The overall process was very easy. Everything was pretty much done online at the convenience of own time on my phone such as the closing documents was done on my phone, so that was pretty neat. I would honestly say that these homes are built very cheap. The materials and labor that go into the home can be so much better. It’s like they are instructed to get the cheapest materials possible for everything that goes into your home but charge the homeowner an arm and a leg for the mortgage. Other than that, my Collier home is a pretty decent home for a couple or very small family.

The people from Lennar promised me if I close the house they fix all the problems in the house in one week I did the closing and then start my nightmare to this guy’s . Do your job.

Lennar has gotten so big they have lost sight of customer service and quality home building. It appears to be more about the sale and getting the houses up as fast as possible no matter what. Quality of the homes is seriously lacking. The interior finish work is extremely sloppy. The materials used are sub-standard. The interior paint job is one thin coat of flat paint. After third-party home inspection multiple areas were not to code and had to be redone. The home buying process is cumbersome and not buyer friendly.

Our overall experience with Lennar was great. From The beginning everyone we worked with provided us with great service. The loan process was quick and fast. They informed you of every step. Our Lennar Home specialist Ana was very patient and allowed us to tour as many model Homes and floor plans needed to male a good decision. Home was built as scheduled. I only wish they would allow us to upgrade on appliances or add bathroom add on. We were From Michigan so our walk through was great as our Realtor was able to attend on our behalf and see the property virtually. All the staff from beginning to end were amazing even the building supervisor and the person who helped us when we notice small issues in our home when we moved in. Door bell isn’t ringing, there is a power short in the master bedroom and bathroom that needs to be fixed . When I put in a warranty ticket it takes forever to get an answer .

Multiple issues upon moving including massive unfinished hole in pantry wall in which ants swarmed the kitchen less than a week upon moving in. Leaks in sinks. Problems with scheduling people to come out for repairs. The people that have come for repairs have been polite and overall helpful, however, in a new home these issues are disappointing. These are on top of the lack of communication from sellers and mortgage and issues that my realtor has never seen. And losing home insurance because Lennar never paid the first prior to selling installment.

Our overall experience was going smoothly until our closing day. Lennar did not have keys to our own home and wanted us to sign off on the walk thru. It took over 2 hours to get our keys. We were diligent in our walk thru with the Lennar rep prior to closing. Point out defects that need to be fixed. 2 days before closing they still had not completed all of the issues. We hired our own home inspector which I highly recommend. Lennar’s warranty claim process is a joke. We have a one year warranty to report any issues. We filed a claim for the Ring Doorbell. This was a joke. The home warranty rep was of no help. We had to have the electrician come to check the wiring. The wiring was perfect. Then we had to contact Ring. Lennar did not tell us to call their dedicated Ring account. After several hours in the phone with Ring we were shipped a new unit. Ring gave us a free code to redeem installation after the new unit was received. The tech came out and installed the new doorbell and we were finally up and running with our doorbell security cam. This took us over 6 weeks to get resolved with no assistance from Lennar. Our second issue was with the pavers. We did not catch at inspection that about 12 or so are not exactly the same color. I am not sure if the ran out of pavers when installing ours and used some they already had or what. When they are wet you do not notice the mismatch as much. However when dry it is obvious. Filed a warranty claim again. The rep they have for warranty claims is a very. Rude and angry individual. He does not care about your issue. He told us we should have caught this at walk thru and it was not covered under warranty. I r Requested the page number from the warranty that states this. He then started being aggressive to the point we just had to ignore him. It seems from our point of view that the quality control at Lennar is minimal. We understand that been new builds will have flaws. However, when you have a one year home warranty from the builder it should not be a challenge to get it resolved. We do love our home and we have met some wonderful neighbors. Please make sure you check every nook and cranny at your walk hour and hire a third party unbiased home inspector. I worked with Joe to buy my Villa. he was amazing he helped me and continues to help me if I have question. Every person I have worked with have been professional, helpful, informing, and friendly. I had issues with closing in my other home and each Lenar team member I worked with me through the whole stressful process. My only Negative is that I was 3 day over my Closing date and the Company charged me $3,249.00 for not being able to close.

Everything was ok until we signed the paperwork and then all the all the Promises we were told would be fixed or resolved we are still waiting to be fix! We never got our box of tile we were told would be in our garage and that our lawn to be fixed! We still don’t have grass in our yard after living here two months! I will never buy another house from Lennar and I will be telling everyone about the poor customer service and empty promises we were told would be handled!!

Everyone at Lennar has been very helpful and understands the needs of the customer, up until now all the issues have been addressed in a timely manner. The house is beautiful.

When I first came to look at a home. My realtor told me the house was white and it ended up being purple during my walk through. Also workers used my bathroom and left me a present and the house was not cleaned when given to me. Worst experience ever.

Buying a house from Lennar was one of the best thing my wife and I could ever did.

I can’t say enough about lennar mortgage; construction crew, maintenance and customer service. Our home is a dream home and our experience was priceless. I couldn’t ask g fry or anything more. I am proud to have a lennar home,

lennar is a good builder however I had many issues when I moved into the house regarding the creaking wood on the second floor, paint on the bathroom mirrors and the toilets were not working properly as well as holes in the wood part of the kitchen doors and cabinets

My wife and I purchased 7-brand new homes in the US in the past 20-year with many National builders but this the first time we purchase with Lennar, and this is the best home I ever purchase. Very good experience with the entire team and one stop home shopping experience including, Lennar mortgage and Lennar Insurance. Lennar paid all the incentives that they promise and absolutely NO cheating or drama on closing costs / Fees. Best mortgage rate locked in from the day one of the contract and applied same rate for the closing. I am highly recommending Lennar home for annone who either buying first time or new addition to your current home. Salesperson and construction manager were excellent. Professional and responsive Construction appears solid so far, interior finishes are very low end

Sales team - I really liked Greg and the approachability. He was responsive and a great listener. He is customer focused and tries to get what customer want to his ability. House Finishing - It is good but can be better from painting, roof, grading, dry wall etc., Lacking to give the buyer a feel of completion/complete home - Lennar need to improve on giving the feel of completion. I mentioned it to sales and construction team. There are many things which are incomplete or not up to standard or not up to current generation ask like 1. Garage door opener is very old version which do not support wifi or app, 2. Second garage is not equipped with opener, buyer should install it. How much would it cost to builder for this or to that matter add this to the total cost. Why would you want buyer to get this done? 3. When blinds are given, I was told sliding door blind is not part of complete home blind installation. Does it not sound stupid, again same question - Why would you want buyer to get this done? 4. Fencing - I understand fencing is optional for most builders and back yard landscaping is personal, but my question is why can't builder give a standard fence for all and same question - Why would you want buyer to get this done? 5. Cabinet door handles - Why can't Lennar provide door handles, which is a common ask for every household? If buyer installs them then Lennar says cabinet doors warranty will be voided. This is so smart to get the doors out of warranty. 6. Ground cracks - despite follow up, ground cracks on basement or drive way are not done. 7. I understand Lennar has a policy of fixed specs but at least the sales team should clearly say what is part of package and what is not. Showing the model home and claimed it will be same but in reality it was different which dishearten at times. 8. Lennar may not need to provide the latest equipment but they can step up to provide the equipment which can satisfy the current generation instead of giving old or faded equipment like doors are not equipped with smart locks, way old garage door openers, refrigerator, bathroom accessories, wifi switches, blinds, etc., Warranty support team - Need to appreciate Tim and support on the warranty requests. The home buying process went very smooth from start to finish.

We were excited to be in our new house not until we moved in and started seeing a lot of issues. Half of the flooring of the entire house is messed up. A lot of issues from the finishing and the HVAC, mainly the most important things and part of the house. The appliances are all monogram but has issues already. Luckily the customer service people are really nice to accommodate me for all my complaints.And that’s the only consolation we get because Doug from customer service is just exceptional! The house is beautiful really beautiful, we love the floor plan but the quality and how you can feel that it was rush to get done is ridiculous ! The quality of the house is not worth of the price we’re paying for. I wake up everyday and I just feel sad coz this is meant to be our dream home.We never had a problem with Pardee which is our first home for 10 years. Our home-buying experience with Lennar was generally smooth, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The process itself was straightforward, and we were pleased with how everything was handled—except for our interactions with Cindy, our loan processor. Unfortunately, Cindy lacked customer service skills and was extremely rude, which made that part of the process stressful and frustrating. However, Nicole, our loan officer, truly saved the day. She stepped in to fill the gap, addressing our concerns with professionalism and kindness. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a positive one, and thanks to her, we felt supported and well-informed throughout the process. Very disappointed in the over all experience of my first home buying process.

Lennar made the overall process fairly quick and easy because they have everything you need from a lender to insurance; we didn't have to go looking for anything which was nice since we moved from another state. Our house is beautiful and we're still in love with it after two months. The biggest thing for us was everyone was worked with Mark, Tanner, Nicole, Bridget, Lisa was knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond, and so nice. They all went out of their way to make things easy. I'd work with all of them again.
