All ok. The Frig makes a lot of noise .

Project manager - Lorenzo was very professional and helpful during the walk through as well as afterwards to help review and address any concerns.

Ryan was kind and responsive. We had one minor hiccup where I felt like my closing was unnecessarily pushed but I don’t totally blame him. Mischle in finance was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was very short with me and not helpful whatsoever. We’ve also had a few not great experiences with the warranty department. Some items that were promised were then not followed through with the warranty department. They seem quick to shut down all issues brought to their attention. kept all email records and can provide upon request. On a positive note, Sydney I absolutely loved. She was the sweetest, most friendly and helpful. I also had the best experience with our project manager Luke and walk through rep. They made the experience completely worth it. ... More

Our customer service relationship manager has been outstanding. Everyone is responsive to our needs. As soon as we report an issue, they rectify it immediately. This is our second Lennar Home and would do it again. We love our home and the community.

Lovely home, great location. The only suggestion would be to have the home completely finished before closing

The team made the entire process easy and our townhouse is beautiful. We are very happy with our purchase

When we talked to the new home consultant, it was great. He was very straight forward and answered all our questions. During the first walk through, there were no power so we couldn't test the electricity. The oven was not working; the main bath vent/fan was not working. They were reported and during the second walk through, the oven still was not working; the fan worked but it was out of commission within two days after we moved in. Issues came up rapidly. Light switches not working, oven was still not working, fan/vent was not working. After I reported them, they really took their time to response. I still have outstanding issues that haven't been resolved. When the electrician came by to fix the light switches, even he said the connection were terribly done. Don't get me wrong, the house looks nice, but I am afraid to touch anything in there in fear that one more thing would fair to operate! ... More

The overall experience was good. However, the grass that is HOA controled is 6” long and needs to be mowed.

Getting things taken care of after close has been a nightmare. The internet is constantly going out for 24+ hours at a time.

The closing experience was the worst. Lennar Mtg had my initial information 5 weeks ahead of closing - they asked for multiple docs sometimes twice, they failed to forget we had an out of state signing and it took several calls and support from others outside of Lennar to get the closing completed. Lennar knew we had closed and had movers coming to deliver and they acted like it was no big deal until there was pressure and then the closing day was a mess- didn't receive my front door code until 5pm and then it didn't work. And we didn't even have a garage door key pads or a packet at the house as promised. Beware- make sure you have written approval to close 1 week prior. Now after closing - the follow up on warranty issues has been great so far. ... More

Over all my experience was very smooth, I put in with Lennar for pre-approval for a loan on Sunday on Monday i found the home i wanted to look at and on Tuesday i put my offer in. The Pre approval for a loan made it very easy every one involved were very nice and answered all question quickly.

I was rushed during the entire process and given false promises. I was lied about being able to back out of the deal if I didn’t feel comfortable, Lennar representatives threatened me with legal action and withholding my deposit if I backed out of a home that was of terrible quality and the worst workmanship I’ve ever seen in a new build. The communication was good only until they got me to sign the contract, which the representative forced me to sign without reading. He skipped over significant details when he “went over it” with me, especially the part where I could not back out of the home without severe penalties or move my own closing date to a date of my preference due to job and family complications. Overall the price of the home was affordable, especially for the area. The home was built with builder grade materials so didn't expect anything of quality and I received exactly as expected. Overall the buying process is stressful and they force you into using their mortgage. I do not suggest using their title company. The sales staff are so-so. At first super responsive but as the process moves along they do a horrible job coordinating things and keeping you updated. The walk through person was probably the only bright spot. He did a great job explaining where things are located, how to work the items, and how to file a warranty claim if needed. However items which were repaired left other issues cosmetically in the home which were never repaired and now left up to me to fix. Again, the price of the home for being so centrally located to Dallas was amazing. Even with all these issues I would buy again only because of the price and location but if I was ever looking for a more suburban home I would completely avoid Lennar. ... More

Compared to other home builders, Lennar falls short. Lennar's saying "Everything is Included" should be changed to "Nothing is Included." You want to customize Ethernet Cables in the house? NOPE. Rain Gutters? NOPE. In fact, all the stuff that IS included is the standard stuff you get for free, except it's probably the lowest quality materials/products available. The "quartz" type material used for the countertops is a nightmare to clean. If you spill anything on it, it will absorb it and stain as if it was permanent marker. Why Lennar used this material is beyond me. The cement in the garage is full of cracks and dents. We had huge gaps on the sides of the garage door. These gaps were large enough for small rodents to pass through. After we pointed it out to them, they patched it up, but not after leaving cement splashes all over the drywall. When you purchase a new car, you expect it to be cleaned and washed. This was not the case with Lennar. Our first day there, we had to mop the tile floors TWICE. The floor was full of dirt and dust. It was as if the builders had just finished the house and left. Upstairs, we found white drywall shavings all over the carpet. We even found several nails in the carpet! Imagine if our kids stepped on it!! All over the tile floors, there were white paint drips everywhere. All of this was addressed during our walkthrough. The Lennar rep said that our house will not be this dirty and they will have a clean up crew clean the house prior to move in. NOPE! Did not happen. Two rooms are hotter in temperature compared to the rest of the house. Lennar rep said that this is normal. They also said the 4 inch gap in the garage door was normal too. For airflow, they said. The solar panels and battery is included whether you want it or not. Again, they went with a lowest bidder company with horrible customer service and reviews. Trying to activate the panels and battery is a nightmare. 15 panels and 1 Tesla Battery for $40,000. Rip off! One of the Vents in the bathroom was producing a humming noise. It turned out it was installed incorrectly. One of the LED lights in the bathroom stopped working. I had to replace it. I am not confident that this house was built with quality in mind. I can only imagine how the piping, electrical work, stuff behind the drywall was done. ... More

I have no complaints. For a spec home, my Rosso floor plan has so much character. My experience was second to none. All my issues or concerns were fully addressed. I would absolutely purchase another Lennar home.

Professional, courtesy, efficient from every aspect And a good bang for the buck

I am surprised at how the quality of LENNAR has gone down, at the level of customer service it is a disaster and at the level of construction the people in charge seem not to be qualified for those job positions, such as the Construction manager, it is outrageous that a builder like Lennar is currently in such poor and disappointing circumstances.

My experience in buying my 3 townhomes was really smooth. We love the location.

My experience with Lennar went smooth. At your walk through look closely at everything, turn the water on, look at the glass windows on garage door and even check out the air conditioner. The quality of this home is good but I would change some of the design for instance in master bedroom I would put toilet closer to the bedroom.

The experience was pretty easy and very efficient. Martha and john were great and went above and beyond to get my family in our first home purchase. There were some minor building issues that were addressed but overall great experience. Highly recommend but would also say to any new home buyer make sure a thorough inspection is done

For the price range the builder is charging they did not deliver. AC unit is not large enough for house size. The materials used including light switches, carpet, windows, all millwork, shower fixtures, sink fixtures, dishwasher, stairs, toilets, garage door openers and cabinets are all mid to lower level materials, The landscaping that was used was clearly the cheapest plants and trees available. On the positive side the layout of the house is ideal and the size we were looking for. The customer service to request service during the warranty period has been fantastic. Prompt call backs and response to all issues thus far. The house also includes a Ring system which is nice for peace of mind. Bottom line is that the builder uses mid-level products at a higher cost to maximize their profit and capitalize on their opportunity in this market with so few homes being available. I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to close and just move in, being my 1st new home experience it was definitely a great one!

Lennar team were pretty helpful in the home buying process.
