My experience with Lennar Homes was mixed. On one hand, Omar, the builder rep, was incredibly helpful and available to answer questions. His guidance throughout the home buying process made things a bit smoother. However, one aspect that I found slightly inconvenient was their complete reliance on electronic documentation. I personally prefer having some paper documents for reference, not just QR codes to look everything up on a screen or log into a portal. Issues that were found during inspection were addressed prior to move-in, there were a couple of items that required attention post-occupancy. Still funding things but Thanks to omar & Richard things get resolved in a timely manner! Overall, if you're comfortable with a fully digital process, Lennar Homes, with Omar's assistance, could be a great choice for your next home purchase. Lenar Mortgage: My experience with Lennar Mortgage left a lot to be desired. The entire process felt unnecessarily exhausting due to their insistence on a fully electronic process. There was no flexibility provided to receive contract documents, or for the loan officer, Jon, to review any of the loan documents with us in person. Adding to the frustration was the required use of their portal, Lennar Track, which was plagued with constant technical issues accessing our file or documents. Lennar team work is worst. Sales team , builder , lender , attorney all are pointing others not helping to buyer in right time. Lender and builder are not cooperative. Helpless. Overall experience is worst about Lennar team work. First name : MJ Eshwars.

1-extremely disappointed in the lawn. Sod looks like it was laid by a child because there are gaps galore! The seed that was laid on the sides and back almost refuse to grow because it was not watered properly or regularly prior to us moving in. There are brown areas all over. The dirt used was the wrong dirt and wasn't graded because there are so many rocks and stones like construction dirt was used. I had to throw down more seed, i water twice faily, and am only getting patches of grass. Whoever the lawn company is, why don't they come on the same day of the week? We were told it would be every Friday but they've come on Wednesdays and Thursdays. 2-why is Lennar in charge of the HOA? BC Communities has all the say not the residents. It shouldn't matter how many people are in the community. At least one of us should be allowed on the board. 3-workmanship on our house SUCKS. We see where they've screwed up but tried to hide the imperfection with paint, caulk, or putty. There are even faults they didn'rt fix! 4-we were told there was an old cemetary by the tree line across the new road from us, but that was a lie because it's right next to our house! 5-why is there no activites director? WE NEED ONE! 6-the house is not senior friendly. The windows are too high and are single hung indtead of double. There are no bars in the shower and we weren"t given the option. The shower isn't easy to get in and out of because yhe bottom piece is too high. 7-because our previous house sold in 2 days and the buyers wanted to move within 30 days we were in a bind. We wanted to buy in Bridgeville but would have had to wait several months for the house to be built so we kept looking and voila! You had one already built and we could move in pretty quickly. Quick to respond and very caring and professional. Amazing experience so far!!!

I was sold one thing the day of the contract and delivered another on closing day. Walls and ceiling look like waves. Unfinished walls and poor customer service.over 2 months after closing no solutions or repairs.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with the sellers agent in getting the unit that I wanted. The agent would not respond to my agent and then I lost out of 3 different properties I was ready to sign and go under contract on. There were no accommodations made which was ridiculous. I also had many issues with Lennar trying to play the role as my Lender making the entire process absolutely horrific. Due to this I will likely never buy with Lennar again, nor would I recommend.

It was great until we moved in. Laura tommy and whitney all so helpful. Cannot say enough about customer service leading up to closing date. Once moved in has not been great. Have found a lot of poor work and things not working with a poor response. We made a complaint about a lennar staff who came out and referred to same staff to make complaint. been disappointed

Everyone involved was helpful during during buying process. After closing we reported two problems that have not been corrected. But we are very happy with the house and the location.

Today is probably not a good day for me to review Lennar. It is a very hot day and my air conditioning unit is not working. I tried calling Hadley Heating and Air - they have told me I have a one year warranty on my air conditioning unit. I called them at 5:52 p.m. this evening. I was told a technician would call back and talk me through possible solutions. It is currently 7:24 p.m. and I haven't received a phone call back from them. The first time I had problems with my air conditioner, it kept "tripping" the breaker. They had to put a bigger amp in for it to not trip every day. Needless to say, it is annoying to buy a brand new home and keep on having these issues with it in the summer. I did put in a ticket with Lennar Homes about the current air conditioning issue, however, I am not sure someone will get back to me before tomorrow.....and it is hot!! I'd rather not pick stars, just inform you of my issue, but right now I am not happy. ... More

This is quite place, good environment place with neighbor friendly. Just for lawn landscape, most of them grow very slow and died.

It was not that easy as I assumed to buy a home with Lennar, very poor and little cooperation from seller and especially the mortgage team.Due to the unavailability of the Mortgage person i had to go with higher rate of interest. Very little information was provided on house construction status and have refused to change closing date to 2 days before due to my availability. Apart from it I have referred 5 of my friends who bought the house and no referral bonus was provided. The issues addressed during the orientation were not even addressed. Overall it was a bad experience.

Concrete sidewalk poured 2 hours before heavy rain. Sod not staked down and all moved during rain. Dead tree planted in backyard. Ants everywhere inside. No one from Lennar cares to make it right.

well thought out an executed build

The house is so expensive and the materials used on the home is very low grade quality. I put a nail on the wall, it just moves without any resistance because there was no wood on the walls. I later discovered the walls are made of cartoons instead of wood. It's a very bad experience I have had. Everything is just falling off just 3 weeks of being in the home.

Loved the experience of being a first time home buyer

I was out of state & my purchase & closing went smoothly.

Sidewalks and driveways are atrocious. Footprints in both and marked and discolored. Construction dust in basement and garage. Two doors painted in different finishes, on the same door. No sump pump was installed, but that was quickly resolved.

When buying, it would be nice if things were smoother. It was high stress on closing date as most things were not ready. The HOA is finally working so I got my fence that I wanted. Top half of the house is made of ply wood, so it is very loud with kids running around upstairs. Area manager does a great job, and responds in a timely manner (so far)

Buying experience was easier than I could have imagined and all issues we found were resolved very quickly.

I already experienced a new home before but this one was so much easier. Everything is done for you but the cooking. Wouldn’t that be nice! If something needs fixing, they are on it. I love my new home. Thank you

My process was little stressful at first due to being a first time buyer. I am very excited that they got me a lower apr rate than my other lenders. The process with everyone was very helpful and great. They all worked hard to help me with my first home!! I am excited to be a new homeowner and live in a great area.

Individuals would approve, then reject, then approve and ultimately wouldn't approve us non-contingent. I believe they dangled the $15k incentive to use Lennar mortgage to bait us in, then didn't approve us. A 3rd party mortgage company approved us and they have to play by the same rules as Lennar. Lennar has a problem that in my opinion is fraudulent.
