Sales team - I really liked Greg and the approachability. He was responsive and a great listener. He is customer focused and tries to get what customer want to his ability. House Finishing - It is good but can be better from painting, roof, grading, dry wall etc., Lacking to give the buyer a feel of completion/complete home - Lennar need to improve on giving the feel of completion. I mentioned it to sales and construction team. There are many things which are incomplete or not up to standard or not up to current generation ask like 1. Garage door opener is very old version which do not support wifi or app, 2. Second garage is not equipped with opener, buyer should install it. How much would it cost to builder for this or to that matter add this to the total cost. Why would you want buyer to get this done? 3. When blinds are given, I was told sliding door blind is not part of complete home blind installation. Does it not sound stupid, again same question - Why would you want buyer to get this done? 4. Fencing - I understand fencing is optional for most builders and back yard landscaping is personal, but my question is why can't builder give a standard fence for all and same question - Why would you want buyer to get this done? 5. Cabinet door handles - Why can't Lennar provide door handles, which is a common ask for every household? If buyer installs them then Lennar says cabinet doors warranty will be voided. This is so smart to get the doors out of warranty. 6. Ground cracks - despite follow up, ground cracks on basement or drive way are not done. 7. I understand Lennar has a policy of fixed specs but at least the sales team should clearly say what is part of package and what is not. Showing the model home and claimed it will be same but in reality it was different which dishearten at times. 8. Lennar may not need to provide the latest equipment but they can step up to provide the equipment which can satisfy the current generation instead of giving old or faded equipment like doors are not equipped with smart locks, way old garage door openers, refrigerator, bathroom accessories, wifi switches, blinds, etc., Warranty support team - Need to appreciate Tim and support on the warranty requests. The home buying process went very smooth from start to finish.

We were excited to be in our new house not until we moved in and started seeing a lot of issues. Half of the flooring of the entire house is messed up. A lot of issues from the finishing and the HVAC, mainly the most important things and part of the house. The appliances are all monogram but has issues already. Luckily the customer service people are really nice to accommodate me for all my complaints.And that’s the only consolation we get because Doug from customer service is just exceptional! The house is beautiful really beautiful, we love the floor plan but the quality and how you can feel that it was rush to get done is ridiculous ! The quality of the house is not worth of the price we’re paying for. I wake up everyday and I just feel sad coz this is meant to be our dream home.We never had a problem with Pardee which is our first home for 10 years. Our home-buying experience with Lennar was generally smooth, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The process itself was straightforward, and we were pleased with how everything was handled—except for our interactions with Cindy, our loan processor. Unfortunately, Cindy lacked customer service skills and was extremely rude, which made that part of the process stressful and frustrating. However, Nicole, our loan officer, truly saved the day. She stepped in to fill the gap, addressing our concerns with professionalism and kindness. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a positive one, and thanks to her, we felt supported and well-informed throughout the process. Very disappointed in the over all experience of my first home buying process.

Lennar made the overall process fairly quick and easy because they have everything you need from a lender to insurance; we didn't have to go looking for anything which was nice since we moved from another state. Our house is beautiful and we're still in love with it after two months. The biggest thing for us was everyone was worked with Mark, Tanner, Nicole, Bridget, Lisa was knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond, and so nice. They all went out of their way to make things easy. I'd work with all of them again.

Buy new when ready to buy

So far the experience has been great. There have been some adjustments to my villa but the Lennar team has been responsive, helpful and friendly. I’ve lived in a Lennar built condo before and know the construction was excellent for that time(40 years ago). Special kudos to Russell, Jamie and Bill. They try so hard to be accommodating and I really appreciate it.

This is a brand new home. We are aware it's not custom still doesn't mean when you move in there should be so many issues. Stop using the cheapest materials. We hung a small picture and the sheet rocks just fell apart. We have had a problem with almost every Appliance. I told my son I wanted new because I felt it was less stress I was wrong. The Trades were horrible. Cabinets were Cheap and doors warped. We've had so many problems. That being said. The staff is fantastic from sales,Mortgage,title and even after the sale they were great.. this is my advice if anyone wants to improve. Stop using useless trades to save a buck.have your construction Forman walk through the home prior to the customer walk through and then have the customer once its fixed..When we walked through it was a hot mess very disappointing. Unfortunately, we had the worst service and now can’t get anyone to help communication by sales rep and managers was awful I am waiting still til today for Greg to call me who is hire up in sales it’s been death ear on top some one after paying homeowners insurance hippo cancelled insurance due to Lennar agent requested it very bad service all the way around had to live out of hotel with kids lost 2,500 was told I would get reimbursed and never did guy sold me a home he wanted and we had no choice than to loss more money

Lennar kept me informed about the project progress very often and answered all my questions that i had during entire phase of house movement process

The process of buying the home was not a smooth purchase at all. Our Lennar rep put us in a bind even though we had brought up the issues in advance. The construction crew left a mess on the exterior so I was having to pick up paneling boards and other materials that were left behind. I wear braces on both legs so struggled to bend over to pick up heavy paneling. They did not level out the top soil before putting the sod down and we had asked for this. We were told a cleaning crew would clean the interior but on the day we finally got our keys, the house was still dirty. Paint and glue stains were left on the floor. I recently had my home built by Lennar, and I would describe their workmanship as average. The construction was completed on time, and the overall design met our expectations. However, we noticed some minor issues with the finishing details and quality of materials used. While nothing was a dealbreaker, we did have to follow up on a few items that required additional attention. Lennar's customer service was responsive and addressed our concerns, but we felt the initial craftsmanship could have been more thorough. Michael was our sales person. Amazing experience. Professional and accurate execution. Lennar Mortage…was almost perfect but they didn’t pay all of the HOA yet so we are having to be the middle man for it. Warranty after the buy…big ZERO. I’ll just go straight to the big one: neighbor had drainage issue in backyard, James from warranty told her she needed a french drain (she did not, it hasn’t rained), Lennar hired a sub contracted party to install this drain. (what appeared to be) a non licensed non certified irrigation professional). These guys broke my neighbors irrigation in back yard…ran that French drain through my property breaking my irrigation lines running it along my sprinklers so now that water goes directly in the drain which then drains into a hole in my front yard where all our electrical is for me and my neighbor. The worst part…the tried to pit me against my neighbor saying it was an issue for me and my neighbor to work out. Four days later now after I discovered the drain (it was installed three day prior to this) I HAVE GOT INE MESSAGE FROM WARRANTY FOR DAMAGING MY PROPERTY. No apology, no nothing…message said warranty manager was gonna come look at it yesterday. Contacted me? Nope. So today I’ll be filing a police report on them damaging my property. Overall, I think the process went very well. I was able to pick my lot in Drumwright and watch the home being built. Regular meetings with site supervisor and then upon move in great communication with Jessica who helped navigate any repairs after 30 days. I think people forget that this is not a custom built home. It’s well built, but you don’t get all the choices you might see in custom. I think Lennar is one of the better builders in this area and it’s turning out to be a nice subdivision.

I purchased two properties. First one had a massive hvac leak causing ceiling damage within 30 days of purchase. Second one, wren we moved the cooking range to clean, we found the area behind that was not caulked or treated properly. Both cases, we had to submit warranties claim,. First one was fixed quickly. Waiting for response on second one since claim was recently submitted

Buying a house with Lennar is super easy and the process is very friendly.

Bad mortgage experience like the Keystone cops!

I had a disappointing experience with this labor warranty. The quality of their work was subpar, with noticeable labor issues. When I requested and submitted a repair ticket, they refused to address the problems and gave excuses instead. I expected better service and responsibility for their workmanship

Regarding value for price paid, I have some reservations. For example, this $405,000+ house didn’t come with toilet paper holders! They had to be installed after I moved in! The bigger issue for me is the almost complete lack of follow up and prompt fixing of structural and other issues found after I moved in. Two emails, regarding structural and other issues that need to be addressed, sent more than two weeks ago, to the Customer Care Representative, have not even been acknowledged leave alone responded to. I would have given zero stars to Responsiveness to issues if that option was available. I hope a live person will read this and get back to me soon. ... More

This was my first time going through home buying & when I tell you first off Jason Was the BEST! Whatever I needed to know he helped me with it explained everything, broke down everything I wanted to know. And what I love the most everyone in the office was so nice & they greeted me when I came in. And Jason was a 10/10! I love my Lennar home!

The overall buying experience with Lennar very bad, you wont feel respected in their office. I could have responded them in different if i want back out for my purchase, but i liked the location Carolina Springs community. And later i was never interested to talk to them in any manner because of their behaviour. Construction manager is not even ready to do small changes while doing the construction even we are ready to pay for that. I felt their legal and construction teams are so worried on their quality of work that preventing them taking these kind of small works. I will recommend this community just for its location, and if they allow some small enhancements. ... More

I have been very pleased with how quickly items are resolved. It's a pleasure to deal with great reps.

Everything was going great until someone from Lennar ordered a 6 ft high vinyl fence to be installed blocking a water view of a beautiful pond after everyone closed on their property. Supposedly the salespeople didn't know that a fence was going up. They sold us the property with a premium for that view. So they took our money then blocked the view with the fence! Someone at Lennar needs to be held responsible and fired. It's a shame because of this situation it has ruined a great home buying experience for many of us. They need to take the fence down!
