It was mediocre at best

Lennar helped realize our hope, wishes and dreams from the beginning though the end. They really have a great team who are always there to help you through stumbling blocks and make your dreams come through. The house is beautiful and has most of everything you can think of. The customer service after you move in is very helpful in assisting you with your questions and needs of your lifestyle. We are very happy and comfortable. Thank you Lennar Team! We are very happy with our new home

When we started the process of purchasing our new home we were very nervous to hear that this was a new experience, but thank God we found a very professional Realtor and people at Lennar who guide us throughout the entire process until the exciting moment in which we receive the keys of the house. Thank you every one.

The salesperson Shannon was truly awesome!!!!!!She worked with us through the entire process and answered all our questions.

Shower tub can be better. It’s plastic all over driveway. They can put some scorn light. I am also the living room and bedroom. They can put some ceiling fan. And last in the kitchen, they can put some backsplash thank you.

The overall experience wasn't all bad, but it wasn't up to my expectations. The garage in the home shouldn't be called a double-sized car garage space. In the garage, only one car fits. There was a water leak in the main line of the home, which they fixed in 24 hours but never fixed the landscape on the property. Also, I had to pay for the water bill because the letter that Lennar gave me for the bill didn't work. Nails are sticking out of the carpet, and the house was not being fully cleaned before closing. We bought our home out of state and never saw the property in person until we arrived. Please don't depend on an individual showing your home on video; it doesn't work.  ... More

The process to purchase within the neighborhood was entirely subpar. The agent who helped assist through the purchasing process almost made us not want to purchase the home- There was obvious flaws throughout the house (cracks in railing/misplaced and discolored carpet/ect) and the agent wouldn’t even acknowledge there were issues. Until we talked to a neighbor of their post-purchase experience we would not have moved forward with the purchase. The post-purchase process was phenomenal, however. Dusty and Lamar have been great. I’ve appreciated their willingness to address the issues we’ve had. One note- and more of a disappointment- Lennar states certain smart home devices are included in the home. It’s advertised on their website, it’s advertised in the brochures they give you for the neighborhood. Unfortunately they do not honor all the devices they explicitly say come with the house (wrong/lesser grade thermostats, specifically) ... More

Customer service personnel were courteous. No towel rack or toilet paper holder ln bathrooms. No trees in backyard. These should be standard. Homes should have a back patio. Not worth the money. Very disappointed with Lennar. Lots of trouble calls to fix issues in the first month.

Lennar was fantastic from the initial meeting, through the sales process and house viewing, to the final signatures and any small issues I might have had. The quality and the value of the home is exactly what we were seeking. We will recommend Lennar to any family or friends that are looking to move.

Buying a new home is stressful and that is not because of Lennar, it's the process. Having said that, everyone I dealt with was professional and patient. Both walk-throughs went well and issues were addressed promptly.

Coming from out of state and with no local real estate, banking or other relationships Lennar made our home buying experience as good as it gets. A fair deal, knowledgeable agents and lending available made for a simple transaction. Shannon was o' so patient as we viewed the models more than a dozen times. Ian, the project manager, went out of his way to answer questions and walk us through construction points and final home delivery. Again I say, well done!

My experience was ok. My home is wonderful. Even though it was delayed by water issues. My biggest complaint about my home buying experience is my lawn is horrible. The lawn was put in with no water and now it’s dead. By the time I’m finished getting it right I will have spent a ton of money for something that should have been done correctly to start by Lennar. An absolute travesty.

We purchased a house end of May. We had 2 closing walkthroughs and put different colored painters tape up. Almost 60 days later, repairs still haven't been made. They keep telling me it will get fixed. I have spoken to 7 different representatives of the company, and my house is still in shambles. Leaky basement, dings and Knicks, walls that wave, scratches in the floor, hvac not hooked up, plus many more problems. I currently have 17 outstanding work orders, and the contractor told us we were "particular"! My back yard, as that of my neighbor has a pond in it now from the grading that was done 3 weeks ago behind me. Unbelievable! ... More

This was a good experience for a difficult housing market in the Denver area, so glad we decided to purchase a new build. There was a lot of communications that answered many questions. Appreciated the dusty shoe walk through that give an understanding of the construction behind the walls. Being a distant buyer, you made a stressful time easier. The new construction is beautiful and is now a beautiful home for the family.

We were a little worried going with such a big production builder. We didn't get any choices, but what Lennar selected for us worked great for our needs. They also have great quality control to assure their home buyers concerns are met. Very happy with the final product.

Wish there was a bit higher quality of construction (I.E. 2X6 vice 2X4 framing). Also there are simply not enough outlets installed nor utility sink plumbing in the garage. All of which I would have been happy to pay for if that was an option!

The quality of the home is not good.

Overall very positive. Closing went smoothly.

Purchasing and moving in was like a breeze. People I dealt with were all very helpful throuout the process. After moving in, Joe Potter, the maintenance coordinator and Hunter, construction manager helped a lot with our first weeks of icebreaking with the house. Although there were things I wish had got more work before completion, overall the property has a good value I guess. I am sure I will say good of Lennar whenever asked.

Evetything was good, the only problem was the sales agent, he told me a lot of wrong informations
