Currently amenities are not available and yet we’re paying for them. My husband is a trim carpenter n noticed lots of caulk used at the base. A lot paint flaws on drywall. We enjoyed working with our Salesman Ole.

They are outstanding builders, but they need to correct some issues, insulation on the walls

We love our floor plan. Many items are low quality. Appliances, cabinets. The inability to make any changes is frustrating. Love the neighborhood design Lennar has done.

While the home buying experience was good with great support from lennar mortgage, we have issues with the quality and some of the basic stuffs.

Lennar made the home buying process a breeze. Along with the incentives provided by Lennar there’s no better option of buying a house in the current market. The only thing I recommend is scheduling a very thorough 3rd party home inspector. These houses are built extremely fast and because of that, issues do arise. We were lucky with our house and haven’t had many issues but a quality home inspection will bring any serious issues to light. The construction manager for the neighborhood, we bought in, was very responsive to the report and has the majority of issues, highlighted in the report, fixed before our closing date. ... More

Good benefits and fast process

I had a great experience from start to closing. One negative comment, after closing when repairs was needed a response.

i would like more ethernet plugs in the rooms some have none for items that react better than wifi connection also the back yards could have some attention rather than just dirt or at lease tamp and compact it add better quality appliances and thermostats ecobee or nest

Overall great experience. The consultants were awesome. But as far as workmanship, fast and sloppy not quality materials used. They don’t even come with ceiling fans anymore.

The buying process was very quick and smooth. The quality of materials and workmanship can be better. Nail marks are already beginning to pop through the sheet rock and the home is only 2 months old. The walls seem paper thin. It’s been difficult getting in touch with anyone from Lennar.

This home feels like a dream for us. I always wanted to buy a home in Spancer hill once it was launched. I am happy with this home but I believe this home has been super rushed. Finishing is poor. Every appliance has some issue or the other. The most concerning is the insulation in my kids room and the master bath where temperature goes down at 61F with a thermostat of 70F. I have raised it to customer service team. Hope it’s resolved to my satisfaction and I can come back and review again.

I have a running list of isues to have repaired. Broken Kitchen cabinets, intendtation on floor, no heat in Master bath and closet. Having to use a portable heater. Windows are icing up inside of house. I have a sink hold along side the house. The ground is pulling away from house. We have 1-2 inch beside the lawn.

Kathy, the realtor is very nice. Denise in customer support is great. Very helpful. Ryan, Joe and Justin very nice. On walkthrough before closing, we placed blue tape in areas that needed to be fixed. When I went in a week later to get some measurements, a lot of the blue tape was lying on the floor. Some areas had been fixed and others not. I picked it up and put it back on the places that needed to be taken care of. On the final walk-through found several more things that were basically just shoddy workmanship. There was one place that was really bad on the island and I was told there was nothing they would do about it. Was not happy about it but did not let it stop me from buying the house since I wanted one in this area. I was really shocked to find out that none of the windows come with any screens, and none of the cabinets (kitchen or bath) come with any handles or knobs. There is no lighting over the island or where the dining room table would sit., only around one side of the dining and living rooms. None of these things are options you can get. You have to have them done/added at your own expense. There is no caulking between the quarter round and the floors in the bathrooms leaving a gap and this area open for water to get underneath when you get in and out of the tub. As I said, not the best workmanship for sure. Downspout runs into flowerbed at edge of sidewalk where it washes the mulch out onto the sidewalk causing a walk hazard and leaves a hole where the mulch washes out. Sidewalk has to be swept and cleaned each time it rains. ... More

The Home we purchased is a Lovely Home. There are a few problems we encountered, like there is no separate switch to for the Porch Light and The Outside Light over the Garage are on the same switch, and there is not switch in the garage for the outside light over the garage. I replaced the Light outside over the garage with our Ring Camera Spot Light, and our Porch Light has to stay on 24 hours in order for our Ring Camera to work. I asked and they are supposed to check and see if it was in the plans for a separate switch to be installed. The Front Door is not measuring 3'0 or 36" wide because my Screen Door is not mounting correctly. I Love my Home and Wish they would fix these minor problems. ... More

Everyone concerned was always ready to show us homes we were interested in no matter how many times we asked to re-visit! The entire buying experience went very smoothly and quickly. The only downside for us was having to wait until the house was finished and move-in ready. Our initial walk-thru went well; only a few very minor details needed to be taken care of. The 2nd walk-through showed all items we had marked having been taken care of.

Everyone’s experience is different but ours was positive. Due to hurricanes and personal issues closing needed to be remote and that was simple. Communication with loan officer, Josh and others involved was timely and always supportive. We were fortunate to have had a wonderful realtor , denise and a wonderful project manager, JB. Our unit had some unfinished work but communication was responsive and everything was promptly completed. The timeline for our unit was close to expected; the amenities are unfortunately taking longer. Overall, our experience with the entire team was favorable and we are looking forward to being apart of the community. ... More

My experience with Lennar construction team couldn't have been worse

the overall purchase was nice and there were no issues I am currently going through the process for some cabinet issues and so far that process has been great, but it is still in process. We moved from out of state and unfortunately the company could not wait an extra 6 days to do the landscaping and all of our grass is probably not going to make it and looks dead At this point this is the main issue we have.

I love my new house but I am not satisfied because Lennar did not put rain gutter to the house . Your worker said ‘ oh we did not install rain gutter anymore , it’s been years we don’t do those rain gutters and rain gutter are not a part of the house . That’s an excuse! You can go back and check did you ever see a home without a rain gutter . You can cut something else to keep your pricing stable but rain gutters are always a part of the house. It’s not about the money but the thing is if you setting and building a house please putt at the features in it .

Excellent buying process. Quality of workmanship in the home construction mediocre. Low end flooring, cabinets, etc. But perhaps fits the price range of house. Very good follow up on service issues.
