Philip did a great job, I am very please with the professionalism and the work that was done to get us in the house on time. The value for the home is amazing.

I know I bought in the affordable subdivision. I know I didn't pay an exorbitant amount for this house. But craftsmanship is very poor. Some things can be fixed. Others not worth the time off work to manage it. It was the easiest buying experience though. Loved the virtual signing.

The process was stressfull , but fun at the same time everything look great working with the team on our first walk through was exciting as we were getting closer to closing day so over all the process is stressful I would do it again.

Lennar is definitely a builder with multiple lawsuits against their name who will do anything to maximize their own profits, by building low quality products with no care whatsoever, like a lot of other builders. All I've seen is lies and fake marketing. Marketed this community as private and gated, while they sold our safety out to the city just to make more profits. One decent thing is the responsiveness of the staff.

The LENNAR homebuyers experience was overall very good. The quality of materials used and responsiveness has been excellent. Our concern was an unexpected delay in the closing date and the lack of notification of the scheduling for the celebration tour of the home. A person in training accompanied us on the tour and we were not notified who would be meeting with in advance. Als a suggestion, it would be helpful to have the names and number of technicians/staff expected at your home prior to the repair. Low quality materials used - especially the flooring Home came with very little- needed sprinkler system and gutters No towel racks or toilet paper holders There was phone jacks in kitchen and bedroom- need I say more I even had a roof leak first month None of their contractors spoke English But construction manager was excellent in responding to needed fixes

First I would like to say that Tish was very helpful! We were scheduled to close escrow on Thursday 5/02/24. That has been our scheduled closing date for almost two months. Well that didn't happen. We didn't close escrow yesterday and we did not get and do not have access to our house as of this morning Friday 5/03. I had a lot of things scheduled for our house this morning that I had to scramble to reschedule. We signed all of our loan documents on Tuesday 5/01 and Lennar Title received our closing funds on Tuesday 5/01 as well. My wife and I are pretty easy going people and we both are very understanding that things happen. The main issue here was the major lack of communication during this entire process, especially over the last few days as we are getting ready to close escrow. This is our first house that we are purchasing and were expecting a much more pleasant experience. The lack of communication has been an issue during the entire process dating all the way back to when I first inquired about the home. We were just sitting around waiting to receive a call, text, or email giving us instructions on how to enter our new home because it is now officially ours. Had I not reached out to anyone I would have had no idea what was going on and that we were not going to be given access to our new home yesterday. I was also given false information. I sent a email at 9am on our closing date to get an idea on when we will be given access to our new house and I was told that everything was sent over to the County recorder and once you guys received confirmation from the county we will be given access to our new home. We continued to follow up yesterday via email and were told they were still waiting on confirmation from the county. At 4:45pm I called Lennar Title and was told that nothing was ever sent to the county because they have not received the final sign off from the builder. So I didn't find out that we were not going to get access to our new home until 4:45pm on the day that we supposed to close escrow and I wouldn't have even found out unless I picked up the phone and called! I never received a call from anyone at least giving me a heads up stating that they were still waiting to receive the final sign off from the builder. I didn't know what or who to believe anymore. I just feel like there was a lot of finger pointing during this entire process and no one is willing to take any accountability. I can go on and on but I am not going to. ... More

We thoroughly enjoy our new home. Lennar does a great job with floor plans. Not all is perfect and there are spots in the home we wish were different but we realize that no matter how a home is spec’d out, there will always be the “I wish we/they would have done this instead”! In the end, it’s a great home with great features!

I bought an investment property recently from Lennar. Overall very bad experience, not worth the price I paid, I was talked into this by realtor was compensated on top of the regular commissions for selling a bunch of units over a weekend. They are allowing a huge chunk of the community for investors which is not ideal for the primary residents or investors. Their interest rates are really high and the overall experience with their lender was worse. They keep asking for same documents, very chaotic, confused all the time. Thoroughly disappointed with the whole process. Their sales, lender and realtor have become a nice group who are after to get gullible investors. I would not touch another Lennar community again. Recently invested in another community from a different builder and quite happy with the outcome there. Couple of my contacts had similar experience with Lennar! ... More

So far we love our new home. Subcontractors have been very responsive. We have had an outstanding issue for about a week that has not been addressed and probably takes 5 minutes to solve. Contractor grade appliances but they are proforming OK.

Lennar has provided first class service after we have moved in. On our first day of move in, we discovered minor areas that needed touch up paint and / or spackling. The construction manager got on his phone, and within 2 minutes, a crew of painters arrived and handled it immediately. A week later, we noticed a rounded imperfection in the fireplace mantel shelves. We informed construction manager, and within 2 days, the entire mantel was replaced. The following day, a painter arrived to paint the new mantel and to touch up the walls adjacent to the mantel. A month after we moved in, we found tiny cracks in several backsplash tiles due to the electric outlets being screwed in to tightly. Again, after a phone call and pictures sent, Lennar had a tiling repair person come and replace the 3 cracked tiles within 2 week time frame. We have a large retaining wall behind our unit, and there was quite a bit of weed growth on top of the wall. After an email to Lennar, the landscapers arrived and cleaned up the overgrowth the following week. We discovered that 2 of our kitchen cabinets would not slide smoothly since they were installed slightly off center. We took pics, sent to construction manager, and several days later, a crew showed up and they removed and re installed the sliding rails for those doors. Only negative comment in regards to finish quality, the bathroom faucets had spouts that were too short and barely reached the sink, thus water splashed over the counters. Poor design. Ended up replacing 4 of the faucets with longer spouts in my second week after move in. Also, they did not paint the garage walls, which I felt they should have done based on the price of the unit. Mina, Jeff, and Enrique were great with helping us close and getting in our forever home! Regina was phenomenal in getting us closed in 3 weeks and ensuring we were being helped along the way.

The home quality is exceptional. The overall planning of the community is terrific and the Clubhouse experience equals that of a resort. All but one item on the home inspection punch list were correted before move in. The last item is scheduled. Thanks Lennar!

I'm very sad with everything Lennar has to offer.

My experience with Lennar was amazing. I had a few hiccups during my buying process but the team I worked with was there every step of the way. My family is so grateful for everything that was done for us during the process. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

For price home should have more upgrades, Materials and workmanship only average, found many things were substandard, eg…kitchen granite counter edges were very sharp, not rounded and smooth, tile grout lines not sealed, garage floor had multi cracks etc. Most faults not visible during walkthrough.

We have built several homes and have been able to request and get upgrades. We are now having to install a lot of needed items after moving in. This delays getting settled and enjoying our new home.

Lennar is a middle entry level home. The craftsmanship is poor, the materials are lower quality and they are non apologetic for the lack of quality. Their favorite line when you look at the poor paint jobs on doors, door frames, trim, etc is "stand six feet in front of it with normal lighting conditions and if you can't see the imperfection from there......well then it doesn't exist". If their subcontractors damage the trim while doing their job they don't replace the trim......they put bondo on it and repaint it. The problem is when you sand MDF is doesn't take a paint job the same way. Oh well. ... More

Overall quality of construction seams better than many others I've seen. So far very happy with our home.

We love our Lennar Home! We loved working with our concierge Lauren, she was incredibly helpful. We were impressed with the process of buying the home. We were a little disappointed with the sales process because we were not aware of the lot price when quoted the price. The staff were very helpful; however they did fall short on getting the addresses updated with the post office. We would recommend them because of the quality of the house and the whole home buying process. We would rate them an A-.
