We closed on time as scheduled. With that said minor issues were repaired that were identified during the initial walk-through but we did experience problems getting things fixed after we closed and moved in. For example I found a large dent on the refrigerator and was told by the construction manager to just call Frigidaire and have it replaced under the warranty which made no sense to me since a dent on the refrigerator Does not seem like a warranty item to me

Fantastic buying experience. The challenge we have is with the level of building outweighing issues after build, supply and demand. The responsiveness and the level of care from the Construction Manager and directives given are a problem. The communication given by the customer care team is beyond unacceptable. The home owner shouldn't have to follow up on every issues and get time lines or keep them in line with job time lines. I hope they fix them. Our home buying experience was great. Ty was a pleasure to work with! Everything seemed great and was going as planned. A few unexpected things occured and fast forward to our home being finished - we feel that our home was rushed and the quality of the workmanship was out the door. We felt rushed upon our walk through "tape walk" a lot of things were pointed out but poorly fixed. Cheap material and sloppy building work

When you do the walk there are places that you don’t look at. The kitchen cabinets on top were broken, uneven, wrong cuts. The wall over these cabinets had a whole. You only see this if you go On top of the kitchen counters. My tub makes a noise like if a tractor is in there. I submitted a tickets since December, they went to check it and said they would come fix it, it’s been over a month since. At the begging very responsive but after they said they had to fix it, they never came back.

Should take a little bit more time in quality control before delivering home

To explain clearly when you upgrade to granite that it is not sealed and may get stained and for the warranty managers within the first 6 to 3 days should just let you know not lead you on that it would be done by the granite company. But I do have to say that Dennis one of the construction managers was definitely one that followed through with every request. Bee nest never painted over

Ok, but could have been a higher quality product/ material. Electrical GFIs are not installed so you cannot use a hair dryer without tripping the power. The postal service is non existent, online packages undeliverable since the address does not exist. The most frustrating is the address being not found. No food delivery services or Uber cabs or any deliveries gets to us. We’ve had to use the Publix supermarket as our drop off. I’m told it will get started soon so until then, I “reside” at Publix on Palm Drive!

Punchlist items have been slow to be resolved. I closed on March 28th and am still waiting for two major items to be resolved. Also, there was lack of communication regarding my mailbox and i never received the keys. I am waiting for the keys so i can get my mail.

Although the buying experience was smooth and easy, upon delivery the 1st day my AC broke making the move in 90’ weather difficult and it took a week to get repaired. Since moving in I’ve had contractor after contractor in my home doing repairs that quite frankly should have been addressed prior to turn over. Broken roof trusses, roof repairs needed, drainage issues poor carpet installation to name a few. The home buying experience was nice. Everything worked well. Now that we're living at the house we started noticing how crappy some things are. After a month and a half living here, yesterday we were able to use the dishwasher. We couldn't use it because whoever installed it didn't put a part for the water to work on the appliance. The buying process was easy and efficient. The repairs were mostly timely. I still have a few outstanding issues. My biggest concern is that the website states that all of the appliances are included. My neighbors received all of the appliances listed on the website as promised. I did not. I did not receive a washer dryer refrigerator or air conditioning like my neighbors. I have requested information and resolve from customer care, and the regional vice president about this issue and have not been given a response.

Overall purchase experience was quick and easy. Staff were all great. However, once moved in there were some issues that needed to be addressed (heater was wired wrong and didn’t work properly, a gas leak and material issues used between the brick and the interior wall) which took time and effort due to the fact that everything has to go through the warranty office after closing. I have a running list of isues to have repaired. Broken Kitchen cabinets, intendtation on floor, no heat in Master bath and closet. Having to use a portable heater.
