I am very happy to have found an affordable new home and appreciate Lennar making it possible for me to buy! Not happy about how appliance package was handled, when they provided a refrigerator that was too big for the space.

Lori our sales rep. was outstanding and a true gem for your company. The many challenges of portals and authorization codes was very challenging and I am computer savvy. What about those that are not familiar with the in and outs? The craftsmen who came to address our home issues were pleasant and knowledgeable.

Being a first time homebuyer my experience was stressful , but Lennar made it as easy as pie! Thanks Gina for your expertise and your hard work .

Home Consultant; Construction Manager; Loan Officer (not Underwriting). All of these folks made transitioning into a new home seamless. Quality people with both clients and company at the top of their thoughts.

The buying experience was great along with the mortgage loan process. The onsite home inspection representative was very good and responsive, helped with problems I had with the house. Painting was not done professionally walls are rough in places, paint was one receptacle covers and spattered all over the vinyl plank floors in all the room. I really like the layout, windows, doors, counters, shower, sinks, appliances, vinyl plank, carpet and tile are all good quality and installed well. The house is insulated well, sealed and quiet. The yard is the perfect size and landscaped nicely. Overall I really like the place, my rating would be perfect if it was not for the paint and cleanup even though I had some other issues with the counter cabinet door and some scratches in the vinyl plank that were promptly fixed. One suggestion is to give people moving in a time slot to program their garage door openers, my door was being opened when I was not home by a neighbor opening theirs. ... More

Overall a good home, but after you move in you see the small defects. And there is no fixing them.

Lennar offers competitive pricing, but you’re buying a cookie cutter town home with an okay attention to detail. It’s better than renting a random person/company’s place, but I wouldn’t expect a top tier home. In the end the are good homes. They’re not gonna fall apart and expose you to the elements, but they’re not a home you are going to want to show off. The Lennar team is great to work with. Easy communication and problem solving during each part of the home buying process experience. No question went unanswered, and it felt like they were on top of things.

It was very Thank You easy purchasing our new property. A few items would make the improve Lennar for buyers. Paint is relatively inexpensive but labor is expensive. Use a really good quality paint. The laundry room is a good size but my wife is 5’2 and she can’t reach the only shelve. If you had provided stackable full size set, we would have built a lot more cabinets. What is up with the baby size garage? You can’t open a door to get out of your car. Plumbers cheaped it on the connections. Why? Positives good quality appliances make me not want to replace. There was a bees nest which was removed and the missing paint in the corner was supposed to be painted over. Job never done.

The Rep is wonderful. We are still north and have yet to move in. Unfortunately, the home watch service keeps finding issues that need to be resolved. I am concerned.

Overall quality of the home is acceptable. However, the landscaping crew did absolutely nothing to grade the yard evenly before laying grass. Yard is filled with dips, ditches and high spots or concrete chunks. Multiple ankle and knee twists/sprains have already occurred in 3 weeks. Lennar partnered with an HoA that partnered with and internet provider that forces the Internet provider upon the entire 4000 home subdivision. Sales person was good. Mortgage representative was fantastic. Warranty review specialist was fine. Construction manager was good.

Sales part in excellent but going for 1st visit as celebration and before closing could be better than it was with us

Appliance alarmed with code F202 over a month ago I have been unable to get it repaired or replaced.

House wasn’t cleaned professionally before closing. Only can report issues that you see during walkthrough. After that it’s a battle.

The sales people were awesome. The loan process could have been less stressful. They wanted the same info sent to them multiple times. Taylor the sales consultant was fabulous and very helpful. The title reps were awesome and my Broker Rachel was fantastic. We have had a few issues after we moved in and Wendy has been awesome. She has went out of her way several times and has always been there when we needed help. When we moved in the house could have been a lot more cleaner. The floors have markings on them from the installation that will not come out and they are not shiny as you would think they should be. ... More

I trusted Lennar for providing a carefree house, however please get your own inspector.

The buying experience was very good. I had tried to buy a house before, and it was a nightmare. But Lennar made their process easy. The house design is wonderful however, the quality of the material used in the building are Mid tier. The customer service was good, but once the house was purchased, I didn’t get any response to my inquiries. Overall, I’ll give them an 7 out of 10. I’m going to recommend going with them for affordability.

great value for money. builder wont cover cosmetic after closing even though home never moved into for a while after closing (and before move in). So be careful in documenting exhaustively all issues.

I recently purchased a home from Lennar, and overall, my experience was quite positive with a few areas for improvement. What I liked: The offer process was smooth and well-coordinated. Lennar's team communicated promptly and ensured that everything progressed as expected. Both the loan officer and the customer sales agent were extremely helpful, making the home-buying journey seamless and less stressful. The construction manager was receptive to any issues I pointed out and was always ready to address them. He also provided some valuable tips on home maintenance. Areas for improvement: There were times when I found it difficult to communicate or reschedule meetings. Some walk-throughs were scheduled without considering my availability, and my attempts to reschedule went unanswered. This led to a few inconvenient situations where I had no choice but to attend as scheduled. While the home overall meets expectations, I feel the quality could be better in some areas. For example, I noticed that the wood quality in the attic was not up to par, and some details like missing garage opener studs were disappointing. In summary, I appreciate Lennar's organized approach and helpful staff, but there are a few areas—particularly regarding communication and certain aspects of construction quality—where improvements can be made. ... Ok, but could have been a higher quality product/ material. Electrical GFIs are not installed so you cannot use a hair dryer without tripping the power. The postal service is non existent, online packages undeliverable since the address does not exist. The most frustrating is the address being not found. No food delivery services or Uber cabs or any deliveries gets to us. We’ve had to use the Publix supermarket as our drop off. I’m told it will get started soon so until then, I “reside” at Publix on Palm Drive!

Punchlist items have been slow to be resolved. I closed on March 28th and am still waiting for two major items to be resolved. Also, there was lack of communication regarding my mailbox and i never received the keys. I am waiting for the keys so i can get my mail.

We recently moved into our new home in Smyrna, DE built by Lennar. and while we presume the overall construction is solid the design of the home met our expectations. We were disappointed to find noticeable scratches on the sink, stove and countertop which were missed in the walkthroughs. These is a brand-new build, so it was frustrating to see damage right from the start. Other items that were missed during the buying process, shame on us, include no towel bars in the bathrooms, inadequate lighting, lack of shelving in the primary shower, very basic shower heads and overall less than satisfying landscaping around the property. ...
