Very good happy with mostly everything workmanship in some areas could be better more attention to detail the doors could be better

Overall home buying experience was really good. Lennar is a very trustworthy builder. Only issue in the Carriage home is the quality of flooring is not as good as we expected and make popping / squeaking noises when stepping on some parts of the floor.

I like this builder, they have all including what I need for new house . I don’t have to worry

Great staff to work with, they were very responsive.

We’re a military family that recently moved to this area and they worked seamlessly with our crazy move schedule to ensure the house closed before we moved in. Big help!

Did what they needed to do to make thing right

The buying experience was extremely pleasant as compared to the mortgage process through Lennar which was difficult at times. First, my wife and I were impressed with the building of the home from start to finish. Everything was constructed in a very purposeful and deliberate manner. The structural integrity of the main structure was solid. Second, the doors and kitchen and bath cabinets were a bit on the cheap side but because they are builders cabinets we accepted that deficiency. Third, the kitchen granite countertop was installed with a defect that has not been addressed even after 2 complaints. Fourth, the house is spacious and we were given a slightly larger piece of property than other builders give. We were handled very efficiently and were able to move into our "Quick Delivery" home almost on the exact day promised nearly 2 months earlier. Most of our questions or concerns were handled relatively quickly with just one still unmet. We are very happy with the house and are enjoying making it our home; giving it some personality.

The blue tape walk through is extremely important and it is a great opportunity they offer.

I love my home. However, issues that have come up that are supposed to be warranteed, or items found in my walk through 4 months ago, are not addressed without pressure from me. That feels shady due to the used car salesman type promises made like “we are here for you, we care, any problems you just call.”.

Disappointed in the some of the workmanship and quality of finishes. For instance, drywall screws are easily exposed. Doors and cabinets are not as “solid” as I expected. Insulation is not good. Noises/ conversation can be heard when doors are closed even from across the home.

Framing, great! Finish work, less than average. Why you screw the sheetrock and nail the edges so they pop? Not smart. Spackling, not good at all. My painter wondered if it was recoated after sanding. Wish I could have picked the appliances, much below what we would have picked for ourselves. This all has to do with the contractors they pick, but the people are great! Alex, responsive and just a great guy. Randy, same.

Great buying experience. Only issues were the issues I had with glue, paint, and caulking that was on my floors that were not cleaned up.

Garrick was great and a big help resolving any issues. Morris was very patient with us. Josie was the best. Matt came in at the end of the process another quality individual.

So, I paid almost $200K for this house. It had a stove, Microwave and Dishwasher. No refrigerator. I had to turn around and buy one. Also, a few times that I have called in with issues, I got no return call, and my case was closed without comment.
