No pool in the area. Promised remote to open gates to access pool down the road on Rayford Rd. Have not received

Extra parking is very limited.

The purchasing portion of our home buying experience was amazing. Tina Mondragon is exceptionaly nice and caring. This is our 2nd Lennar home becasue of Tina. She was just as excited to help us purchase our second home as she was with our first. Tina is always a pleasure to see in the new home office and is very helpful on giving us any information that we need. We have ongoing issues not completed from our closing walk-throughs back in OCT 2019. Such as, scrached and dented cabinets, chips in the granite counter tops, stress crackes in drywall. Good work and customer friendly

We liked Foster City and came across Foster Square and my wife fell in love with it immediately. We were looking for a new home with one floor and this was ideal. The locality is pleasing and convenient. The construction is good and the appliances are good. The fixtures are economical and the wooden doors are light. The private elevator, although cumbersome makes you sleep better. The tandem garage is satisfactory. The price is more than you would expect for a condo of this size but it is Silicone Valley. Suki and Robbie are very helpful. I had a problem with the square footage and could not get any higher up to answer my question satisfactorily. I even emailed director of something but she did not reply my email. But overall my wife is very pleased with the acquisition and we are extremely happy that we have bought a condominium in Foster Square. Lennar builds good housing. ... More

The homes and floor plans are really pretty inside and out

The home was built very well. The process was great no complaints with lennar at all! Only issues were with Cal Atlantic they were the worst and wouldn’t recommend them ever!!!!

I love my house. Sales person was great, everything was great including the closing. After closing a couple of things change. Attention to some pending things before closing still pending. Main lock is not working and one of the led recesses light stop working.

We love our new home. It’s gorgeous and spacious just the way we had imagined. Everyone that we have contacted regarding our home concerns or questions were really nice and quickly responded to our needs. I would highly recommend Lennar homes to friends and family. The homes are beautiful and gorgeous. They have a great team who will always go that extra mile to help you.

97% complete, example plumber came to fix the water heater and faucet , tighten the faucet and checked the water heater. After leaving the issue still needs attention, 3% not corrected.

Need to be more transparency

We bought a brand new house and had experienced a few issues with the construction in the 4 months we have been living there, such as, unaligned walls, bathroom glass shower without the rubber corners, broken pipe for bathroom disposal which damage our lawn. Even though Lennar guarantee has helped with the issues we understand that some of them shouldn’t be occurring on a brand new house.

Why the rating is four stars on three out of four areas. The reasons are that since we moved in we had problems with the plumbing and the dryer exhaust duct and now are fixed, the sliding doors not working and were repaired, and the front door lock was not functioning as intended and was replaced. Elevators not working for days without advance notice, and even after being repaired are still not trusted. Also, we bought our washer and dryer even that in Lennar advertisement they should be included in the Condo. But, in general the Condo is a high quality product and deserves five stars and we like it. ... More

Well I was so happy to become a new homeowner, but had to inquire a few times with Hov director about grass on side of house not growing, eventually having to hire a landscaper to fulfill the problem. Also , the stream of water along the side of house isn’t filling with water but instead the water from the street is gathering a large puddle and not draining into outlet! This makes the neighborhood look run down and I hate that it accumulates directly in front of my house. Visitors can’t park without stepping into a water puddle. I was told this is the builders problem to address. Lastly, I had my electrician here to install a ceiling fan in living room near fireplace, but he found that the present wiring was not adequate to house any type attachment. I’m still waiting for Ceco evaluate the issue so my fan can be installed. My electrician spoke with Jerry about the issue and was going to look into further installs in other homes being built.Hopefully this will be taken care of in a timely manner. It’s really quick to do a review; I think we need more time for this. Overall, the process was fine, the new house looks great, and I hope the materials will last. I also hope the community development moves forward. Thank you.
