Finishing of edges are not good. Counter top base finishing is not properly. Garage out side liner also not installed and aligned. My construction manager is Ryan.

My experience wasn't good. This was my second home that I purchased and the construction side of it was a mess. The contract workers gave this builder a bad name. The contract workers did a poor job and made a lot of mistakes. On the financial side that was excellent and easy.

The finish work is horrible.

The finish work in my home is horrible. Poor workmanship in regards to the wood trim and doors. Lack of time taken to measure properly. Lights hung with no apparent designated location. I have a wall that is 2 inches out of plumb from top to bottom. The interior paint job is the worst I've ever seen, all around.

Our agent Hyatt was the best, always available to talk and answer any of our questions, especially as first time homebuyers. The home we bought was built well although I could find many small imperfections throughout the house as I spent more time in it. Imperfections such as some walls had paint that was not touched up well, some of the wall moldings appeared as if someone had no patience and just did a fast job, I also found a crack under our kitchen island. The biggest problem we have is a leak in the master bedroom ceiling every time it rains. I have reached out multiple times to Lennar ...

Within the first week my whole front yard was dug out and clogged up toilets due to pipes broken by construction workers. The same issue for all my neighbors. It took 5 months for them to completely pay their sellers fees. Once you close they wash their hands of you.

We recently purchased a home through Kenner, and overall, the process was smooth and professional. Everything from start to finish was handled efficiently. However, upon closing, our family did not receive any welcome gifts, basket, or signage to commemorate the occasion. We’ve seen other neighbors receive these thoughtful touches, so it was a little disappointing not to be celebrated in the same way. It’s the small things that make a big difference during such an important milestone.

Home is basic,no laundry closet

I have been at the property for nearly 2 months and have not had the following issues addressed: Approval to garden in backyard (plant trees ),the sod placed did not take & has not been replaced. I inquired about installing a fence in backyard & again no response. There's no communication from the Lennar office personnel. I'm greatly dissapointed.

This is my 2nd home with Lennar, my sales consultant with Lennar was great but the quality of the home isn’t all there. Too many things wrong with the homes and feels like Lennar looking for excuses not to repair it, I feel like I’m inconvenienced the company. I still have a door that needs to be replaced that hasn’t been. I’m a little disappointed. Good luck asking a manager to call you. Also I hear everything from outside. I wish the walls were a little thicker though. Overall yes I would buy again but next time I would take 5 hours to inspect the entire house on our way walk.

I could say Natasha and Phil help me out through the process. They did a fantastic job. Their part was to get me the home get me approved and close which I appreciate and I do appreciate my realtor as well. An outside of all of that, the carpenters, the people that did the texture in your painting could’ve done a better job unfortunately, once when I moved in, I didn’t notice after a week or so the touchups the texture, the caulking, the painting there was a lot of mistakes and unfortunately, I might have to take time or pay somebody to do repairs

The home itself is very nice BUT we have had nothing but issues Electric due to what they called breaker issues WE had to replace all of them out of pocket ! Brand new home !!! Patio door would not lock they did come fix that but we still have to slam several times to lock it. I will never buy another Lennar home or recommend one Workmanship is horrible motto build fast sell fast can’t wait to sell

Bill and John in the sales office where absolutely fantastic! 10 out of a 10 would recommend every day of the week! The house I've had issues one after the other starting week 3 of owning it. I've had electrical issues, plumbing, a rood leak, nails popping from the sheet rock, and a crack above a window. These seems like a lot for a BRAND NEW HOUSE. Warranty doesn't communicate very well and I have to reach out to get info. I've only own the house for about 6 weeks and can't fully move in due to all of the issues. Hopefully, I'll get it all fixed and I will get to enjoy my new house.

The home buying experience was great. Sales consultant, loan officers, home inspectors & realtor did an amazing job at taking care of us. We did however have issues with the construction manager being extremely unprofessional and rude towards us when we pointed out mistakes and things that needed to be fixed during our tape walk. I would recommend lennar to friends and family, but was disappointed with the construction manager.

Not satisfied with warranty items that has not been fixed. I have no dishwasher due to damage when it was installed. I have no fireplace because pilot will not stay on after 10 minutes. Cabinet of trash can is very hard to open. Suppose to come and fix it three days after moved in but no one as of yet has showed up. Very upset! I did not buy this new house to have problems!!!!!!!

Make sure when you do your walk thru you take your time and person takes notes. Take photos. 75% of items were not corrected and now we're living thru contractors in and out of the house. Makes it difficult when you're trying to settle in.

I've purchased Lennar before and had no issues, however, in purchasing this Lennar condo things were rushed...the walls were sloppy, no door handles, drawers didn't shut, broken fixtures, etc....whoever did the walk through since we're out of town should've been fired!! Just getting things fixed now.... taking forever....
