We love our house and subdivision.

We had been searching for a while for an home and randomly decided to check out a model home duplex one time. As soon as we saw it we knew it was a perfect fit for us! The square feet is just right, the open concept we just love and a large master bedroom! On a plus side our neighborhood as a wooded area with walking path too! We are very excited about that. Lennar is very responsive to any issue that come up as well.

All transactions with lennar , were according to what was specified in the purchase agreement.There were no delays with my purchase. I am happy with the service.

Overall from start to finish with James was great, Zach and the construction team did a great job as well throughout the process

Everything is perfect but some small things could be improved For example the parking space outside the garage is not large enough it’s difficult to park two cars
