I absolutely love my home. As the house settle I am starting to see a lot of things that needs to be repaired. When I put a request in for service the customer rep responds in an appropriate time frame but the contractor takes for ever to come out and fix the issue. I have been in my home now for about 45 days and it is a little frustrating to have to constantly reach out to customer service to send someone in to correct the issue. I paid to much money not to have quality workmanship.

The Salesperson that sold us this house and our last home was excellent. GC was great goes out of his way to solve problems, but he shouldn’t have to deal with a lot of these issues as the subcontractors should do a better job. The materials and workmanship leave a lot on the table. I have sheet rock issues, walls have waves in them, ceiling where HVAC Vent is has seem cracking . Finish sanding work is horrible. The home was spray painted and many areas weren’t finish sanded but we’re still painted. Didn’t clean the floors or walls before painting and dirt in paint on finished walls. Some of the door moldings have small chunks out of them. Door sills had over spray with dirt in them. Silicone sealing is messy .Concrete floor under bathroom linoleum has a hump in it. Couldn’t hook up dryer vent as piping wasn’t installed right in wall. As purchasing a Smart home I have a big utility box in my Master bedroom . There are wires in the closet that seem to go no where as they are not hook up. As well as a orange tube hanging in it with nothing in it. Why have a huge utility cabinet for a smart home with nothing hookedup in it but 2 cable wires. Toilets were not siliconed to the floor and wound up with ants coming into house from under both toilets. We love are home and the people associated with the sale process and the GC goes above and beyond. But the materials and workmanship quality in this home are not what we expected. The builder that I had on my property, was always available and very prompt and concerned about my issues

It was a great home buying experience.

The buying experience was great. The product needs some improvement. Some of this is your design people's issue; 1. Exterior wall mounted light fixture design is too low. Hit your head when you walk out the door, turn to the driveway. I'm only 6'-0" tall. 2. Tankless water heater (aside from it's questionable functioning) is mounted on the opposite side of the house and father to the front away from where the bathrooms are located... so it takes a long time for hot water to get to the usage point. Finishes: Perhaps the manner in which things are done is the problem,. There is no need for quarter-round floor molding if the flooring is installed before the baseboard. The finish work on the baseboard and quarter-round is wretched. There is pain on the flooring almost through out the house because painting the trim was the last thing that was done. The landscaping at the front of the house is horrible for a number of reasons: plant choice and placement. Rain water does not drain away from the house at the back of the house. The area at the juncture of our neighbor's property in the front has a conglomeration of stuff (street light (which has never worked) transformer, two water meters and a six inch plastic pipe stick out of the ground three feet high) that was never finished once the sod was in. Looks like crap. I fully realize labor is tough to get and due to the massive amount of construction going on in the area getting the trades to take care of these things properly is a tough Job. But ... this house was listed at $248K last June. We bought it at $305 with no upgrades in July. I expected a much better job on the finishes for that amount. ... More

House is a great layout. There are little issues in the house.

Master bathroom is the same size as the guest bathroom. And there are no linen closets.

Great experience with Lennar have no problems so far!!

Lennar do not use the best even middle of quality or workmanship and materials.

I had the most wonderful sales rep. Laurie Swisher she was there for us 110% We just loved her. A true asset to your company.

We closed on time as scheduled. With that said minor issues were repaired that were identified during the initial walk-through but we did experience problems getting things fixed after we closed and moved in. For example I found a large dent on the refrigerator and was told by the construction manager to just call Frigidaire and have it replaced under the warranty which made no sense to me since a dent on the refrigerator Does not seem like a warranty item to me

Fantastic buying experience. The challenge we have is with the level of building outweighing issues after build, supply and demand. The responsiveness and the level of care from the Construction Manager and directives given are a problem. The communication given by the customer care team is beyond unacceptable. The home owner shouldn't have to follow up on every issues and get time lines or keep them in line with job time lines. I hope they fix them. We love our home and its a beautiful area but after you have paid and moved in others who haven't moved in are put as priority when you have warranty item issues. They need to fix this! ... More

Cheap paint and appliances. Everything else is good.

Make sure you understand once you move in, their attitude changes and not for the good!

Our home buying experience was great. Ty was a pleasure to work with! Everything seemed great and was going as planned. A few unexpected things occured and fast forward to our home being finished - we feel that our home was rushed and the quality of the workmanship was out the door. We felt rushed upon our walk through "tape walk" a lot of things were pointed out but poorly fixed. As of today, we are still finding things that could've been caught and fixed upon their initial "QA" walk through which I believe never happened. But overall we are happy with our home despite the issues... Even if it's a new house I'd advise a personal inspection and make sure to keep a keen eye on any issues upon your walkthrough. ... More

I have been waiting on repairs for over two months.

I love the house but I keep finding little things wrong with the house. Dina Cooley is a god send but apparently she’s frustrated with my calls and texts.

When you do the walk there are places that you don’t look at. The kitchen cabinets on top were broken, uneven, wrong cuts. The wall over these cabinets had a whole. You only see this if you go On top of the kitchen counters. My tub makes a noise like if a tractor is in there. I submitted a tickets since December, they went to check it and said they would come fix it, it’s been over a month since. At the begging very responsive but after they said they had to fix it, they never came back.

To explain clearly when you upgrade to granite that it is not sealed and may get stained and for the warranty managers within the first 6 to 3 days should just let you know not lead you on that it would be done by the granite company. But I do have to say that Dennis one of the construction managers was definitely one that followed through with every request. And Michael definitely tried to do the best that he was able to do our sales consultant Nicole was spectacular and extremely professional and very helpful I would definitely recommend for her to always be at the front line of any sales office for an hour I would like this comment to be extended to her ... I recently purchased a home from Lennar, and overall, my experience was quite positive with a few areas for improvement. What I liked: The offer process was smooth and well-coordinated. Lennar's team communicated promptly and ensured that everything progressed as expected. Both the loan officer and the customer sales agent were extremely helpful, making the home-buying journey seamless and less stressful. The construction manager was receptive to any issues I pointed out and was always ready to address them. He also provided some valuable tips on home maintenance. Areas for improvement: There were times when I found it difficult to communicate or reschedule meetings. Some walk-throughs were scheduled without considering my availability, and my attempts to reschedule went unanswered. This led to a few inconvenient situations where I had no choice but to attend as scheduled. While the home overall meets expectations, I feel the quality could be better in some areas. For example, I noticed that the wood quality in the attic was not up to par, and some details like missing garage opener studs were disappointing. In summary, I appreciate Lennar's organized approach and helpful staff, but there are a few areas—particularly regarding communication and certain aspects of construction quality—where improvements can be made. ... Ok, but could have been a higher quality product/ material. Electrical GFIs are not installed so you cannot use a hair dryer without tripping the power. The postal service is non existent, online packages undeliverable since the address does not exist. The most frustrating is the address being not found. No food delivery services or Uber cabs or any deliveries gets to us. We’ve had to use the Publix supermarket as our drop off. I’m told it will get started soon so until then, I “reside” at Publix on Palm Drive!

Punchlist items have been slow to be resolved. I closed on March 28th and am still waiting for two major items to be resolved. Also, there was lack of communication regarding my mailbox and i never received the keys. I am waiting for the keys so i can get my mail.

I’m lost on HOA help Not able to login There is some security key. No clue if it’s given or what it is My garage door glass had scratch from day one but don’t know who to reach My front door key pad doesn’t work, no clue who to call Don’t know how to pay the dues Just a big messy experience once closing happened

Although the buying experience was smooth and easy, upon delivery the 1st day my AC broke making the move in 90’ weather difficult and it took a week to get repaired. Since moving in I’ve had contractor after contractor in my home doing repairs that quite frankly should have been addressed prior to turn over. Broken roof trusses, roof repairs needed, drainage issues poor carpet installation to name a few. My back yard has been a swampy since move in 8 weeks ago because of an issue with the sump pump installation. Overall I like my home but am disappointed with all of the complications, they definitely need better quality control, as the contractors do subpar work, and the builder clearly just wants to get the house delivered so they get there money. I paid fair market value for a home that has had me stuck waiting for repairs every week since I moved in, and I still have many more to go. If you buy a Lennar home make sure you do your own home inspection, they clearly don’t monitor construction well. After the first year those repairs will fall on your wallet, and absorb a lot of time waiting for repairs ... More
