Our home buying experience with Lennar was FLAWLESS!!!! From the moment we left Del Webb in disappointment, we decided to venture over to Lennar and see what you had available. We were greeted warmly by Jamie Masterheim who took the time to take us around by golf cart and answered all of our questions. After thirty years in commercial real estate, I have never encountered such a knowledgeable and well versed salesperson! We were cash buyers and Jamie took us through the entire process without a hiccup! Mitch at Lennar Title was also wonderful. He took care of us like he was working with a good friend. He was awesome! I came in never expecting to buy a home.. I just thought being a single women with 1 income I could never afford it.. but I was wrong.. they gave me the tools to inform myself.. and made the home buying process easy.. and the payments very affordable., Thank you .. for making the home process easy and living my dream of owning my own home..

We watched the house go up from start to finish with a great commicator Jeff and Jerry who kept us informed on what was happening so we could come by and take pictures as the house was built. We are so happy with the results and can’t thank them enough for everything .

Working with Lennar to buy my home was easy. Being able to submit needed documents online helped expedite the process. I was in my new home within 30 days.

I had a marvelous experience buying from this builder. The builder’s agents from the beginning of the process to closing, were all experienced, kind and helpful. I was particularly impressed with loan initiation team and the closing concierge. I am preparing to buy another property because of this very positive experience.

Cindy was very friendly and attentive. She addressed and resolved all our concerns and was always there when we needed her. We appreciate the excellent quality of building material and appliances. We only wished the sprinkler system was included :)

My home buying for me was a great experience. I had no issues with the sales person the contractors. My realtor was very great all of the personnel that handled everything that needed to be done with my home buying was excellent. I had a few hiccups, but nothing major and it was resolved in a timely manner, I would prefer Leonard to all of my family and friends. The price of the house was excellent in my price range that I was looking for everything was just great and I am just loving my new home. I am a first time homebuyer and it was a great experience for me and I just want to thank all of Leonard’s personnel.
