I bought my house in August and we are still not on the ***** and it's almost November, they say they lost the checks. Wow. What an experience

All the issues I'm having at this house an I have not even lived here 60 days

Team members ***** across the board, broke contracts, were rude and disrespectful, contractors on property after I received my keys.

Danelle *****, New Home Consultant, was very professional, responded quickly to all my questions and supportive.

All of the individuals along the way were superb. They all were very attentive to our needs and always answered our questions and concerns.

We are now living in our dream home thanks to Ava *****. She made moving out of state very easy with all of her accommodations and handholding. Every obstacle along the way she helped us to overcome with a great attitude. She is an asset to lennar and we couldn’t have made it here without her help.

Nollan ***** was always there helping me through the whole process ( very stressful for me, a 70 year old to load, download documents, go to all the different websites to create accounts with Lennar Mortgage, Escrow, etc)

Overall a wonderful experience and especially working with our sales representative Alex*****! Lennar is blessed to have Alex as she is a true professional every step of the way and goes the extra mile for her clients even when out on maternity leave!

Nice finished product, lots of extras included as standard ie appliances, blinds, garage door opener etc.

The customer service I received from my salesperson Jimmy ***** & My Construction Manager, Danielle *****.

Sloppiness should have been caught prior to walkthroughs. I shouldn't need to worry about getting an inspector for the final 1 year.

We lived here less than 5 weeks, our roof started leaking… badly… they sent serv pro out to set up industrial blowers… but never addressed the leaks…. They put some sort of a patch in the roof.. refused to tarp it, and have been missing in action ever since…. Brian ***** litterally hung up on me when I asked why they haven’t sent a contractor/roofer out to fix the issue… very unprofessional ….we are at a complete loss of what to do to get Lenar out here to fix the roof! It was a spec home and who knows how long the roof was leaking… they removed a lot ( like 4 garbage bags full of wet insulation) no one has been back here, or communicated with us… our next step will be contacting an attorney… very shocked at how they handled this situation! ... My backyard looks like it was landscaped by a child. Terrible quality of work. A .36 acre lot with about 700 square feet of grass. I asked for a planview of what the yard will look like for weeks and I was surprised with an email saying "we're all done!" with no indication beforehand. Most ridiculous looking yard I've ever seen. Lennar was too concerned about losing money instead of fixing the issue. To this day, I get comments about how silly my backyard looks. Lennar just made excuse after excuse not to fix it. Also, the construction team is sloppy and don't clean up their trash. I have spent countless days cleaning up trash from the house Lennar is building next door out of my own yard because the superintendent is not present onsite to direct his crews to clean up after themselves. Mountains of trash. I have 2 little kids that have to worry about disgusting food garbage and construction debris being thrown into our yard on a daily basis. I am a project manager and I would NEVER allow this on one of my sites. Terrible experience overall. The only bright side is the salesman and the lender teams with Lennar that made the home buying experience smooth. ... More

I was lied to so I would agree to a close date that coincided with the end of their quarter. I was told Lennar doesn’t do “customizations” when I asked to have a significant build issue they knew about fixed as part of the contract. Not only am stuck with the bill but I’m also stuck dealing with this awful management company they put in charge of the HOA. They’re not building homes for people. They’re building homes for profits. This is painfully obvious when I can’t get my standard size couch in my house because the garage door is too small and the columns too d big to let it pass or when they didn’t give me access to my yard from INSIDE my house let alone from my front yard. I was forced to sign away my legal rights to buy the house or lose my earnest money that I couldn’t afford to lose. If you’re turning out good products you don’t need to preemptively rob people of their legal rights. Their staff tell you what you want to hear and then demand high survey rates but rarely follow through without you having to constantly remind them of their promises. ... More

From the very beginning, from choosing our home and exploring the options Lennar had to offer to finally reaching the closing day, the entire experience was wonderful. Everyone involved was professional, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping me every step of the way. They were always willing to answer my questions, address my concerns, and make sure I felt supported throughout the process. Buying a home is definitely a learning experience, and while it may not always be easy, with the right team by your side, it is absolutely possible! I couldn't be happier with our new home. We absolutely love it, and it has everything we need. A heartfelt thank-you to the entire Lennar team for making this journey such a positive and memorable experience. The house is very well built. Support has made themselves very available for future issues.

Ray our sales person who sold us our place was excellent and is still excellent. I would say overall the craftsmanship was pretty good and the construction materials and appliances are pretty good. Only negatives I could think of is the paint quality(step it up a notch) and would have been nice to have the option to sod the back yard.

Very disappointing experience with Lennar. I found the staff *****, and I feel that I was repeatedly given misleading information. The quality of service and communication has been extremely poor. Despite being a major homebuilder, Lennar needs to improve its construction quality, customer service, and staff accountability. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and a builder they can trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lennar to others.

First of all the home is not even finished! We bought the home in August 27th and when we moved in over ***** weekend it was still being worked on. Then I got confirmation that everything was done. We came back to the house a few weeks later and still stuff were not done. Lennar used to be known for its quality but not in Kansas. This home is horrible, with so many defects and poor workmanship. Everyone I reach out to is either ignores me or *****. Never ever will I buy a home from Lennar and it's to bad because I am opening homes for individuals with disabilities and will be buying many homes over the course of the next few years. Will be working with another builder from now on. ... More

Hire people who take pride in their work. There are so many issues with this house.

Whole process of buying a new house could be very stressful but You made it very easy and professional I highly recommend Your service

Lennar has been wonderful to work with. John and Kenzie were very responsive and helpful. I love my new home!

They where there with me helping me out understand stuff

I reported a dysfunctional microwave upon occupancy and it still not fixed to date. There are a few things that need attention and now I A stuck as to where to report them and have them fixed.

Lennar corporate had no idea of the development location , whether it was Loris or Longs SC , which caused two closings , additional paperwork for the buyers and no mail service for about six weeks.
