As I said, it was a nightmare, completing the application process for financials and warranty way more stressful than it should’ve been. Belt rushed every step of the way to the point we could not read the contract.

Lennar has a rigid process that meets the timing of their commitments. Unfortunately the actual building process is a slam bam get it done and fix it later approach. As a result the workmanship is poor with no incentive for the trades people to do quality work. Our experience has been you get it done poorly the first time. Then they respond quickly and positively to your request only to fix it and leave you with another poor quality fix and/or a different problem. The whole process is very very frustrating.

Bought a home that was already being built. Got a good interest rate through Lennar Mortgage and felt like we got the house at a very reasonable price. Only complaint was that they didn’t include glass front doors like the pictures and all the other homes in the community.

We bought a 4/3 Trevi model from Lennar in Williston/Country Lane Estates in April. The buying experience was very easy and we received a very good deal. A lot of home for what we paid, great incentives including closing costs and a great VA interest rate. The quality of work could be better on the finishing - we had the whole exterior essentially repainted as whoever did the touch ups didn’t really match the paint and there is some paint drips inside. But we plan on, and already started, repainting the interior so didn’t stress on that too much. The big thing is everything works, nothing is out of place really, and we are happy with our home. Sabrina our sales agent was great; Chris who took care of us during the walkthrough was also great; and Chase has been super responsive with post close concerns/issues. I would not recommend this company, especially Lennar Mortgage company, run ... The agent that wrote up our contract was not responsive, never knew when our units would be completed. Did not email any of our information after we closed. We had to beg to get things fixed, no follow up. The management companyis even worse, Access, not responsive to emails, or calls. My information was not put in the system correctly,never received a bill, took about 11 emails, hours on the phone to get our information corrected, like name, billing address etc. Just plain poor managment of the whole process. ... A few hiccups wish was resolved quickly. Overall a smooth transition from an apartment to a home. Our realtor kept us informed throughout the purchasing closing and moving in process.

Yes, I work for another home builder and bought Lennar. From the people to the product to the process Lennar is top notch. Although the quality of the home was outstanding what really hooked me was our sales person Amy. Amy was honest, down to earth, and fun! Amy you're amazing! Our construction manager was great, and Sam, our warranty manager has been fantastic. One happy camper here!

The buying process with agent was great. It’s when things were not up to standards and you get no help it’s the problem. We still have a damaged bathroom we can not use. The build is sloppy and there’s a lot of things that look like they were rushed. Cutting corners. The sales part was good but not sure I would buy another Lennar again.

Angie was great and Lennar title was great also. The way that all the information is packaged and accessible is first class.

I had bug issue one month after moved in. There have been bugs in the bed daily, which is not a living situation and not able to compromise according to my tenant. It was identified as springtail came from mulch they put in the front yard. Although those area are covered by HOA, but as a matter of fact, those mulch were put in by the builder. Lennar should be responsible to fix this issue. I have contacted to field service rep and he refused to to anything to remedy the situation. I am very disappointed. The home buying experience was the best I have had. This is my third home and I can say that it was the best out of the three. They have an orientation for the home where they explain how to take care of your home and applicances. New homes come with a few issues here and there and they have been more than willing to help in a timely manner.

I canot begain to state how regrettful i am in buying this Lennar home. The workmanship is the worst ive ever seen in my 69 years. Nothing is plumb nor levell. The exterior concrete looks DRUNK. Not one construction joint is streight or level. The exterior siding has dips and vallys between the wall studs. After extremely heavy rains locally the exterior siding has decided to show is poor instilation. I cannot begain to comment on how sorry i am today for buying this Lennar home. My neighbors have had roof leaks like you would not believe. This house is just pure junk. Sales and service seems to be alot of lip service. I will not reccomend anyone buy from Lennar. ... More

We were new buyers and needed to be educated on the home buying process. We attended a seminar and decided to start the process. The team that we worked with was phenomenal. Allison i( the agent) was very friendly and made us feel so comfortable with the process. She made us feel really comfortable and was always willing to answer all questions in a timely manner. After putting down the earnest money we were introduced to Oliver. We cannot say enough good things about Oliver. He was so professional, friendly and made a tedious process seems less stressful. He was in constant contact and answered all of our calls and emails in a timely manner. He had such a positive spirit and provided reassurance when it seemed like we weren't going to be able to get the home. He worked hard and diligently and getting this deal to close. We spoke so much until after closing, we were sad that our daily conversations had come to an end! He is definitely an asset to your organization! He is one that I will never forget and will always praise for a job well done! Lastly, Priya did an exceptional job during the underwriting process. There were times We wanted to give up and walk away but she would find a way with encouraging words to keep us focused on the end result. The quality of our home is excellent. We are longtime florida residents and have lived in several homes built by us and by far Lennar pays close attention to details and the amount of extras given to the homeowner far surpasses any builder we have worked with...

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I had an inspector come and look at the home and there were only four small things wrong and two of those were something that couldn’t be fixed due to code had to be the way that it was built. The other things were just minor a little chip and something else. Nothing big. This is a wonderfully built home and I am Thankful to own it.

JP, Jaclyn, and Andrew have need wonderful to deal with the light this process.

Our team was easy to deal with. They addressed all the issues before closing. A couple of small issues came up after closing, but they were right on top of it. I would highly recommend a Lenar home.

My experience with the house until now it had been a new way to leave and enjoy not only a good house but a good neighborhood. Is a good buy for the price.

Overall, the house is pretty nice and was one of the better options in the area. However, there are multiple small things that show rushed construction and the use of cheaper materials (e.g., paint splatters/drips, CHEAP vinyl flooring that gets damaged from dropping even small/light things, a complete lack of towel/shower rods and cabinet/drawer handles, tiny screws for door hinges that are often stripped from overusing power tools which leads to sagging doors, tons of nails sticking through the OSB wall boards from missing frame beams during installation, wavy walls, and carpet edge trim only installed in 3/6 places that it should be). Our warranty service team has been very responsive and done their best to work with us on getting any issues addressed. We’ve had a bathroom exhaust fan replaced and a sagging door repaired in the first month of ownership. Both service requests were addressed promptly and respectfully. We are also working with our warranty team to get some paint because we have NOT received the extra paint that was promised during purchasing. One of the sales representatives (Carlo) is awful to work with. He is generally not responsive and disinterested in whatever you have to say. When Carlo does respond, his communication feels very condescending and disrespectful. Every interaction with Carlo leaves us feeling like he is just TOO IMPORTANT to even consider being respectful to us in his communications. He has been the worst part of the home buying experience with Lennar. On the other side of things, a different representative (Gwen) has been amazing in trying her best to help us where Carlo would not. Lennar’s data privacy procedures definitely need some improvement. Sharing people’s personal contract data is a major breach of privacy that could lead to harmful situations (e.g., someone’s stalker learns their new address, workplace, etc.). ... More
