Very good service during the process of the purchase

Overall a good experience though out the process. The Quality of the home is good and we're very happy with the area and the results

From the friendly greeting at the sales office to the day we received our keys to our new home, we were very pleased with how available all employees were to our needs. Even when we thought a problem arose which would have setback our closing date, everyone stepped up and corrected the issue and we closed ontime!

Sales person did an excellent job. However, there is not much communication after we purchase the house. It looks like there is an communication gap between different part of the organization to get the right answer.

Responding to issues is on point.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable in the process of purchasing the home. I do believe that one walk through and explanation of the function of some of the features of the home would be enough it was very difficult for us being out of state

This was second home-buying experience with Lennar and they are a well-run and professional home-builder. Their properties are well-built with quality materials. Their staff are very responsive and well-trained. I would purchase from Lennar again in the future

My overall experience buying a home with Lennar was great. The house and the community are beautiful, and the process was mostly smooth. However, the only negative aspect of the experience was dealing with Lennar Mortgage. In the final two weeks before closing, the mortgage process caused a lot of anxiety due to delays, ober the top strict underwriting, and miscommunications, ultimately leading me to switch to another lender. Despite this hiccup, I’m very happy with my new home.

This is our THIRD Lennar home. One in CA and two in WA. You are working with people that treat you like family. They care about customer service, quality of their product, and every person we have interacted with have been the best of the best! The two homes in WA, were homes we purchased from living in another state. Everyone from Lennar was very patient with us and we are a low tech couple which we had our own challenges. This was the only reason why we did not give a 5 star rating. It was nothing that the folks at Lennar created. The finishes on our home are beautiful and they are part of the EI policy. The process was easy and straightforward. The home was delivered in good shape and as promised. We wish there were drawers in the bathrooms but understand the cost saving of them not being there. I disliked the lack of communication between signing the contract and closing. The lender at Lennar Mortgage was very difficult to get in touch with but kind when we did speak with him. Overall it has been a good experience.

The house is Great! Could have been cleaned a little better, especially the heater closet. Should have gotten the pool key at settlement. Took 6 weeks to get it, now the pool is closed for the season. Had a couple small issues that were handled right away. We are very satisfied with the home.

Buying a new home is stressful and that is not because of Lennar, it's the process. Having said that, everyone I dealt with was professional and patient. Both walk-throughs went well and issues were addressed promptly.

Lennar Sales Team and the Loan Officer made the process pleasant. Thomas and Gail were awesome!! I wish I could say the same about the underwriting process. We started our home buying process six months before closing and we didn’t get our final approval from the underwriter until 3 days before closing. This was such a stressful situation. Imagine going to a design studio and final house tour without knowing the house was yours. Crazy!!! The underwriter did not work on anything until weeks before closing. We moved from a different city and needed to get things settled with our kids schools and activities. I have a special needs son and unfortunately due to the procrastination on the underwriters behalf he doesn’t have continued care. I’m getting everything together but it sucks that lots of these things could have been prevented. Another thing I didn’t appreciate is how they moved my closing date sooner by one day giving me only a one month grace period to be mortgage free. If I closed the day after I would have had two months of grace to pay my mortgage. Some of my neighbors had that luxury but not me. Other than that I love my home. I’m so in love with the layout of my home it fits all our needs. I love the neighborhood. If I had to do it again I would but I would request the underwriter to approve before putting down earnest money and signing a hold. ... More

I had a great experience with Lennar. It was a fast close.1 month to the day! I am very happy with the price, quality and Workmanship. Daniel and his team were very responsive and professional . My only issue where I felt stress was in the mortgage process. I was a Realtor in my previous location. I understand that closings are stressful. The issue I had was in the process. I put down a sizable down payment. I have a strong employment and credit history . First I was told I had to pay off my current car loan. Next, a week before closing I was told I had to increase my down payment. The reasoning was pretty text book. I felt like if I had gone to a private mortgage company they would have done a better job advocating for me, not just closing the sale. ... More

As a person who has purchased a newly constructed home previously plus a custom house, I found Lennar head and shoulders above the competition and I'm picky. - Workmanship carpentry, electrical, finishing, and, plumbing good to great - Client services good to great and proactively helpful - Warranty service proactive and supportive - Code compliance exceeded requirements - Energy efficiency exceeded requirements - Products medium to high end and higher than expected for price - Contract makes it seem more difficult than necessary, but they might be uptight because some people have unrealistic expectations - Punchlist client service extra nice, but the punchlist process only area not great. Unsure if crew just too busy, so few items procrastinated until last minute, but to me, it felt like they tested if I'd let it go, so ultimately delayed closing a day. In contrast the floor/tile provider/installer, Macadam floors, were seriously disappointing 1 star- meager selection and overpriced upgrades without credit for products in purchase price and delayed 2.5 month their order for upgraded tile until tile unavailable so had to reselect less perfect color and installation of carpet provided a poor carpet seam plus, in my opinion, some outdated color selections. ... The wholes Sales process was very pleasant. The buiders were very helpful. They knew what they were doing. Their were some things to fix in brand new house. The builder fixed them all.

We had a great experience with our salesperson. He was always there for us through the process. Not a great experience with Lennar Mortgage. Lennar has been great with taking care of post move in issues. We have a great home at a great price. I recommend Lennar.

I’m impressed overall with the quality of building and don’t see a lot of shortcuts or compromises. I was pleasantly surprised for example to see a hybrid heat pump with a gas heat, a comprehensive insect control system installed during the construction process, a whole basement dehumidifier with automatic pump and the like. I was a bit disappointed that red clay was tracked all over the basement during construction and is nearly impossible to remove with muriatic acid followed by recommended floor cleaner. A minor complaint and hard to avoid if construction season is rainy but looks like I may need to hire a professional to get this resolved or end up tracking red clay dust up the stairs for years to come. ... Um pouco turbulento na parte de pagamento e assinatura mas no geral foi muito bom

Arthur our sales person from the beginning of the sales process up through closing was always there to answer any questions and work on our behalf as needed. Post closing we have been quite happy and pleased with the virtual customer service calls established to handle any service requests for minor interior and a couple exterior repairs/replacements.
