Would like a person to call to address an issue we had in walk thru that still has not been fixed

My experience with the sales person & my superintendent were excellent. They were quick to respond, professional & caring. The only 2 complaints I have are 3 of my appliances were damaged and the ceiling has so many tape lines in different rooms that will have to be redone, which will make a mess in my new house. The drywall company is terrible.

we have had multiple issues with our home, all of them have been addressed by Lennar. Some of the pain points were extremely shoddy work behind the sink in the powder room, the ring bell not being wired at all, missing light covers in the living room. The attention to detail is why a house is a luxury home. The worst part of this - in one and a half month - having to see a pile of garbage and dirt out of our window right on the main entrance to the homes. If you plan to call something luxury set the premise from the get go - the landscape should go in before the sale and it should be pristine. There is no reason for anyone to look at construction debris from our window and from the road. I have had conversations with people visiting and the state of the roads, landscape and the little details that make a house a luxury home are all we spoke about. The other issue is with the HoA - we paid for the amenities and had to wait for a month and half to even get fobs to the gym. Also there needs to be another one. Can’t have 750 homes and only one gym. It isn’t big enough to accommodate even half the families and it’s a townhouse community. Lastly the USPS - how and why in Gods name would you have a home with no address. This all should be sorted out pre construction - I can’t switch any of my addresses since USPS doesn’t recognize the address even on their own website. The people who work at Lennar are wonderful - shout out to Joanna, David and Peggy and to the people who are in service - Rick was awesome. The home buying process was easy and Lennar has been prompt about resolving any of the usual problems that go with buying a new build.

It is a great experience with the builder buying a house. I am sure to share my experience with my friends who are planning to buy house in future.

We purchased this property as an investment and overall it was a great experience. Jacob and the construction manager Andrew were excellent at communicating every detail during construction. Andrew provided updates on all aspects of each phase of the project since we couldn't visit on-site physically. I would definitely recommend Lennar to my friends and family.

Good quality homes. Very responsiveness to any issues. Very happy with my home.

It started with a drive by in the Fall of 24, than a site visit where Arthur showed us several properties, condos and single family homes. We liked what we saw but since we were not local, we held off to look around a bit more. Finally in Spring of 25 we purchased the Victoria style home, and construction was complete in August. There were some minor issues, but overall nothing major and Lennar did engage immediately to address things. We have not been in the home long, but so far we are happy with the purchase, the development (Heritage Landing), Lennar, our neighbors, and the people who we worked with. buying and closing were stress free. Got to walk house before closing and get problems corrected. one item not able to correct was that the hose bibs are in wrong locations. the front hose bib is on the opposite side of the house from the garage.

Our new home consultant James was great and responsive.

James was great during the purchase process. Trying to connect with him afterwards was difficult. Not sure if he even still works for Lennar. Waiting on a few minor repairs. Process is super slow. Overall very happy with home. I’m sure we’ll get it worked

The teams have been responsive and helpful, although because of the size of the company getting to the right person can require persistence and asking the right questions. The workmanship is reasonable, materials are generally contractor grade, and the attention to detail is mediocre-particularly the painting.

I love this house, Summerville II, house of my dreams. I just wish the materials used were better quality. I have had to put in warranty tickets every week since living here for the last 2 mths, Wayne the warranty man is very responsive and he is great to work with. Brad P who sold us this house was great to work with also, he sent updated pics and videos of the building process since we were not local. Brad P also responded to all my questions and calls. He explained how the buying process would work. Very happy with the Lennar team and my new house. Just wish that they used better quality items. Such as cabinetry, countertops, appliances, the walls are very thin. I hear my son in his bedroom located in the front of the house white I am in my bedroom located in the back of the house. ... The sale staff and grounds men are great and very professional. I would of love the overhead desk, but I'll reach out to Lennar builders to install the deck after market. Overall, my wife and I love our space. Please fix the drainage outside. When it rain, the street gets flooded very fast.

Had a great buying experience. Walked through every step with little effort. It was painless.

The Lennar team was very good in communication and understanding throughout the journey of buying a house. Highly recommend buying homes with them.

Purchase process with Lennar was a breeze. The team worked hard to find us a the right house, quickly process our loan, and complete the house to allow us close just three weeks after signing the contract.

Overall good experience, good communication and great people from the realtor, mortgage broker to the title company.
