I could say Natasha and Phil help me out through the process. They did a fantastic job. Their part was to get me the home get me approved and close which I appreciate and I do appreciate my realtor as well. An outside of all of that, the carpenters, the people that did the texture in your painting could’ve done a better job unfortunately, once when I moved in, I didn’t notice after a week or so the touchups the texture, the caulking, the painting there was a lot of mistakes and unfortunately, I might have to take time or pay somebody to do repairs

The home itself is very nice BUT we have had nothing but issues Electric due to what they called breaker issues WE had to replace all of them out of pocket ! Brand new home !!! Patio door would not lock they did come fix that but we still have to slam several times to lock it. I will never buy another Lennar home or recommend one Workmanship is horrible motto build fast sell fast can’t wait to sell

Bill and John in the sales office where absolutely fantastic! 10 out of a 10 would recommend every day of the week! The house I've had issues one after the other starting week 3 of owning it. I've had electrical issues, plumbing, a rood leak, nails popping from the sheet rock, and a crack above a window. These seems like a lot for a BRAND NEW HOUSE. Warranty doesn't communicate very well and I have to reach out to get info. I've only own the house for about 6 weeks and can't fully move in due to all of the issues. Hopefully, I'll get it all fixed and I will get to enjoy my new house.

The home buying experience was great. Sales consultant, loan officers, home inspectors & realtor did an amazing job at taking care of us. We did however have issues with the construction manager being extremely unprofessional and rude towards us when we pointed out mistakes and things that needed to be fixed during our tape walk. I would recommend lennar to friends and family, but was disappointed with the construction manager.

Not satisfied with warranty items that has not been fixed. I have no dishwasher due to damage when it was installed. I have no fireplace because pilot will not stay on after 10 minutes. Cabinet of trash can is very hard to open. Suppose to come and fix it three days after moved in but no one as of yet has showed up. Very upset! I did not buy this new house to have problems!!!!!!!

Make sure when you do your walk thru you take your time and person takes notes. Take photos. 75% of items were not corrected and now we're living thru contractors in and out of the house. Makes it difficult when you're trying to settle in.

I've purchased Lennar before and had no issues, however, in purchasing this Lennar condo things were rushed...the walls were sloppy, no door handles, drawers didn't shut, broken fixtures, etc....whoever did the walk through since we're out of town should've been fired!! Just getting things fixed now.... taking forever....

Lennar has been awesome to work with it. We had our questions clarified in time and had a good experience with the sales agent who was ready to answer our questions leading up to closing. The construction team was also very diligent in fixing issues we found before inspection as well as the items found during inspection. Lennar's warranty service has been pretty slow and unresponsive and hope this can be improved.

We purchased a home in the village with a closing date of sept 15. Ashley was our sales person and was absolutely wonderful! The house had many issue on closing date that was supposed to be repaired before closing. We did a walk through the day of closing, with an extensive list.....2 weeks later nothing repaired, scheduled or communicated. I sent another email requesting communication. The warranty team followed up. Ken, Isaiah, and Hillary came by for another list. FINALLY, we have forward traction! Even though they have a field rep that is amazing the workmanship of the home I bought is not well put together. My experience with Lennar has not been what I had expected at all. The many issues I have encountered are not small issues and very concerning to me at this point. Electrical issues, pipe leak, AC issues I can go on. Just not a happy home buyer right now.

We have tried to be who we are which is very accommodating and understanding people. Unfortunately the system has not been conducive to continue that. I have asked repeatedly to have our front door replaced to no avail. I had to place a chain around the two latches to secure our home. We have informed your staff that we don’t feel safe and that did nothing. You want more disappointments call me at216-789-2649. I don’t expect a call!!!

Lennar aesthetically designs very nice homes. They have nailed the advertising, sales, and mortgage process making it so easy to find and purchase a home seamlessly. Quality of interior finishes, choices, and overall craftsmanship is lacking. The Covid related issues of supply chain and labor issues have exacerbated their ability to deliver quality. During the finish construction process, their own workers damage things like cabinets, wood floors, etc before you even move in. - then you as the buyer are forced to chase them to replace and fix everything. There isn’t want square edge or right angle in this entire house. Concrete is crooked.. patio, porch, driveway etc.

Rat infestation, from Lennar building behind us. Lennar knew this would happen, so they put it in your contract that they are not responsible for rodents. It has cost me over $6,000 to get rid of the rats.

We had a great home buying experience - everything went perfectly. The quality of the work is what is really upsetting to us. The trim work and paint are awful. They quality of the paint and the paint job is terrible. They do have someone coming to do “touch ups” but honestly they whole house needs to be redone.
