The home buying experience with Lennar from the on-site sales agent to the closing process was exceptional. I have bought several homes in the Atlanta metro area and this experience has been the best. There were issues after I closed but Kendra in customer care was wonderful and wasted no time addressing the issues. Would recommend Lennar without reservation.

The buying process was great. Love the house, but wish I could’ve picked some of the finishes. Waiting for small issues to be repaired. Overall, I would recommend, very nice community & looking forward to many years here.

I had very pleasant experience watching my house being built. Personnel was very helpful trough the process. They responded to my questions. I was getting videos regularly showing progress of my house being built.

Great sales team to deal with.

Responding to problems your people are not good. Still waiting on new cabinets that have not been replaced yet. A/c work heater doesn't. Not good for a new home.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. On August of 2022, I was notified by a Lennar Sales Agent Adam Barton that a home that may fit my family needs was available. He advised me of the price and immediately notified Melissa to see if the numbers would work. Melissa diligently started working on my case and came back with an more than outstanding result. Once Adam had me sign the purchase agreement, Melissa immediately started working on my case (lighting fast). With the hundreds of questions, I asked Melissa she was calm, cool, very patient, and answered all my questions with ease. With subsequent phone calls on a million more questions, Melissa was available extremely considerate of me being a first-time home buyer and answered anything I threw at her. Melissa was even there for me on her birthday. She was knowledgeable and I could tell from the sound from her voice she wanted this purchase to happen as bad as I did. When Morgan began to handle my case, her voice was respectful, outstandingly courteous, and refreshingly understanding. As with any mortgage process paperwork requested can be overwhelming and sometime scary for a first-time home buyer. Morgan put me at ease, she took the time to explain what was needed and why. Every time I talked to her, I was impressed about her knowledge, professionalism, and what I appreciated the most was her kindness. Again, I felt Morgan wanted me to have this home as bad as I did. I have lived in Florida for the last 12 years since I came home from Iraq. My wife and I have wanted to own a home since the first day we moved to this state. I know in my heart the Melissa and Morgan made this possible for my family. I now own my own home for my young children and their children to grow up in. Melissa and Morgan are the best assets you have at Lennar Mortgage. If there is an award, recognition program, or even customer satisfaction bonuses offered at your company I respectfully request for Melissa and Morgan be considered. These women deserve any positive recognition. I will never forget their kindness which has reflected so wonderfully on Lennar. We love the home and neighborhood. It is perfect for us. Very few, and minor issues for the most part. The home does have a full warrantee but getting help with any issues you may have is sketchy. If you have an issue you submit a job ticket. You will be connected with a "virtual" customer care assessment... but nothing can be repaired "virtually" so that is a waste of time. In the end you will be bounced to someone that represents your neighborhood in person. Whether or not action is taken on your request is in that person's hands. I had that person throw away my ticket because I disagreed with his assessment. He officially declared me unresponsive and stated that the work was done. I responded many times, including phone calls, no work was actually done. From this point on I don't count on customer care and will just take care of problems myself. ... More

Lennar is a large company and grew to that size by being forward-looking and developing systems and processes to accomplish home-building and selling to satisfy the majority of their customers. Besides meeting local codes and working within a difficult economy and supply chain, they manage to accomplish this while keeping their prices in line and delivering a home in a reasonable timeframe. Having said all that, I am 95% satisfied with my new home. The floor plan I chose is time-tested and made with decent quality materials and components for the most part. Minor items like the dishwasher, carpeting and paint can be upgraded by the homeowner later to their own tastes as I did. The major components (HVAC, electrical, framing, roof) are all excellent. And I have no worries as a buyer because of their 1-2-10 warranty. Lennar has an excellent system and staff to address minor warranty issues for new homeowners and they do follow-up and make sure things are right. As with all large companies, the quality of their product depends on individuals. Most of the Lennar employees (not all) that I dealt with are very at their job and do focus on taking care of the customer. I WOULD recommend them to family and friends. ... More

Very easy to deal with. Ronnie was our sales rep and she was awesome.

Overall, we love our new home. Since moving in, we have noticed that some things were not what you would expect on a new house costing $360,000, such as caulking on the baseboards and not being able to use regular toilet paper because they installed the paper holders incorrectly.

Everyone I worked with at Lennar was great. The new home consultant Eric, the loan officers Raphael and Janet and the closing coordinator Yahaira all treated me as a valued client and were always there to answer questions. And Masen saved the day by finding me some extra tiles. All in all a very good experience.

It was a pleasant journey towards owning my new house. I really like the layout however I wasn’t able to make changes anymore. There are some things that need attention and they responded to the requests right away. There’s still pending things to fix and I get updated on the status of the request. Overall I’m very happy with the house.

I found the perfect retirement home at 3Roots. It was expensive but exactly what I wanted. Loan and escrow were fairly simple compared to my previous home. Had a few problems with various items but they were all attended to by Lennar.

Response time to issues is not good.

My experience with Lennar during these turburlent times was much better than anticipated. I have purchased new construction from Toll Brothers (2 New homes) K Hov, DR Horton, and Del Webb. I always never seemed to choose Lennar "everythings' included" theory, as I DO LIKE to upgrade and customize. However, with today's chain supply issues this actually was a GOOD thing as the home was delivered in a timely manner. The sales rep, Gina, was fantastic and professional. The on site transition construction manger Alex is also great during my first thirty day transition. I will highly recommend to all!!! The Lennar work family ate very nice. As for as my home. I not to happy on how they respond to issues. I prefer phone call instead of emails if I have a service request. My kitchen light is hanging down, my bathroom plug doesn't work, and water stands in my yard for days after it rains cause I don't have a good run off system. I'm having this issue after month of moving in. They are great people but I'm not too impressed by the quality of my home.

Overall the experience was great! House was still not fully complete upon moving in, but out contractor was good at responding to stuff.

We purchased the home virtually and the experience of dealing with the Lennar team is awesome!

Lennar is a great company and i love my new home. They take care of the buyer from beginning to end. I recommend them highly.

We had a great experience either the entire team at Lennar. The price of the home was a little steep, and the quality of the material was not that great. Otherwise everything else was ok.
