Builder was decent. Problems here and there that were all fixable. Had to call a few services in for some bigger items missed. After repair, home looks great.

Hunter our sales person did a phenomenal job helping us throughout the process. We felt that the sales process was great. Unfortunately, the quality of craftsmanship and work of contractors has been well below average. Lennar sales process 10! Lennar quality of work 5!

Love the sales experience, love the home, loved closing even, but what is the purpose of doing 2 walk-throughs if the majority of the stuff on the list is not taken care of? If we could have waited to do closing, then I would have cancelled the closing until all of the punch list items were complete. Now I am wondering if those things will ever get done...For what we paid for the house, there should not be all the issues still left to correct. This is our 2nd Lennar home and this experience has not been a great one. This house was WAY more than our 1st one and we were treated better on walk-through items and the punch list. I would highly recommend Lennar....AS LONG AS...you get your punch list items completed before signing on the dotted line. ... More

Good, when we reached out to them with issues they responded well.

The value of home is good. But still unresolved issues: Fire detector not replaced yet (already in my second month) Few windows doesn't close well Outside lights not lighting at night (front and back where garage is)

Not the quality I was expecting.

Barbra made the home buying process so easy. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Whiteny is very kind. She takes care of business. I do appreciate her. I had issues with the construction team. They forced their way into my home without my permission. They told my carpenter they had an emergency and needed to go in. With was completely untrue. They took pictures inside my home without my permission. I reached out to head of construction via email. I got no response. I contacted Whitney and she arranged a meeting with head of construction and myself. I am not happy with them. I wanted to have theses individuals arrested. I contacted lennar costumer service. Being a first time home buyer i was worried about the whole process and Lennar team specially Lennar Mortagage made it very easy for me and were available each step to guide through the process. One thing i feel Lennar could do better is to give minimal customization option to buyers. I get it these customization add time to home delivery but smaller customization should be encouraged.

Houses are being delayed up to 3 months. They are closing with pages of items that need to be addressed on punch list. It’s 6 weeks and still tons of items that need to be addressed. I am confident that they will fix everything eventually.

Good experience.....up to completion....not enough step by step info after move in. Ex. when do sprinklers go on. still waiting for 3 screens.

Very slow to get customer care response.

Builder is professional and care about the customer. Their customer service does follow through with you and your concerns.

Representatives are very responsive for the most part. Easy for us to drop by and check on house during process. Stuff does get hidden or rushed during build. Pieces of 2x4 split or broken thatbgot covered or up or just tossed away in the attic. Vinyl flooring lifting and glue left everywhere. Glue left on walls. Caulking is very poor on countertops. Exterior has many small issues as well. Dinged siding, bent trim. Paint on shingles. Door ways have air gaps. The worst so far is the yard work. The grading was not dont correctly. My fromt yard sunk by over 1 foot and split after rain. Yard is pulling away from the home foundation. The people of lennar are very nice. The contractors on the other hand are not putting quality onto their work. They rush everything they do. ... More

Excellent buying experience with Lennar and the closing agency.

Some things was not explained about what was not included in the house when I first toured the house. I did not know there was no doorbell or garage opener.

We love everything about our home and the people who made it all happen. But when it came to issues we found and needed fixing it either went unanswered or took a VERY long time to get responses unless I kept pushing. Still haven’t heard anything about our grass when we first moved it.. it was leaking from the neighbors side into ours and our grass never took before winter so when it comes time our grass will look horrible.. sent numerous messages and never got answers..

We are very pleased with Lennar for the price, care and the service they are providing for their customers.
