Very good . Very fast. Excelente atention

The people at Lennar are great! And for the most part the home is good. But some of the workmanship and quality of materials is quite cheap. The paint especially.

Very lucky to meet the helpful sweet sales rep, Melissa, who was and is still always available to assist. Great problem solver and very resourceful. She shared her expertise when I had to select the plot, elevation, counters and cabinets. We sat on her office floor past 7PM, brainstorming and making the best choices for me! I got regular updates, pictures throughout the construction from Aug 2021 till closing in Jan 2022. When we hit a little bump with an area of the house a night before closing, I called her in panic. She stayed on the phone with me but also made other calls addressing the issue. Despite it being her day off and family dinner time. That’s called going above and beyond!! Other Sendero neighbors speak kindly of her too! The overall quality of the house is good, with great workmanship! I appreciate construction manager, Matt and the crews for ensuring it!!! Also love my master bath, double paned windows, blinds, flooring and cabinets! Beautiful front door too! I do not like the interior doors -terrible finishing. The pantry shelves sag in the middle :-( Quality of some materials not the best. Kitchen sink and faucet are too basic. I wish I could upgrade bec the granite countertop is just gorgeous! We had a few changes of CCRs which delayed service requests, but our current CCR, Allison is working very hard to process and having them completed. Great customer service- she does not have an easy job but is always courteous and patient and productive!! Lived in my first Lennar house for 20 years, so I am a second time Lennar customer:-) ... Excellent, available, quality, and fulfillment promise

Appreciate clearly documented mechanicals and unknowns (such as insulation) and how Lennar stands behind the homes with adequate warranties. Having the latest smart technologies is a huge plus!

My fiancé and I wanted to find the perfect community for our five daughters to grow up in. The woman that referred us online to this community was extremely kind and helpful. She was very professional. We then had an amazing experience with the gentleman in charge of showing us home selections. We chose a beautiful five bedroom home and we are extremely happy. There were a few small issues however those issues were resolved immediately with no hesitation. Thank you very much Lennar employees for making this a great experience for my family.

The sales and service were great. This is the most expensive home we have purchased and feel like the attention to detail was not as expected.

Everything great about the buying experience. The only thing that I do not like about the homes or the appliances. It was no option to upgrade and the appliances are very very bad. It also would’ve been nice to be able to check options within the home that we could not do. Everything is already picked .

Sell representive Ann is kind and friendly. Few issues in construction area but responsib getting fixed.

Over-all the buying experience is a plus. However the Quality of Workmanship and Materials are left wanting more. My HVAC unit had to be looked at 10 times, furnace went out in the first week of winter, hvac leaked down into my walls after the furnace repair. I understand this is a subcontractor issue, but 10 times coming out not only took time away from me working but also kept me up late at night waiting on the repair company. Also 3 months into the home, there are already flaws in the molding, cracks at seams and nail pops throughout the home. I understand that these will be fixed before the 1 year mark, however I do beleive that less than 3 months and these things are visible already show that the quality of some of the materials are sub par. Also looking at flooring where it was installed there were some parts loose, which are being looked at as well. Jason on the warranty side has been absolutely amazing. The realtors have been as well, as they were made aware of issues and wanted to make sure that they were on top of it as well. While I love this home, it was definitely disappointing coming into this home with so many issues being new construction. ... More

We love the house, not the process of warranty work.

Overall my home buying experience was good! The customer care is not as responsive and professional as other teams in Lennar to solve new construction home issues.

Loved working with Lennar who made my 1st time home buying experience stress free. I love my home and believe I got a Great value for the home that I built with this builder. Thank you Lennar

The back yard was very big

Very disappointed that I was sold a smart house and not given information to set this up. We have been in 3 months and still not done. Other items on punch list are now being worked on.

It was a very easy buying process

Overall a great experience and no more snow!!!!

Lennar builds great homes, it’s the sloppy work of the construction people. I’m still removing white paint from our tile floors. Tacks coming up through the upstairs carpet and pricking our feet as we walk on it barefooted.

To many construction issues small but many. Dirty and sloppiness of workmanship seems no one inspects work.

Great experience. Very responsive and attentive to questions and needs for any fixes. Great team. Very thorough and provided plenty of information. Overall, great experience.

Love the development. Everyone is friendly and works very hard to make the homeowner happy.

I like the architectural design. Everyone involve in the building process is very helpful and knowledgeable. Any concerns you have were addressed properly.
