No high pressure sales tactics and great people to work with - before during and after purchase.

The only reason Lennar didn’t get a 5 for quality of workmanship and materials is that we did have some issues with broken column pieces, bathroom fixtures, and cracks in the stucco exterior walls. But they did address the fort two promptly and arm monitoring the third.

All parties involved in my home purchases had excellent knowledge and always answered my questions without judgement

The only suggestion I have is that the position of the outside faucet not place to the side of the house, there should be at least one faucet near the front of the house or near the garage

Working with Lennar was great . There were a few minor hiccups in my home.

The buying experience went very smoothly. Lennar was very accommodating. The workmanship has room for improvement. Paint on flooring and cabinets. Ceiling portion left unpainted. Also heating difference between downstairs and loft area is about 10 degrees. Waiting for that to be addressed by Sobieski now. Carolyn has been very helpful in addressing issues.

Takes too long to get your account number to fully participate in websites

From the minute I drove into the community, I knew I had found my next home. The sales people were welcoming, supportive, and informative. The walk through prior to closing was great. The Clubhouse and amenities are terrific. The house has lots of space and there is quite a bit of spacing between homes. My only wish(es) would be that more personalization was possible and included (i.e. drawers in lower kitchen cabinets, color of kitchen cabinets, handles/pulls on kitchen and bathroom drawers/cabinets, composite flooring in bedrooms vs. carpet, real shelving vs. wire racks in pantry and closets, towel bars installed, etc.) But those are little details compared to the lovely new home where I am so very happy. ... I have purchased three homes from Lennar and am very happy with two of them. I was happy with the third one, too until Lennar failed repeatedly to honor their warranty. I have now had to hire legal counsel to help me with the warranty issues

The location of our new home is truly lovely. The lots are generously sized, and the neighborhood feels well planned and respectable. Unfortunately, the quality of the build has been disappointing. Many of the materials used feel exceptionally cheap, and the overall craftsmanship is lacking. Doors are misaligned, cabinets are poorly installed, nail holes were left uncovered, and the floors began creaking within days of moving in. There are also numerous apparent downgrades, including a single can light in the primary bathroom, laminate flooring in bathrooms, and mismatched hardware throughout the home. While we anticipated some compromises given that this is a national builder, the extent of the shortcuts has been surprising. It is frustrating to be making so many changes in a brand-new home simply to bring it in line with the quality of other, well-built homes in the neighborhood. Our previous home was also built by a national builder, but the quality of this Lennar home is noticeably inferior by comparison. That said, there are positives. The neighborhood itself is wonderful, the lots are a great size, and Lennar has been responsive when we have submitted requests for repairs. I should also note that several of our neighbors have shared similar experiences with their Lennar homes. Thank you lennar for the trust. I've exposed all my situation and you made it. Have a such amazing experience on buy house is something that you guys own it. From showing the models, negotiating the mortgage and walk way down all the process was simple easy and black and white. The only point you guys really need to improve is the final support when we found issues. This means, you guys need process and customer service which really follows what is happening. I had some issues and everytime when I reach out to your guys, took way too much to be heard and the problems solved.

I’m happy with my experience purchasing my home through Lennar. The buying process went smoothly, and I love my new home. However, I’m very unhappy with the solar panels that were sold to me. It has been two months and they are still not connected, and it’s almost impossible to get in contact with the solar panel company. This part of the experience has been very frustrating.

We had a good new home buying experience

I am a disappointed in the decrease of quality. I have always liked Lennar homes, but they have really made some major cuts on their materials and quality. Not what they use to be. This is our second home and not impressed. Worried my home will not last as long.

I recently sold my DSLD home and moved into a Lennar. I must say DSLD beats Lennar any day and in same price range. Lennar needs to hire new crews bc every outlet is extremely crooked, outlets are thrown into middle of walls that make no sense, you cant cook on your gas stove bc the exhaust does not go to the outside (DSLD did) and the fire alarms go off, I get 5 mins of hot water, the tile in the shower is so uneven it hurts your feet. The only enticing thing is the 3.99% rate.

I purchased it online through an agent who is not from Lennar.

Overall home buying experience was good. The house looks nice and seems to be pretty quality for a new build in this day and Age. After moving into the house, I had an issue with the yard being improperly graded and a large puddle forming anytime the grass is watered or it rains.. The landscaping has a one year warranty, and I made a warranty claim which was promptly dismissed without anyone even coming to look at the yard or assessing it. I am doubtful that any warranty issues will be solved by them unless you get a lawyer involved based on this experience

Easy, ready to move in.

Overall experience for price point okay.

I call 4 or 5 times about my tree came out of the ground. The wind blew them out. They’re all broken and they will not replace them the landscaper The contractor has already been closed.

Happy we got the Labor Day sale, great price reduction, construction was completed on time. Used Lennar's closing attorney, great experience.

I have a four bedroom home and it’s still too small. The bedrooms are so small 10 by tens are a waste of time you can’t even fit decent furniture trying to put a queen size bed and a dresser. There’s no space for anything else. I think it’s ridiculous and it should be against the law to build such a small room for someone to live in just my personal opinion.

Three-Star Review We recently received the keys to our new home and were excited to start moving in, but unfortunately the first thing we had to do was clean the entire house ourselves. It was very disappointing to find that the home hadn’t been cleaned before our walkthrough or move-in. As we’ve settled in, we’ve also noticed several small details around the home that don’t reflect the level of quality we expected. None of these issues are huge on their own, but together they’ve left us feeling less impressed with the overall finish. We still appreciate finally being in our new home, but the experience would have been much better with more attention to detail and proper cleaning prior to move-in. ... More
