I had three issues within the first month of moving in, vent latch not closing, sprinkler drip line coming loose and a crack in my sewer line underneath the driveway. Upon reporting those, they had a team fixing those issues. Although it was annoying to deal with, they were very responsive with resolving the issues. The bathrooms don’t come with towel racks for some reason. Lastly, I wish the gates were on the wider side of the yard. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and I have no regrets with the people I’ve worked with.

Buying a home is very stressful and there was a delay in closing but all through the proceess there was good communication about what was going on. The sales team and the builder team were responsive and helpful. To date any of the issues we have had after the sale have been addressed promptly.

Area manager , const manager and warranty manager stepped up to the plate and took care of all our concerns . This is our second lennar home in 1 year and have referred others .

This is our first home and Lennar made this experience so nice.

Fabulous, From The First Time I Walked Into Your Home, It Was Love At First Sight. Everything Went Great From The Beginning Of My Journey To The Day I Received My Keys To My Home. I Had A Little Snag, But We All Worked Together To Get Through The Journey. Thank You All.

Excellent experience with Lennar construction & services

Felt like an old style three bedroom apartment. Sharing bathroom especially. Your architect Do not know how to use the space smartly wasted a lot of space . 1. For the price we paid it is not worth I felt 2. Agents pushed us into it when I was away from the country 3. For two bedrooms one bath room 4. 2.1 mil house and no pantry 5. No compensation for the buyer agent Overall my experience with you guys is very unsatisfactory

Next house I buy I will de looking for Lennar.

Hello! My expirence doing the financial process with Lennar it wasn't pleasant as I was actuallyexpecting. The person that it was in charge of requesting information seemed she didn't know what she was doing. She made the process stressful. We had a back up Lender and the process was simple and way easier. The day that we received the keys was another stressful day since the garage didn't open and one of the keys open the house once, but didn't work again until Lennar come and fix them 2 weeks later. When finally we come inside the house I almost cried because the house has stains all over and the floor was dirty. The house was not the way it was promised. On the orientation they told us that we will receive a voucher for paint and we haven't receive it. So far I love my house and the community. Also, it is easy to report something when it breaks and Lennar makes sure everything is fine. ... More

I haven’t bought a brand new home from a big company ever. The buying experience was very professionally done. Your system of information is exceptional and closing was very smooth. I’m very thankful for the warranty. Unfortunately, since we moved in less than two months ago, we have had six warranty issues already. I am just praying that this is not going to be the case the whole time we own the house.

Overall experience is great. Great communication and support. I feel Lennar can do better with materials quality. Using cheap vinly for windows and doors is not good.

Lennar houses are worth of the money. However, their system of dealing with customers is horrible. No central / nodal person. Nobody owns the responsibility of dealing with customer. You will be runnig from pillar to post in resolving the issues without proper direction. In nutshell it is a nightmare in dealing with Lennar. But their prices are reasonable.

Overall Lennar is very good and build beautiful homes for people to enjoy. Sales, concierge and move in service is very good. Opportunity for improvements. Fix all not some issues faster after move in. Add some custom options for floors, backsplash, cabinets. Opportunity to add electricity and hot water connections for bidets in bathrooms. Larger cement pad in the back. Paint garage, as they come unpainted. Need smart home options and better cables through house.

Good when the right people were involved. Some of the loan experience was poor, but Logan helped make it 10x better.

On the day of closing I went to home to do another inspection and items like the cabinets that had scratches were not fixed. Was told that it will be done when I come back from closing. Never happened and it’s now been 2 months and I still haven’t gotten it fixed. So don’t sign until the items they need to fix is fix because then u will end up having to do the run around

I was shopping around other homes such as KB houses and Wilson houses but due to the unavailability of homes I had to look at Lennar homes. My experience was good but not great during process to close escrow as the staffs weren’t quick to response to my questions and needs, I usually have to do 2-3 response to get an answer back. After moving into the home, things started to break such as drywall, hidden cracks, hidden poor construction, a lot of nails from roof and backyard. Overall Lennar homes was not my first choice, I had limited time to find a home so I had no choice as landlord was selling the home I was renting. My landlord home is also a Lennar home and they sold their home due to issues that I’m starting to experience. I love my home and it’s a good home but it’s not the greatest. ... More

To Start was not happy with Lennar Mortgage, wished I had used a different company. The communication for closing was non existent. Nobody showed us anything on how to operate pool and other features like the ring camera etc. We had to hunt down our keys and garage door opener. the Sheet rock and walls were poorly done and a lot of the holes for lights and outlets were cut too big and one light above kitchen Island was buried and had to be found and cut out after. Overall communication was just not good. Talking to the neighbors they have had the exact same bad experience.

Everyone with Lennar Corporation was always accommodating, patient and professional in guiding me through the nerve wrecking process of home buying. In the end it was worth it because I love my Lennar home.

The agent, Shay, was great and the team inside Lennar was pretty good. Unfortunately, Lennar is plagued with incompetence and cost cutting to the extreme at the top. The purchasing team needs to be updated and the design team needs to refocus on what matters in a successful design. I can understand removing the powder room from the RV garage to cut costs. But there was an opportunity to put tough ins for future for a sink on the back side of the master bath. The windows for the garage were removed, which was a design failure and cut very little overall cost. The door to the back yard was removed from the garage. The house has no linen closet, comes without towel bars, the faucets and door handles are chrome when the cabinet hardware is brushed. The front door hardware is also brushed. Nothing matches, we as owners are unable to add outlets or change anything. The bedrooms don’t have any lighting or switched outlets at time of turnover. There are just so many missed opportunities here and with no additional costs or very little at most a more cohesive and quality design a could be accomplished. It boils down to a lack of proper oversight from the executive level. As a side note, Lennar showed the property with a 2% commission advertised for my agent and then tried to change to a lower flat fee around time of closing. For title, I didn’t know when I was going to sign until it was about two days before it was very hectic, I had to wait a long time when I went to the office because they didn’t have everything ready, and then after they wanted me to go back and sign more papers And I live like 45 minutes away so I said no, so a very nice lady came to my house so I could sign more papers, purchased many houses throughout my life. I have never had an experience like this should Communicate better, since people are anxiously waiting to know when it’s going to close and not Just two days before we close, because we have other things to do my like work. ...
