My wife and I had a great buying experience with Lennar. They were very friendly and professional which made the process stress free.

Lennar was super quick, responsive and helpful with our home buying process. We went to look at houses, and within 2 hours we had been pre approved, and we closed a month later. Super easy process. And they work with you until you get your loan approved, they never gave up on us! And now we have the home of our dreams!

I pay extra for this lot , thinking offers privacy but the lot is full off low quality clay dirt. So its useles nothing can be planted on it when it rain takes long to drain ,when its dry is hard like rock and crack..

Roy is fantastic, along with Lennar mortgage, title and insurance. My only issue overall is the Quality Control of the material you use. Accidentally dropping a plastic cup from the bathroom sink counter into the sink shouldn’t cause a crack and hole to appear. This is our 7th new build home and we’ve had much worst accidents occur without anything that has come close to what occurred here. I’m definitely disappointed that subpar material would be used by a reputable builder.

I appreciate Lennar's transparency and value, as it reduces the stress of selecting and paying for upgrades. For a first-time homebuyer, Lennar helped make the process easy and quick.

For buying a first home, I had a very stressful experience trying to constantly prove that money was money was available because they couldn’t read. Not till I got my realtor involved the “issues” cleared. Quality and craftsmanship is horrible, no pride in quality of work. When you do need answers during the process everyone blames everyone and says it’s someone else doing it. Too many hands involved. I would never buy a Lennar home again.

The buying process was straightforward due to the experienced individuals providing the service. Great customer service.

I love my new hose, but way too many issues before, during and after closing, the biggest one was I was offered a house next to an empty lot, mains reason I peak this house, right on the day after closing, Lennar start building a new house right there. Very tricky sales strategies. Disappointed as well with Lennar mortgage, waiting more than 3 hours on closing date, because paperwork wasn’t ready.

The house is built very well overall. However, the completion was rushed and the walk throughs were a set time without asking us our needs. The Forman, Cass was great but the burden to complete the 7-page punch list was all his and he was beardly able completed most of it before the closing the same day. The Title company was great to work with and flexible to our needs. We have built four other homes in our history that in included two with U.S. Homes one Rutenberg and one DR. Horton. The quality of the inside of our new house is about a 4 about out of 5 and the same as Rutenberg. A few problems of poor workmanship and poor-quality show that was very disappointing. A few doors inside the house were hung like a 6th grader did the work. Some of the floor tiles were chipped and the grout in the on-suite shower mistake (chair on wrong side) repair was low quality and slopy work. The air unit was not balanced and the was causing us to have high humidity. The warranty person Jeff (great person) from the air company is working on the problem, Why the closet door for the inside air unit is not a louvered door is a poor design mistake that I have not seen in 40 years of new home builds. The landscaping is overdone and we cannot get out of our cars parked on the driveway without stepping on a plant, Although the grass is growing in now and look very good in the front, the amount of dead grass squares left by the people did the work is a just case pure laziness. If the square is dead when installing it, put a live/green one down in its place. Would I recommend a Lennar home to other, YES, but common scene would say slow down the process a little. Do not put the burden on the costumer / your client by saying "Oh just put in a work order and it will get fixed after you close". That is the perception that is given to the new homeowners. ... Numerous problems with home and neighborhood.

I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless, stress-free, and incredibly rewarding. Even when it came to finding condo insurance, the Lennar team helped me find an agency that was able create a policy within a day. Once the offer was accepted, the transition to closing was remarkably straightforward. The Lennar team coordinated everything flawlessly, from the home inspection to the final walkthrough. Their attention to detail and clear communication made the entire process transparent and worry-free.

Everything has been great so far. When we put in a ticket for any items needing fixing, the team is quick to respond. The only thing I feel we should have situated is our mailbox key and we don’t have that yet. Over all the experience has been good.

Would never purchase another home from them ! Poor workmanship and very cheap materials !

First of all, the floor plans are generally great. Spacious and open. The biggest issue that I have is that there are no drawers in the bathroom sink cabinets and there is no linen closet. I didn't think about it until I moved in and found no place to put that stuff

What help I have reached out for has all been taken care of and in reasonable time

This is not directly related with Lennar but the HOA has some rules which seem too strict. Also, so many things are done through a portal and sometimes there's no person to consult with, or it's not clear who you're supposed to talk with about certain issues. On the whole, though, Lennar has been very good, so far.

Everyone was on top of each process, very fast responsive team. Thank you to all of Lennar team members. You made it fast reliable and easy.

This entire experience with Lennar was almost seamless, great attention was given throughout the whole process.

Recently bought a new build in a TH community and all in all it went pretty smoothly. Any issues that came up Lennar has addressed to my satisfaction. The home itself is a very good value for the price and I know I will be happy living here.

Lennar was fantastic from the moment I stepped into the office. The entire process was smooth and easy. As someone that was purchasing a home in 1 state and living in another I was a little worried at how it would go. I cannot recommend Lennar enough!!

Our sales rep Ashley was awesome but after we got into the process we were hit with so many websites and “individuals” in charge. Most never contacted us or just sent another thing to do, no consistency. Was never asked or consulted on my interest rate or points. The day of our celebratory ( not sure what that means-in other new homes the team showed up and usually had a welcome gift) walk thru the whole company was in a meeting. We had issues and nobody called back. The garage has nails sticking in the garage from the outside. First thing that happened my grandson brushed up against the wall and tore his shirt. The downstairs bathroom construction looked like it was constructed incorrectly. They juryrigged it to close escrow now I need to file a warranty. The loan was sold to someone the day after we closed. Never heard from that new lender. Sent a note to Raegan on what to do she said pay the coupon to Lennar. This week I get a past due notice, different lender, still no introductory letter from the new new mortgage co saying I’m late. I explained that we paid the first payment to Lennar but she said I had to chase that myself. Called Raegan again and asked her to help or pass me to get help. No response. Lastly we purchased this thru a trust. Why then did another sales person know that info about us when my husband went to look at another Lennar development??? I would hope individuals in your company are not gossiping about people they are selling to???? ... More
