Overall I’m happy with the house. Before purchasing I inquired about the dead sod and was told fit needed heat to grow and the “good” areas of the yard was a different kind of sod. Well it’s not growing and was told they would deal with the neighborhood as a whole. That was 6 weeks ago and still no answer. After a month of watering the shrubs on the hill they just died and not just mine all 4 other houses have died too.

The house is awesome it is peaceful and a safe community we love where we live. The customer service person is very helpful with any issues that come up We are happy in our purchase Thank you Thomas and Melba

Great experienced on purchasing house from Lennar. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable.

It would be great if Lennar play a key role in quality check; we personally ran into multiple hassles due to poor quality inspection after completion of each area.

In general, the house is well-constructed. Ant issues initially, but I believe I've taken care of the problem. The house has no gutters - so that's an add-on charge and ditto for a yard fence. There was a construction issue where someone cut through the condenser line in the outside wall. Created mold and am waiting for a repair. Have a nice little extra light from the outside, however. Warranty guy was quick to show up to review, slow to fix and going on a couple weeks now.

The experience was pretty easy and very efficient. Martha and john were great and went above and beyond to get my family in our first home purchase. There were some minor building issues that were addressed but overall great experience. Highly recommend but would also say to any new home buyer make sure a thorough inspection is done

Use better washable paint. People moving into a brand new house don’t want marks on the walls that cannot be washed off or have to paint a freshly painted house.

So our experience was just fast. We had looked the year before, and had liked the Monroe. I came home from our house in Florida to get our house in ZIONSVILLE ready to list. A week later a buyer showed up at our door and wanted to buy the house, within a week we were under contract. My wife was still in Florida and I had to pick a house without her. Melinda and my Realtor were fantastic in helping. Thank goodness for FaceTime, I was able too walk through the house showing her everything. With in that day we purchased the house. Looks like all the stuff was done in a hurry, like outlets are not straight, some are loose. Painting had a lot of bad spots, Door painting is rough, nothing was sanded down well before painting. Main water line is covered up hard to get a water softner in, lot of extra cost.

Overall I am satisfied so far but there are a few issues I have to address within this first year.

So far we love our new home. Subcontractors have been very responsive. We have had an outstanding issue for about a week that has not been addressed and probably takes 5 minutes to solve. Contractor grade appliances but they are proforming OK.

Great experience along the way with Lennar,my only complaint is now that I am living there the HOA isn’t responding to any of my requests to finish out the house and put up and fence

Overall happy with our home but disappointed for the quality of work. Our short period here we have had roof shingles off, water damage from the second floor bathroom, and several other items we have found.

Sales rep Ana was awesome

Look for dust in the basement at walk thru. have it cleaned up before you accept your home.

Not my first Rodeo stay focused and patient.

Lennar and our realestate agent were very helpful in the purchasing process and we had to buy remotely as we were in Europe. I love the house, the primary bathroom, high ceilings and porches. I am disappointed that we have no amenities or pool nearby. Hoping for mega pool to be finished, Publix and golf cart trails. Trees are a necessity. Desperately need trees on our street. But we love the spacious home and alley fed garage.

The walk thru with the builder was good but there were a few places that were marked and not fixed.

They helped us a lot, with costs and closing... we are happy with Lennar...

Jeremy was great to work with. He always responded quickly to my text and emails. Christie was very helpful and did her best to take care of our concerns.

The only problem is that Lennar homes is not enforcing the covenants we have trailers that are parked in the yards that have been in there for over two months. One is a pink horse trailer on Bonanza Street. This really needs to be taken care of.

They do respond to issues in a timely manner

Quality of the paint and appliances are not quality. They skimped on many beautiful features like epoxy garage floor, crown molding, glass front door. It was so disappointing to find out they were no longer offering this when it’s in the models.
