The purchasing process was smooth and without any problems. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I did not run in to any problems until after closing. Do not accept verbal promises to correct things after closing. Get everything in writing about what will be done!

There are things that don’t work to your needs, like cabinets in the kitchen, poor design, especially because supposedly are for older people, they should be easier to set up things…. the shower door is out of balance, so goes back to you and hits you when you are trying to get dry; the extractor by the stove is not attached to any tube that goes outside the roof, so you get all that noise for nothing, because the hot air and smoke goes back into your space …… The quality of the open and close blinders are extremely cheap and they probably will brake soon and it’ll be no way to fix it; that will be money out of your pocket; the system to stop the water in case of a ceiling sprinkler deploys is absurd, it should be one fast key that shuts off the water, not to have to go out to the street to open that heavy cover, lift it and shut off the main valve, like i said it’s ridiculous, especially if you are an older person; there is no cold water in the summer, all the water comes warm, now with the temperatures going down it’s getting better, but shouldn’t be, that means there is poor insulation where the water is passing thru those pipes…….the extractor switch in the laundry room is near the ceiling, so you have to use a step chair to set it on and off, again ridiculous system for housing people over 55 and older…. i have to say that i’m very disappointed with the building and architectural design…. ... We went to tour the division just to see what they were like and it went from a tour of new homes to essentially a car sale. I don’t mean that in any bad way, but that was the closest kind of transaction I can compare that too. Working with Michael we were qualified for our new home and thus began our journey to becoming homeowners. We were then assigned Matt to get all of our required loan documents in order. Once everything was collected we were good to wait until the closing and cash to close transfer. The signing was very quick and painless.

After living in the house for 2 months I’m noticing poor workmanship outside and in. Love the house though

There are many problems that are still being discovered after closing, but Jim has been amazing at getting corrections made immediately.

Some quality issues submitted were garage door alignment and rattling on the AC unit. I was told these are normal issues when seals are not sealing gaps and other AC units are quieter in the complex.

Never finished cocking in restroom And grass installed was very poor all dry and died

The lending process went very smoothly and fast. We love our home but we experienced a lot of poor workmanship in the quality of the home. It took over a month to address all of the repairs that needed to be done.

Overall, the buying process was smooth and satisfactory. Unfortunately, the quality of some materials leaves much to be desired. The cupboards feel subpar, and the drywall is quite thin and fragile, with paint chipping from even minor scratches. The value for the price is just okay, given the quality of materials used. Responsiveness to issues has been lacking. There has been minimal follow-up on concerns raised, and no clear proof has been provided regarding the resolution of third-party inspection findings. The builder and team seem trustworthy and professional in their dealings.

I don’t know. There are more restrictions on what we can do with our house yard. I want to make it mine not look like other houses. The salesman told us we could do that and it wasn’t until later we found out we couldn’t. It’s taking a long time to get the clubhouse finished.

Thank GOD, and Lennar I got it , a dream, it is a good experience to be the first time, now I’m calmed , quite, fine, de-stressed, I appreciate all of you for your help Lennar team.

This is the biggest purchase of my life. Now that I am completely moved it, I realized how cheap everything was. The walls are delicate and easily gets scratched. I was getting internet installed to find out we don’t have a phone jack, which is the most common thing to have in the home. Then I was having my fridge installed and was told that the connection to the water line is the wrong size. It was for the size of a dishwasher hookup, so I had to go out and buy an adapter to make sure it all fits. It’s a beautiful home, don’t get me wrong, but I can’t believe such little common details like that has been mistaken. ... More

We purchased the home when it was almost complete. While the home is wonderful and we are very happy, I would recommend upgrading the paint and carpet padding. These small things make a HUGE difference. Semi gloss in more areas would have been a much better option. The paint we have is extremely flat almost like a primer only quality. The carpet is okay but better quality padding would have been much better. I want to reiterate we bought our home when it was close to completion and we are very happy so far!

Lennar sales office provided excellent customer service and were extremely supportive, collaborative, and patient with our queries and last minute closing issues. We were aware of the contractor grade quality of the materials used. Construction manager is very responsive and addresses the issues promptly. Overall, good experience. Thank you!

It was a nice experience The Angie sold us the home was exceptional and the project manager was good. You'll find little things thats wrong but nothing major so far and overall I'm happy with my purchase the neighborhood is nice.

The delivery of the home was before time. The entire purchasing process was seamless.

Everything was going great until someone from Lennar ordered a 6 ft high vinyl fence to be installed blocking a water view of a beautiful pond after everyone closed on their property. Supposedly the salespeople didn't know that a fence was going up. They sold us the property with a premium for that view. So they took our money then blocked the view with the fence! Someone at Lennar needs to be held responsible and fired. It's a shame because of this situation it has ruined a great home buying experience for many of us. They need to take the fence down!

I had multiple problems with the house that we discovered after closing due to poor workmanship. I was very disappointed with the lack of follow up and had to escalate my complaints .

The subs need to do the job right the first time. I’ve had 5 major issue with my lawn. 2 broken sprinkler lines, one not burried, lawn died and replaced. This is my 3rd Lennar home I’ve bought and I’m sure Lennar won’t respond to this but that’s life. So probably my last Lennar I’ll buy.

Easy purchase process, great price, decent house. Dirty floors when I moved in, I was told I would get a tree in the front and back yard, I have a tree in the front now but not in the back yard nor did they sod the entire backyard which I didn't find out about that until it was too late. Some fit and finish issues and my dryer breaker randomly trips when the dryer is off.

The sales people were great, quite knowledgable and very responsive. The closing team was amazing. It was the smoothest closing that we've ever been through. Our home could be close to amazing. The structure itself is very high quality and the designs are beautiful. On the other hand, the finishes are something else altogether. It is the absolute WORST drywall job of any house we have ever lived in. (This makes 29 homes) there are walls that curve as much as an inch from floor to ceiling! The finish on the drywall looks like a 5th grader did it. (There is a reason they use only flat paint!) The electrical is quite questionable. The majority of the house is wired with 14 gauge wire, yet the breakers are 20amp. (How does that pass code) Some circuits have nearly 20 devices on a single circuit. I have never put more that 8 on a circuit. Appliances, fixtures and the like must be the cheapest they could find. We are in the process of replacing most of them. Even interior door knobs stick or fall off after a month. Customer service after the sale is pretty good. The Lennar Centralized Customer Care seems to work pretty well. When we have used it, we have gotten a response within 2 or 3 days. Overall, we have been fairly pleased with everything, but it really could have been an amazing experience had they not been so cheap on the finishes. ... More

Carter Benson in sales at Eastland has very poor communication skills. As soon as he gets your deposit he will ignore your texts, calls and emails leaving you to have to reach out to other team members to help you. He will lie when you finally do get a hold of him to get you to stop reaching out to him. For 3 months this man has been lien saying a washer and dryer is being shipped to my home which was promised in my closing of my new home. He now won’t reply to my text messages and avoids me when going to the sale home. I’m not sure why he won’t just be honest and say he messed up and it’s not coming. But Cody Hester my down officer was awesome he helped me with everything even the things during the process Carter was supposed to. I would recommend him to anyone. Also the women who was at my closing was the sweetest I can’t remember her name. ... More

We have issues with our wiring, we were not able to get a response right away, however we do have an electrician coming with an appointment made. However the problem isn't exactly ideal. Also some of the sod (grass) that was laid out was already dead when it was laid. Other than that, I've ahead an excellent experience and love the home.

The home buying experience was great. Everyone that help me made me feel very comfortable during the buying process. I have a lot of details in my home that was not fixed, for example- painting issues, water leak by a window.
