3 months into living here the backyard starts to flood and all the grass dies from the fungus of standing water. Lennar denies to fix the grading in the back yard and the side of the house. Claims it has to be more than 48hr of standing water. If you have an issue, they won’t fix it, they’ll find a reason why it isn’t their fault. They blame my backyard not draining on me over watering the grass.

Still waiting for repairs 120 days moved in.

The overall purchasing and closing was great. I was kept informed throughout the process. The follow up on the numerous issues with the home has been tedious at best.

Slow in response to items needing correction.

The inside was rushed and you can tell a lot of skipped steps.

Builder's not doing a good job. I paid lots of money for my house and the finished product is bad. Lack of paint inside and out,etc...

Within the first week my whole front yard was dug out and clogged up toilets due to pipes broken by construction workers. The same issue for all my neighbors. It took 5 months for them to completely pay their sellers fees. Once you close they wash their hands of you.

There are few things I had communicated with the builders project manager which have still not been fixed. so not happy about it, there is also a hole in the roofs plywood (not leaking) but example of poor material used. I'm still in my 1 year warranty and will put in tickets to get them fixed, but this is just how my feelings are for an investment like this.

Bruce, Keith and Stuart made my home purchase an easy adventure from the start, through construction and after. Brian and Lucy from Eagle Mortgage made the paperwork process easy and my remote closing a breeze.

Had a great experience with the sales, post sales and customer exp team. Loved it! House was build with good quality.

We had an amazing experience with Paige (our contact), Lindy, Kaci and I believe Gabby with the Lennar mortgage team! That customer service was great and process was smooth! Zach our salesman seemed fine, but through the process showed to have deceptive tactics, meaning later in the process. Nothing that was put in writing so we had to chalk it up as a loss. Dealing with Austin the person who walked us through our house and had us accept the house had deceptive practices, promised things to be done that weren't, told us they use flat paint to cover up their crappy finishing on the walls, told us we would get a discount to sod our back yard with the company Lennar uses but when I asked for the companies information he back tracked and said the discount isn't guaranteed we could just ask. Donald the construction manager is a great guy but promises work to be done and doesn't follow through. Todd the director of customer care, told us we need to temper our expectations of the work done in our house, that we need to use matte or eggshell paint so we don't see the crappy finishing on our walls. He also told us to stay away from painting dark colors so we don't see how crappy the walls were finished. He came to our home and told us the entire time our walls were a level 3 finish which is their standard but when I did a little research and talked to other professionals in the industry I sent him some information on level 3 finishing not being the standard for habitable homes as room walls, that it is the standard for walls in unfinished spaces or under textured walls, he back tracked and said he was mistaken on the level but that our walls were the Lennar standard. If you would like pics etc please let me know. We have gotten other professional assements on our walls and multiple companies have said our walls are messed up, and it would be expensive for Lennar to fix them which is why they are gaslighting us to try to accept crappy work. They have agreed to fix some of the walls but denied fixing others because the level didn't rock enough, it rocked but not enough for them to fix! We had a leak apparently due to a busted pipe and they told us we had to cover it because we didn't winterize our home. We moved in less than 24 hours before the last ice storm, so we had less than 24 hours to winterize our home! They replaced the pipe but told did not investigate the leak further. Two days later our carpet in our master bedroom was soaked. Todd said it was probably from multiple days of use from the busted pipe, but they were just going to close up the wall knowing we had used the hose for an entire week and the water probably was going somewhere before it started spilling out in our garge, but they didn't care to investigate all they were concerned with telling us is that we are responsible for fixing. We had some repairs done, our hood vent was crooked, our mantle was crooked, our built in bench was cooked and poorly cut out but the trim guy that was assisting fixing some of that told us all of our quarter round was put in wrong and he doesn't know why they did things like that. We had to hire him to do some trim work Heath told us they wouldn't cover. I don't trust anyone except the mortgage team with Lennar. They all will gaslight you to death instead of just admitting crappy work was done and fixing it. ... More

The agent Lane was the most honest, professional & patient agent. After the purchase it has all been down hill. It has been extremely disappointing.

Every warranty claim is met with resistance and denials. Zero accountability for shoddy construction. Zero accountability for tradesman on property. Absolutely regret 10000000% giving a dime of my money to your company.

I am a home owner at Marion Ranch. I move into my dream home on May 1st, 2025. I never have seen my water system irrigation working. My grass is horrible . I have call the association and nothing have been done. I keep calling and calling for someone to come and check my water sprinkler and no one cares at this point I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do no more. When you move they supposed to give you some things that come with the house for example a tile box , that’s another thing, no one cares. So when you are buying everything is great, but after that, good luck if someone listens to you. I move here because my family are moving from up North and we all wanted to be together. Now I’m having second thoughts of recommending Lennar. ... More

My experiences were horrible when it came to get items that were falling apart repaired. It has been an inconvenience with the scheduling to get things fixed. Not available on the weekends and in order to get things repaired you must take a half of day off losing income for the issues that came with a new build

My issue is my propane bill, it’s highly expensive. If I knew my propane bill was going to be over $500 dollars a month I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED. The builder who is the owner of the propane company is charging the seniors too much money. There’s no way I should be paying over $500 monthly especially when my thermostat is at 68 degrees which is very cold and further more I’m on a fixed income (I cannot pay my bill). Also, there’s a fowl smell every night which is unbearable and I was not informed that there’s a chicken coop in the back. I’m totally unhappy with my purchase.

Unhappy with several things I've had to go through since I bought my home, I don't complain about the deal when buying the house but I do complain about how long it has taken to fix a leak in my bathroom. Something that I could have taken less than 2 weeks has become a 2-month headache, since day 1 I have not been able to bathe or use my bathroom. And it is a cheek that they have not yet finished fixing it and already want to close the case as if it had already been fixed. During those two months there were some connected machines in my bathroom to which I received an invoice and when I contacted the LENNAR team they told me that neither they nor the company that installed them (which sent them from the same LENNAR) are responsible for that energy expense. After moving into the house and living in it we have found screw heads coming through all the walls, doors needing tightening so rain does not come through, driveway cracked where you can actually pick a piece out, concrete walkway not good workmanship, we have only lived in the house for a little over a month. Afraid of what awaits us

Purchased home thinking it was a great buy, sales man was great. Quality of material used are of lowest grade. Cheap , had few issues after closing , some resolved , Still stranded for 21 days from a plumbing issue.

We closed on 10/30/2024 and couldn't wait to get into our new home. Unfortunately from the moment we moved in it's been issue after issue. Missing grout in the tile, broken tile, doors hitting each other, scratched sinks, trim not flushed to the wall, sloppy painting, misaligned doors, interior doors not finished on the bottom, holes in garage trim, chunks missing from concrete, cabinets shiny or rough.One thing after another and every time they come out, something else gets worse. What kind of builder leaves a house like this?!?! They finally repaired the concrete holes but damaged the pavers from wiping the wet concrete onto them. It took weeks to get the pavers replaced and once they replaced the pavers guess what? New chunks in the concrete!!! The only thing that has been fixed in two months is the sink . Stay away from Lennar!!! Very disappointed. ... More

It looks like nobody cares about customer satisfaction. I trusted phone conversations or massages about the final walking review of my home and in less than first month in the house I had very bad experience with one of the appliances.All I can say is good luck to whom is in the process of baying a Lennar home.
