Overall I’m happy with the service and help I received in buying my new home

whole system to buy home was very updated. it was helpful during lockdown situation. all included features are very great for young generation.

Most of the team of people we worked with at Lennar were professional, informative, also helpful and patient when we had questions (and we had a lot). When we had to leave voice mail messages they responded quickly, and that was important to us. Our home is beautiful, and only a few small repairs need attention, which they have already stopped by to see.

They were very helpful and understood what is being convey to them about what you needed. They are also very helpful.

The quality of workmanship and materials left a lot to be desired. Especially the cabinet drawer slides were cheap and the builder refused to replace them with with better slides. The rest of the things that needed to be corrected were fixed to my satisfaction. Overall the house is beautiful.

Overall great experience with our new Home. Michael took time to make sure everything was fix prior to our closing. Few things still need to be done. But overall my wife and I are very happy with our new Home!!

The first steps were amazing , easy and I’d say almost fun. Our tour guides were super and wonderfully helpful and informative.

Lots of included upgrades, my house even came with window blinds! Great customer service! Walkthrough was very detailed oriented!

The entire process was a WOW! We really enjoyed the builders and inspection team walking us through all of the features throughout the house. Chris, the gentlement that handled our walk through was and has been a HUGE help. He is responsive, gets things done quickly. Our only complaint is we were promised a mirror in our master bathroom because the incorrect one was installed. It was first said to be available two weeks after closing (Mid January) then we were told they could not come in the home until Feb 1, then when we called at the end of February we were told it a company would be reaching out to setup an install. Now, at the end of March we still have not heard anything. ... More

I am super impressed with Lennar and how responsive they are. Nothing is perfect but Lennar is trying to make everything perfect.

I was very satisfied with the total Lennar organization from sales to builder to client services. My home was finished two weeks before promised and I was able to close earlier than expected.
