Location and quality of construction

Love our new Lennar home. Build was completed on time and most issues were minor and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Lennar employees have been a pleasure to deal with. Community has great potential, however still waiting on some promised amenity’s from Lennar.

Builders are notorious for leaving a lot of details unfinished at the end of a project, but Lennar did great on this one. The construction manager (Jim) was just a prince. Very patient during walk throughs, addressed every concern I had.

Dayna is wonderful and a great sales rep from Lennar at Willington hights. She is always supportive and helps with fixing the issues faster . She is s good person and cares for the home buyers , shares best of the information that helps to make better decisions . I would recommend her for a promotion or salary raise for the wonderful work she has done for us.

Friendly sales and design team along with a building manager who keeps you updated through out. Communication on any issues were immediate and resolved when promised.

Overall I am pleased with my new build. However I’ve noticed a lot of issues after moving in that have to do with things being rushed as far as painting and craftsmanship. I would not trade my home for anything!

Being new to TN and recently divorced, this company really took their time and answered all my questions. I was kept up to date with delays and building phases. I also hired a third party inspector and he stated this was a great buy! Thank you!
