good builder but have a problem with their tile company. Lennar tiled my whole house minus the bedrooms and was promised that at least 2 full cases of tile in the dye lot would be left in house prior to closing. Owner of tile company. John Grimmer who i spoke to personally, said he bring the day after closing which never happened. I offer to buy additional cases at retail price to have more tile on hand in case of a sub surface crack or any damage after closing. Many months later the warranty people made him bring tile which unfortunately does not match. These types of sub contractors take away from the good name of this reputable builder. Everything was good the only thing is that they put dried saw in my backyard and everyone else was nice and green

Amenities ( as promised) not provided and still have not been. Have to wait 1.5 years after what was promised. Even though building have been going up all over the place.

I’m satisfied with my new home

The loan process was not the easiest.

I love my home, the maintenance manager, Clyde is exceptional and quick to respond even after we moved in. The sales team, Marcus and Kara were very attentive and helpful. The mortgage process could have been a little smoother, but at the end of the day they are probably never easy. The customer care center is quick to respond. I would definitely buy another Lennar home. There are lots of add ins that are included in the home.

Dave and Cezar are great and extremely helpful!

Great service and communications

Had a good experience with Purchasing my home at Heritage Lake. The building process went smoothly. Would not recommend the builders lender, they are non-responsive. Save yourself the stress and use an outside lender. But the home is good value.

Make sure your yard is level and the sod is weed free before you close. The landscaping company (sub-contractor) did a terrible job, knows it, and doesn't care about fixing it.

The home was built great, no issues, the mortgage experience was a different and terrible experience.

Roger and his team were very helpful and quick to respond.

The Sales and Customer Care team have been great to work with. They explained everything and helped with anything I needed in regards to my home fixes after moving in. The title company was my worst headache and very frustrating to work with.

Wonderful experience! Have met so many neighbors that have said the same. Definitely recommending to friends and family!

10 points for the sales department and for the people in charge of handling complaints about things in the house that must be repaired or improved. A big difference with the closing department. Communication with the client in this part of the process is scarce, stressful, and leaves the client in a vacuum over the progress of the process.

Outstanding service and quality from the builders and team at Lennar Mira Mesa. We visited the home weekly and often they would repair the smallest things before we even had a chance to say anything. Oscar and Jose are absolutely fantastic and by far and large were the best part of our first home buying purchase!!!

Overall a great experience, the only hiccup we had was not related to Lennar, but everything has been great so far.

Materials and quality of build are great.

This was my first home buying experience and it was awesome! Everyone was very patient with me, informative and responded quickly. Chip, in my book was the most amazing! He went above and beyond on many occasions to make sure I was good and happy. He made me feel very valued by choosing lennar.

He does good work, could pick up items that have come from others working on new homes. I have 2 tire that are flat. No one takes responsive for them You could find out.

Front office at the arboretum in Fontana, ca was awesome however, eagle home mortgage was unorganized, poor communication, just terrible.

Townhouse came out beautiful. Very happy with the construction.

The best purchased I made. Everything is upgraded no need to upgrade. Love the big windows all around the house. It’s specious, it comes with high end appliances. They are easy to work with if you have issues with house, for example: an outlet not working. All you have to do is put in a maintenance order, Lennar service team will contact you and they will set up an appointment and fix the issue. Haven’t had a problem with them yet!
