Closing was a nightmare , got ripped off , house is not built for storms

The house is not bad, but there was a lack of attention to many details, apart from an unjustified delay in its delivery. The best has been Mrs Maria Gonzalez in addressing questions and complaints. THANKS MRS MARIA!! It will be difficult for me to buy houses from Lennar again.

Melissa, The real estate agent on site was amazing, I’m very grateful for her professionalism and courtesy. I showed up without an appointment on my lunch hour and she treated me wonderful even though she had another appointment showing up she took care of me. She is a valued asset to you are company. Alex was a great lender and was able to get the house closed within 30 days which was pretty impressive. Marlo the gentleman on site showing the property to me during the 30 days and was here for the walk-throughs. Did an excellent job. he’s very thorough and very professional. The craftsmanship of the house is spot on. I had one issue with an exhaust fan in the In the home. They fixed it within 48 hours overall experience from start to finish and even after finish has been excellent. ... More

Highly disappointed in buying a lennar home, spoke with neighbors everyone had a problem at closing and property isn’t worth the value

This being our first purchase and it being a new build, Lennar helped us along the way every step, the quality of the house is above others, when you have questions or concerns they respond quickly.

My journey started with my husband and I just looking and dreaming. Credit wasn’t great. Meet Marcia, who walked us through Sagewood. She he told us about McKenzie Ridge. She was very helpful and really felt what we wanted. A couple weeks later we went to McKenzie Ridge where we met Lynn. She was so enthusiastic and made our experience exciting. She gave her loan officer my information and told me that she would help get us on the right track. If it wasn’t for Lynn’s enthusiasm, I wouldn’t have taken the steps to work towards my dream. I am forever grateful for her. I would definitely recommend Lennar to anyone who wants to experience enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about getting you in the home of your dreams. ... If you can buy with anyone else DO IT. Issues after issue, getting information/returned calls… umm yeah right. Praying on people with no knowledge of the mortgage industry and you should steer clear.

I am a 3rd time Lennar homebuyer and I would not purchase from anyone else here in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. Lennar has a team of people that navigate you through the homebuying process. From the 1st walkthrough of the model to the final 1 year warranty process on your closed home, everything is done well. The number 1 reason I choose Lennar is that they are generous in their all-included home items, rate buy-downs, and negotiations on standing inventory are fair. They want to sell you a home and you want to buy one. Win/Win

Sales did not inform us that the house was in flood zone. We heard it from the mortgage company. We never met our construction guy. The only time we heard from him was when he changed the time on our initial walk thru but had somebody else do it. Closing was stressful as well when the CO was not available and someone had to go get it. Overall happy with the house and neighborhood.

The mortgage process was onerous, horrendous and designed for Lennar, NOT the customer After holding 4 FHA mortgages, we will never do business again with Lennar NOR EVER recommend to others!! Workmanship and materials are cheaply done and poor spackling/sheetrock work and zero satisfaction to our numerous requests to FIX!! Our floors are horrendous ... they literally colored in our kitchen floor with crayon before we moved in!!! Sheetrock had to be repeatedly repaired and is STILL unacceptable! If we didn't have medical family crisis going on in our lives right now, we would be doing more about it!!!! We are highly disappointed and we're really looking forward to our move but Lennar did everything to ruin our experience! ... More

Overall Homebuying Experience was ok. Quality of workmanship & Materials are OK. After living in the house for almost 2 months, I have noticed several things that need attention. I have had a couple of Issues that needed attention sooner then later with electrical and HVAC issues. They were resolved quickly. I trust the other things that need attention will be addressed quickly when i submit my list. Value for the price paid was fair for the current market. Everyone wants a "BETTER" price. It is only money. the overall design of the house fits my needs. that is priceless. I would buy a Lennar home again. ... More

Very unprofessional and inexperienced construction managers with zero value addition or supervision. Subcontractors are all free to do or not to do what they want or not want.

Jody our realtor was awesome! She went out of her way to make us happy. We signed a purchase agreement and realized another home would better fit our needs. She transferred us to the other home seamlessly!
