Entire process went very smoothly and quickly. Financing portion was a little more difficult and time consuming but overall pretty smooth.

No cold water Just hot or warm The circuit breakers are low voltage I can’t not plugged the treadmill on the outlet because breakers start tripping

first experience nothing to compare to, dates got pushed back a couple of times, then another sneaked up on .

On many occasions over the last several months there has been late night cars racing at high rates of speed through neighborhood. Groups of people building bonfires, leaving trash, firing guns, lighting fireworks and playing loud music in the vacant part of the development during the 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM. Lennar appears to now be taking measures to curb this criminal activity now. Time will tell if these peace disturbance, safety and nuisance problems are eliminated.

We like the new condo and are glad we purchased it. John was a great salesman as a quality control rep, but he promised some things that just did not happen. Overall Lennar people have been great when we were talking to them. There are several concerns we noted in the original walk through that were not completed and similar concerns on a follow up work order. We placed an emergency call because we were having power outages and while it turned out to be a Duke Energy problem. We were not satisfied with the emergency contacts that were supposed to provide emergency services. The Lennar emergency contacts were great but the contractors that were supposed to be available to help had no off hour emergency contacts and we as well as the Lennar reps had nowhere to turn. Overall good except that I still waiting for Quantum to come and fix my fibre wire that some contractor cut it off.

My experience had been fine until I realized Lennar sold two new homes next to me to a corporation that rents out these homes. I currently have one neighbor that is already breaking HOA rules. I would have never bought a home where rentals are allowed. Many others are also very upset..

Elson was great as was Angela with the mortgage I am very disappointed that no one can tell us when the boat slips are to be finished or how they are to be allocated. I have seen NOTHING done to build them and that is one reason we moved here

Sales and mortgage processing was Top Notch Walk through, attention to customer satisfaction needs improvement Overall experience was Good Sales and Mortgage team Top Notch Contractors used to finalize work on the could use improvement.Quality of the work on some areas was below average.

This builder is the first builder I have built with that does not have a one year warranty punchlist, fix items, including cosmetic flaws in sheetrock and dry wall nail pops. I have found many flaws since moving in tgat I will now have to spend money on out of pocket to correct. This is totally unexceptable. I came from a builder in Tennessee that hung beautiful doors with beautiful woodwork and a wonderful one year walk through punch list check off. Ryan homes, Parkside Builders, SK builders, D R. HORTON builders all do this. My handrails never got a top coat of polyurethane in my home. Title work in showers was perfect, flooring was good. Walls and trim really poor work. I had to paint the entire home inside before moving in. Doors wouldn't close had to have them removed and plained. Crackbin guest room header upon moving in and an electrical circuit box was in the guest room wall. Why not put that on the other side of the wall in the guest room closet? I could go on and on. The bad experience that I have is that they move the closing day 3 times and the playground never have been build at the moment and Lennar told. Me that going to enjoy the amenities at this summer and them a person from Lennar told me that they are going to have ready the amenity for the next year that is to bad because my kids are waiting for the pool how they offered when we decided to move there.

Overall home buying experience is very good. After closing their response to issues is not very good.

We are very happy with our last home purchase. Our salesperson Karl, our Customer Service rep Isaiah who is absolutely the best and Missy our home construction contact were very communicative, attentive and resolved problems. The quality of the home is ok, homes sat for a while awaiting inspection due to the heavy building in the area. It's a stick home and you have very little or no options, you get what you get that is on that plot. Great open design and very accomodating for 55 over. They have a tremendous amount of activities and clubs and can't wait for the amenity center to be built. In today's environment the homes are priced competitively and they give you a nice product but we have had better experiences with building up north. The whole process of home buying was very easy, organized and easy. Photos of the house going up at every stage was punctual and available; the person in charge of Contruction, sales manager, concierge and liaison person were all very available and attentive. This made the whole process less stressful especially because we are out of town a lot .

There were a lot more little things that need to be fixed/resolved in the house and there are items like light fixtures that were done the "easy" way not necessarily the right way.

Overall great experience buying my fist home. One thing I’m still waiting to be replaced is my driveway. I was told on closing day it would be fixed and here I am over a month later and my driveway is still not fixed. The incline is too steep I can only reverse into the driveway and the massive crack (that happened before I even used it) is still an issue.

We love this house. We are having a little bit of trouble getting the little imperfections fixed to our standards.

The most reassuring part of the entire purchase was the repair crew for post closing issues!!! Just terrific response time. My sales team were just terrific with me. Always ready to help, answer questions. Bummer about 3 months delay, but that is par for the times we are going through and Ian!

The closing of the home was poorly done

Overall everything was easy and very stress free. From customer service to financing to maintenance has been great. The lower stars were simply about materials but overall I am loving my home.

Eldy was very helpful from day 1, worked with us all the way through and was always a great resource when we needed him, would love to work with him again. Ryan S. was amazing as well, loved working with those 2 gentleman. The house has been great so far, I only wish our floorplan was offered with an island.
