Bought the Evan … Awesome Garage! Park large RV’s or ?…. Up to your imagination! The house layout is awesome… The master room very nice & Roomy!! Large fully covered front patio w/Mountain View’s as well as the back yard too!! Quality home very well insulated! With three thermostats too controll a/c all areas of the home .. great feature!!! Really enjoying neiborhood and neighbors everyone’s very friendly!! J F

My experience purchasing a Lennar home in the Sawgrass community was amazing! I love my home and everyone took care of me. The customer service was awesome and the quality of my home is just as good. I would recommend and I would do it again.

Lennar kept me well informed and even accommodated a misguided shipment of refrigerated medication. James gladly put the package in the fridge for me. Above and beyond my expectations. Everyone has been quick to answer all questions.

Lennar homes and the agent are great

From start to finish, the experience was great. I purchased a move in ready home. Communication was top tier between all players throughout the process between Lennar team, my realtors and loan officer. I’m not sure what I expected throughout the process but I’d have to say my expectations were exceeded. The only drawback for me was lack of follow up to my questions regarding options to add a few things that wasn’t included such as laundry, refrigerator, fence and patio screen door. Overall, for my family and I, we received more than we could ask for with the price we paid.

When you purchase Sunrise (Villas) it would be nice if they included gutters and downspouts. Also, the driveway is to narrow. We were never told that we needed to purchase on our own.

Adrianne was my sales agent and she did a great job. She was very responsive when we had questions and very caring about the whole process. The walk through with Cindy was amazing. Found only a couple of little things that we needed to be fixed. Jenny did a great job on our loan. She also was very knowledgeable and responsive. I was surprised every step of the way because I had heard negative comments about Lennar Homes. You must have had a great turn around in caring about customer service. I have nothing but good things to say. The last thing I must mention is that our yard has some elevation problems that we have been told would be fixed. It was well structure journey with Lennar as a company with each individual unit making their own best efforts to make customer feel in good hand. Nice experience till now and hope for it to continue and build stronger as time passes.

The quality of the home exceeds that of other competitive builders by far in my view with details included that are not offered by other builders and even at a lower price. Overall, the BEST value is with Lennar.
