I loved the property right on my first visit, the home is built well in general

There are few things I had communicated with the builders project manager which have still not been fixed. so not happy about it, there is also a hole in the roofs plywood (not leaking) but example of poor material used. I'm still in my 1 year warranty and will put in tickets to get them fixed, but this is just how my feelings are for an investment like this.

Bruce, Keith and Stuart made my home purchase an easy adventure from the start, through construction and after. Brian and Lucy from Eagle Mortgage made the paperwork process easy and my remote closing a breeze.

No One wants to take responsibility for the damage going on to my home my Paint my Screen. Lennar is not taking responsibility HOA is not taking responsibility there doing nothing this has to be addressed. Lannar HOA Please!!

The transition from Cal Atlantic to Lennar was very unorganized. They installed the HVAC system before the roof was on. They had the wrong prints for our home and installed walls where they did not belong. They did not insulate behind the bump out walls until I caught it ...right before drywall. They got mud all over our upgraded carpet on 8 different occasions and had to replace the carpet. The wood floors were also scratched up in several areas because they did not cover them. I could go on....

My overall buying experience was great. What I would tell others to beware of is quality of workmanship. Higher your own inspector to come prior to closing to help catch any issues. I made the mistake of relying soly on Lennar and I sincerely regret not taking that step prior to closing. I have found several issues with the home. Lennar has came to fix those things which is good. My biggest issue is I have an AC issue and still not 100% fixed. At my walk thru and when I moved in the AC could cool to whatever temperature I set including 68 degrees in Summer. 2 weeks later the ...

Sales rep is awesome, before and after sale, he (Logan) is extremely supportive and humble. Few issues from the punch list were not completed, after taking possession, I created the ticket but not all the issues are resolved and the tickets are closed.quality of material is significantly dropped from other projects in Erie, Co. Broken HVAC base is not replaced, water flow in basement is not towards drain but nothing is being done in spite logging ticket, 5 shrubs and 2 trees died and few patches of grass but only 2 trees are replaced and for rest I am continuously following up without much ...

There are over 20 items on our repair list that have been there since before we moved in. The painter says it’s the cabinet contractor issue. The cabinet contractor says it’s the painters issue. The painters say that the splashes all over our pavers are not their color. We have not painted anything since we moved in! The carpenter keeps saying they are coming, but never show. I get phone calls saying that they were at the house and no one answered the door, but we have ring doorbell camera and no one ever rang the door! Service is horrible. We have been here almost two months and VERY ...

Responsiveness….. they should have given me the option to give them a Zero. NOT including the sales staff, Gregg and ED who are great! I closed on my house in March 2022. I still have A punch list that needs to be completed. I realize they’re busy building new homes but, I would like somebody To communicate with me as to when They are going to Complete my home for which they have been paid. There has been NO RESPONSE After numerous phone calls, texts and emails which have been sent to multiple people with Lennar Homes. Communication….to much to ask? Lennar - While there is a warranty, it is really difficult to have anything

  • Megan D.

While there is a warranty, it is really difficult to have anything fixed. I have to follow up like a bill collector to have contractors come to fix anything (aside from Casa mechanical - they have been AMAZING), and its really, really annoying. Some of the materials used don't equate to how expensive our house was, and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that its so hard to get anything fixed.

(2/5) Stars Great Price, But Regret Rushing — Disappointed with Warranty Support I bought my Lennar home thinking I got a great deal, and at first, I was really happy. The sales team and loan officers were excellent—professional, helpful, and made the buying process smooth. But once I moved in, the issues started. I officially got my keys on May 21, and by July 1, I already had a plumbing problem. I was told the repair would happen on July 7, and here we are—nothing has happened. The warranty department has been disappointing, I’d rate them a 2 out of 5 at best. The plumbing ...

House is great as far as space & layout but the workmanship is awful. Attention to detail is very poor and many things needed fixed and still do! So many things equipped in home with no box, no instructions, and setting up items is virtually impossible with no one willing to help! Why install a ring camera when you don’t have the box, screw tool or instructions? Hurry up & purchase & goodbye is how I felt. Sales people are great but builder, PM’s & work orders are a nightmare. House wasn’t clean upon move in & just overall disappointed in the lack of anyone helping get resolution to problems.

Visible nails left on carpet, sockets have cross connections , instead of turning on plugs were turning off, poorly wired house, getting shocks when touching the switches, it is so bad that i am facing power outage after exercising the ‘go off the grid’ function of tesla, system is not coming back on and I am living without electricity, has incorrectly fitted bathtub faucet, sloping problem on the kitchen island. All the above are the issues discovered in first 45 days, I am really concerned about the situation of the construction. I have the experience buying from other builder and I ...

I just don’t feel that the house was built with the quality and the neighborhood. I feel that the sales person Wes not upfront as far as telling the homeowners about Lennar is rent investors buying rent properties in the neighborhood. just don’t look good for the property value for the homebuyers in the neighborhood. The concrete out the outside is already cracked. Lennar is not willing to fix it. Yet with time it will settle and crack with the foundation of the house. A month in the home the stucco has settle more and it’s more than a quarter outside the house. Horrible job who did the stucco and crack. My cabinets under my island is messed up. They can’t guarantee it get fix better or it can be worst. They should have done it right. New home and they say to not expect it to be perfect conditions and to settle for what it is. My gas dryer didn’t work. The fencing is crappy
