving our new home. There have only been a few issues and most were taken care of quickly by Lennar. We are having an issues with the landscaping and the grading of our yard. The builder wants to wait to do further corrections until yards are put in to see if the water drainage is fixed. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for everyone to do their yard as we have dogs. We are having to hire a different company to get our backyard graded so we won't flood.

We have had a great experience with the staff. Shay, Alicia, and Doug are exceptional employees. They are attentive and helpful. I have submitted a few warranty claims since moving in over a month ago. The Lennar staff are communicative, punctual, and fix the issues swiftly. My only quaim is the build quality of my home is not what I expect for the price.

We had to jump through many hoops to get into our home. I’m glad it finally worked out, but it was painstaking to say the least. We love living there and we’ve had a few problems that still aren’t worked out, but they seem to be being resolved soon. For the amount of money we pay, we almost expected some sort of move-in gift from Lennar but it is what it is. All in all we love our new home.
