The Sales team was great. The construction side of things not so great. Zero attention to detail. If I ever purchase a new home I will definitely be sure to pay more attention to the little things.

Very frustrating. Issues from the very beginning till now. My very first week in this house my bathroom flooded due to a missing cap, it took way too long and me complaining for someone to come look at it. My house was not move in ready when I closed there was several issues with the AC, there was paint on the floor and cabinets and I already had fully moved in by the time they came to clean it. One of my door doesn’t close all the way, and it’s been stressful as a single woman to deal with all of these issues after I just bought a 251k home. Disappointed because I remember them saying I was gonna get a irrigation system and I didn't get it. And my grass is dead now having to look for someone to put one in thats gonna cost me more money

Purchased house jun 30 2023 I wish to share my experience and service work along with suggestions: after you do a final walk through for items requiring fixing please confirm completion prior to moving -look at outside garage door dents, air conditioner dents too! We forwarded additional list once moved in : 2 kitchen doors cracked, coming apart at the corner & sink scratched, carpet nails showing at entrance of rooms, carpet didn’t meet warped baseboard, garbage disposal-no guard ( workman left it at the door for me to install. ) I used side gate, noticed air conditioner grid had a dent ...

Fantastic staff however, their hands are tied by management dictating what they can, and can’t do cannot can’t replace the model. I happen to be in the Capri has no master closet for the man tiles hardware full design is dated still lingering in the 90s toggle switches have no place in a home at this price point.

With Lennar, I would expect the quality homes and they are one of the reputed builder in the market. Slowly after moving into my new townhome I started to realize that the quality of material used to build the house could have been much more better. They are building 8 townhomes in timespan of 2 months. I guess they are in rush as the market starts to slow down.

Bought our home back in May 2021. They installed dead grass. Builders said they’ll replace our grass. Still haven’t and they don’t answer our calls for updates.

How quick Lennar was to take my money

3 months into living here the backyard starts to flood and all the grass dies from the fungus of standing water. Lennar denies to fix the grading in the back yard and the side of the house. Claims it has to be more than 48hr of standing water. If you have an issue, they won’t fix it, they’ll find a reason why it isn’t their fault. They blame my backyard not draining on me over watering the grass.

I am a home owner at Marion Ranch. I move into my dream home on May 1st, 2025. I never have seen my water system irrigation working. My grass is horrible . I have call the association and nothing have been done. I keep calling and calling for someone to come and check my water sprinkler and no one cares at this point I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do no more. When you move they supposed to give you some things that come with the house for example a tile box , that’s another thing, no one cares. My experiences were horrible when it came to get items that were falling apart repaired. It has been an inconvenience with the scheduling to get things fixed. Not available on the weekends and in order to get things repaired you must take a half of day off losing income for the issues that came with a new build

Unhappy with several things I've had to go through since I bought my home, I don't complain about the deal when buying the house but I do complain about how long it has taken to fix a leak in my bathroom. Something that I could have taken less than 2 weeks has become a 2-month headache, since day 1 I have not been able to bathe or use my bathroom. And it is a cheek that they have not yet finished fixing it and already want to close the case as if it had already been fixed. It looks like nobody cares about customer satisfaction. I trusted phone conversations or massages about the final walking review of my home and in less than first month in the house I had very bad experience with one of the appliances.All I can say is good luck to whom is in the process of baying a Lennar home.

It was great until we moved in. Laura tommy and whitney all so helpful. Cannot say enough about customer service leading up to closing date. Once moved in has not been great. Have found a lot of poor work and things not working with a poor response. We made a complaint about a lennar staff who came out and referred to same staff to make complaint. been disappointed

The customer service is fair. Once you’re on your home, they don’t think repair issues are important. The person who answers the phone is rude. She acts like your issues are not a big deal.

Definitely test everything during your walk thru, because if you close and then call them about an issue they take forever to fix the problem. They tell you to do a submit a work order, then they schedule a virtual call then they send someone out. Then hopefully they send the right people out tht can actually fix the problem. The buying experience was great. The only thing we could have asked was for a little more communication. The first 9 days in the house were great until the quality of workmanship showed with a major sewage backup. While Lennar responded quickly the weeks to follow were a nightmare with no admission of fault. They actually blamed their plumbing company. I felt like a general contractor trying to get it fixed. We had a wonderful sales, mortgage and title experience with Lennar. But once we moved in there are sooooo many issues inside of our house. EX: Dishwasher broke after 3 days and we've been moved in now 2 months and still not addressed. Tile has spots on it throughout the entire house, pavers are pulling away from front porch and I could go on and on.
