They do respond to any problems right away

From our first meeting with our home sales agent, we were comforted, had all our questions answered, and felt like they trusted the quality of their homes and knew we would be happy with them. The construction manager during our home orientation had a very keen eye for detail and did not accept anything less than perfect. Our realtor was even surprise by how much time we spent at the orientation making sure everything was perfect and making sure we knew everything about the house (water shut off, electrical panel, etc...) We have good experience with Lennar, we like the value, the all inclusive package, very professional service all the way through.

We have been extremely pleased with the builder and the neighborhood.

By far, one of the worst experiences I’ve had with purchasing the home. Was informed incorrectly on multiple things. Would not recommend.

It was not pleasant. Overall disappointed in the process and trust me, I’ve done this many times. I will say that warranty has been much better than the sales, mortgage and construction.

The interactions I had with Lennar were professional and responsive. The house is very well built; however, the finishes are low quality. My biggest disappointment is the swap I have in my backyard. During the final walkthrough, it was mentioned, and I signed off on the fix; however, after almost two months, I have standing water. I don't know if this issue is caused by a pond behind my house or if there is something else causing it. I understand the excessive rain, but even with the recent warmer weather, I still have standing water.

Slow response time to fixing multiple issues. Brand new home I feel like this is a fixer upper home. Bad flooring, moulding, caulking, cracking paint, silicone smears on countertops.

I am not sure who designed these houses BUT they knew nothing about a 55+ community. Shoddy workmanship and an excuse for everything.

We looked at many builder homes and I can tell you Lennar was the nest for quality and money. what you normally pay for upgrades with other builders was standard with Lennar and that was a huge selling feature for us. The quality of their builds far exceeded any of the other "local: builders. Layout, materials, size ..everything was better. The service from start to finish was fantastic and unparalleled. Highly recommend. I had heard of Lennar before in other states and when I saw them herein Idaho I was thrilled, they were a game changer for me. i will never buy the home from lennar again

Before we moved in it was very attentive to my needs, which should have been done before I had to pick them out. Not little scratches on walls but Sprinkler lines broke and spraying water in the air, doors jammed shut and was hard to open. Air handler doors off... No lights in a closet. As of 2 months later still nothing is fixed. I had to have a sprinkler guy come stop the water being wasted running down the street. Im pretty sure I will not be buying another Lennar home .

This is my retirement home and I was willing to pay extra for some up grades but was told that I couldn't go off the blueprints . When a client is paying cash for the home , which I did , they should be given that option . Overall it is a very well built house !

While the people that work at Lennar have been nice and ok to work with, the quality of the home simply is not there -- especially for the price. This is hands down the lowest quality home we have ever lived in despite it being the most expensive we have ever purchased. If there was a cheaper material to be purchased or a corner that could be cut, Lennar took it. Sadly we are not happy in our brand new home and do not recommend purchasing from Lennar.

I had previously bought a new build with Lennar back in 2018 and I loved my home. When I needed to relocate I bought from a different builder and was not impressed. This time for my forever build I knew Lennar was my builder and I once again have loved my home and the stress free process of the purchase.

Disappointed in the attention to detail. Glue on back patio not cleaned. Nail pops on back of house. Weeds in yard front and back a foot tall Lawn 6” high with crab grass. Flooding against house. All pointed out at final walk. None addressed

Mtg experience was the worst! No customer service and unethical in information. Repairs that were recorded and noted during final walk have not been completed and has been a hassle to get completed.

There are multiple hollow tiles in our home that move, that caused the ground to break, when we called out to get it fixed, they fixed the grout but not didn’t fill in mortar. Our stove/ microwave combo wasn’t installed correctly, it slammed down and broke the whole cabinetry. We were told it’s not safe to use anymore and now we are waiting for somebody to come out. It’s been two weeks now. Our Irrigation system has not worked ever and we’re being told that it’s not even covered by the warranty. No one seems to care that they sold us a faulty irrigation system. Not to mention all the other little things that could’ve been avoided if the house was built with attention to detail. ... More
