Finishing of edges are not good. Counter top base finishing is not properly. Garage out side liner also not installed and aligned. My construction manager is Ryan.

Responsiveness….. they should have given me the option to give them a Zero. NOT including the sales staff, Gregg and ED who are great! I closed on my house in March 2022. I still have A punch list that needs to be completed. I realize they’re busy building new homes but, I would like somebody To communicate with me as to when They are going to Complete my home for which they have been paid. There has been NO RESPONSE After numerous phone calls, texts and emails which have been sent to multiple people with Lennar Homes. Communication….to much to ask? Can do a better job at responding to emails. Sent an email regarding my front windows and a follow up email a week after. It’s been 3.5 weeks and still yet no response.

The house has poor craftsmanship, it looks they they just threw the home together quickly and didn't take time to check to make sure everything was done correctly

It’s been almost three months and no one has come to fix the next gen unit Ring doorbell.

Poor finish work , grout @ tile work extremely poor workmanship , had a customer care representative on virtual inspection of tile work , never heard another word from lennar if they would accept or deny claim , home was very dirty when we moved in layer of dust on hard floor surface was hard to believe , expected better

My experience wasn't good. This was my second home that I purchased and the construction side of it was a mess. The contract workers gave this builder a bad name. The contract workers did a poor job and made a lot of mistakes. On the financial side that was excellent and easy.

Lennar aesthetically designs very nice homes. They have nailed the advertising, sales, and mortgage process making it so easy to find and purchase a home seamlessly. Quality of interior finishes, choices, and overall craftsmanship is lacking. The Covid related issues of supply chain and labor issues have exacerbated their ability to deliver quality. During the finish construction process, their own workers damage things like cabinets, wood floors, etc before you even move in. - then you as the buyer are forced to chase them to replace and fix everything. From framing that is off plum and bulging walls to gouges out of floors, entry doors that are not sealed, damaged sub floor, boards not screwed down when you walk through the home, - the list goes on. I don’t have a any experience with Lennar pre-Covid - but it seems the same problems exist across the newer homes in the development built during this time. None of the issues can’t be fixed, but it’s not great to move into a brand new home and spend months having them fix things. Whoever runs quality inspections is inept. The finish work in my home is horrible. Poor workmanship in regards to the wood trim and doors. Lack of time taken to measure properly. Lights hung with no apparent designated location. I have a wall that is 2 inches out of plumb from top to bottom. The interior paint job is the worst I've ever seen, all around.

Although the purchase experience was fine, there are lots of issues with the house as far as quality of workmanship. I am extremely disappointed with all of the problems that have come up with the house.

Our agent Hyatt was the best, always available to talk and answer any of our questions, especially as first time homebuyers. The home we bought was built well although I could find many small imperfections throughout the house as I spent more time in it. Imperfections such as some walls had paint that was not touched up well, some of the wall moldings appeared as if someone had no patience and just did a fast job, I also found a crack under our kitchen island. The biggest problem we have is a leak in the master bedroom ceiling every time it rains. I have reached out multiple times to Lennar service and always got someone to call me and say someone would be out to check the issue but no one has shown up yet. It has been almost a month since I reported the problem. Also, when it gets windy on some days or nights, the vent flaps (im guessing) click and bang loudly, which I just emailed service to come and check. I wish I had not bought a lennar house it has really bad workman's and very cheap materials.

There isn’t want square edge or right angle in this entire house. Concrete is crooked.. patio, porch, driveway etc.

House are beautiful but as soon you have issues (I found some defects on the finished) some where fixed as courtesy because the warranty didn’t cover it.

With Lennar, I would expect the quality homes and they are one of the reputed builder in the market. Slowly after moving into my new townhome I started to realize that the quality of material used to build the house could have been much more better. They are building 8 townhomes in timespan of 2 months. I guess they are in rush as the market starts to slow down.

Rat infestation, from Lennar building behind us. Lennar knew this would happen, so they put it in your contract that they are not responsible for rodents. It has cost me over $6,000 to get rid of the rats.

Unfortunately, I feel as though my house was rushed. There has been many issues I had to put tickets in for. Most of the issues have got fixed, others I am still waiting on. Lately, the customer service representative has been unresponsive.

We had a great home buying experience - everything went perfectly. The quality of the work is what is really upsetting to us. The trim work and paint are awful. They quality of the paint and the paint job is terrible. They do have someone coming to do “touch ups” but honestly they whole house needs to be redone.

Not what we were shown or promised.

While there is a warranty, it is really difficult to have anything fixed. I have to follow up like a bill collector to have contractors come to fix anything (aside from Casa mechanical - they have been AMAZING), and its really, really annoying. Some of the materials used don't equate to how expensive our house was, and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that its so hard to get anything fixed.

Bought our home back in May 2021. They installed dead grass. Builders said they’ll replace our grass. Still haven’t and they don’t answer our calls for updates.
