3 months into living here the backyard starts to flood and all the grass dies from the fungus of standing water. Lennar denies to fix the grading in the back yard and the side of the house. Claims it has to be more than 48hr of standing water. If you have an issue, they won’t fix it, they’ll find a reason why it isn’t their fault. They blame my backyard not draining on me over watering the grass.

Within the first week my whole front yard was dug out and clogged up toilets due to pipes broken by construction workers. The same issue for all my neighbors. It took 5 months for them to completely pay their sellers fees. Once you close they wash their hands of you.

There are few things I had communicated with the builders project manager which have still not been fixed. so not happy about it, there is also a hole in the roofs plywood (not leaking) but example of poor material used. I'm still in my 1 year warranty and will put in tickets to get them fixed, but this is just how my feelings are for an investment like this.

We had an amazing experience with Paige (our contact), Lindy, Kaci and I believe Gabby with the Lennar mortgage team! That customer service was great and process was smooth! Zach our salesman seemed fine, but through the process showed to have deceptive tactics, meaning later in the process. Nothing that was put in writing so we had to chalk it up as a loss. Dealing with Austin the person who walked us through our house and had us accept the house had deceptive practices, promised things to be done that weren't, told us they use flat paint to cover up their crappy finishing on the walls, ...

I am a home owner at Marion Ranch. I move into my dream home on May 1st, 2025. I never have seen my water system irrigation working. My grass is horrible . I have call the association and nothing have been done. I keep calling and calling for someone to come and check my water sprinkler and no one cares at this point I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do no more. My experiences were horrible when it came to get items that were falling apart repaired. It has been an inconvenience with the scheduling to get things fixed. Not available on the weekends and in order to get things repaired you must take a half of day off losing income for the issues that came with a new build

My issue is my propane bill, it’s highly expensive. If I knew my propane bill was going to be over $500 dollars a month I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED. The builder who is the owner of the propane company is charging the seniors too much money. There’s no way I should be paying over $500 monthly especially when my thermostat is at 68 degrees which is very cold and further more I’m on a fixed income (I cannot pay my bill). Also, there’s a fowl smell every night which is unbearable and I was not informed that there’s a chicken coop in the back. I’m totally unhappy with my purchase.

Unhappy with several things I've had to go through since I bought my home, I don't complain about the deal when buying the house but I do complain about how long it has taken to fix a leak in my bathroom. Something that I could have taken less than 2 weeks has become a 2-month headache, since day 1 I have not been able to bathe or use my bathroom. And it is a cheek that they have not yet finished fixing it and already want to close the case as if it had already been fixed. After moving into the house and living in it we have found screw heads coming through all the walls, doors needing tightening so rain does not come through, driveway cracked where you can actually pick a piece out, concrete walkway not good workmanship, we have only lived in the house for a little over a month. Purchased home thinking it was a great buy, sales man was great. Quality of material used are of lowest grade. Cheap , had few issues after closing , some resolved , Still stranded for 21 days from a plumbing issue.

We closed on 10/30/2024 and couldn't wait to get into our new home. Unfortunately from the moment we moved in it's been issue after issue. Missing grout in the tile, broken tile, doors hitting each other, scratched sinks, trim not flushed to the wall, sloppy painting, misaligned doors, interior doors not finished on the bottom, holes in garage trim, chunks missing from concrete, cabinets shiny or rough.One thing after another and every time they come out, something else gets worse. It looks like nobody cares about customer satisfaction. I trusted phone conversations or massages about the final walking review of my home and in less than first month in the house I had very bad experience with one of the appliances.All I can say is good luck to whom is in the process of baying a Lennar home.
