We are thrilled with our home and the community. It is absolutely gorgeous! The home buying process was fairly smooth and short -- we had about three weeks from purchase to close. The only disappointment was our salesperson in the site's sales office, who gave us several pieces of misinformation about the property and community. She was not very helpful and our realtor had to do a lot of the work.

Coordinating the settlement and the inspection was not a very good experience. We showed up at the scheduled time no one was available. The coordinator couldn’t be located. Someone else filled in to take us through the inspection. Settlement papers had to be redone twice due to poor communication between the coordinator and legal council.

I like the Lennar builder, good home quality and very reasonable price. However, I believe they need to have more check points for their staff. They do not have good communications skills and trying to doge the responsibilities to the other person. I received the pool community about three weeks after purchase. my ring door is still not operating, and nobody takes responsibilities to fix or replace it.

Closed in August 2025, so far so good. No issues and lovely neighborhood

One thing you have to remember is that you're working with the seller's agent might be a good idea to bring someone who represents you. overall wasn't a bad experience but they're making some changes that we were not happy with but they made it work out with us, also read your paperwork carefully few times I've caught mistakes in their favor but again, overall I will still buy from them, their professionalism and detail to their work and customer service is pretty good.

David A did an excellent job obtaining a mortgage loan for me at a good rate. Matthew M was very attentive to making sure things were done correctly

Prices are low; workmanship is okay.

Over all the experience was very positive.All the people at Lennar are very respectful and pleasant and easily reached when I have a question or need. The wall paint is a low quality but everything else is nice.

We just moved to new home, it was our first experience overall every thing was good, but still had some issues with material like comboard fresher. And other things

For this being my first home, I had a good experience with Lennar. Both the sales team and finance team were very responsive to all the questions I had, especially as a first timer buyer.

Great incentives, all issues found in walkthrough fixed promptly. Minor complaints: the fridge filter was clogged before closing and I couldn’t use the fridge to drink water and the appliance warranty wouldn’t cover the cost. Contractors used both for window blinds and solar panels are unresponsive and error prone. Its been 2 months and my solar panels still are not functioning due to a permit error. My blinds are still not installed correctly.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by how smooth our home buying experience went with Lennar. From the showing of the model homes to the credit loan application process, everything went better than expected. Based on the quality of the construction and service. I would definitely recommend Lennar for your next home purchase.

The experience was good and they did a great job in getting us into our home.

The entire process was very smooth and my Lennar agent was available anytime I had a question. Any issues that came up during my walk through was resolved.

They built the house very quickly and reported their builing process and the materials they used.

I had a two time ill experience with Summer who was processing my loan. Overall, my experience with Lennar was smooth and everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional except Summer. A document was requested of me which I could not obtain because nothing existed from the government site I was told to obtain it from. Because of the current climate in the government, I could not reach a person to help me secure a notification. Unfortunately, when I try to explain this this summer several times she was condescending and let her frustration come out in her tone with me. At some point, my interaction was with her manager/ream lead contacted me and he was much more professional and no condescending. This happened without me even saying anything. It was a delight experienced for my home buying with Lennar’s build company with their professionalism, especially with Cori A. her patience, and people-first attitude customer service. We got to moved-in our new home in two weeks home delivery process successfully.

We recently bought a house at Milford Park our New Home Consultant Patrick was very helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions and was extremely accessible throughout the entire process. The Mortgage application and process with Lennar Mortgage and the communication with our Loan Officer Lance and Loan Processor Jennifer ws also a very smooth experience. We were informed at every step by Lennar Homes, Lennar Mortgage and LEnnar Title Agency and it was a very smooth experience overall. Our celebration walk was great and all issues identified during the new home celebration walk were addressed in a timely manner including the ones found during the independent inspection. The whole experience was easy. I am really enjoying my new home and like the neighborhood.

Great property. Buying experience went well and had assistance all along the process. Everyone was very attentive to guiding us through the buying process. House does have some issues to address so proper/thourough inspection recommended. Good thing there is a 1 yr warranty coverage because still dealing with open tickets.

My experience started off very well I met Leandra and I needed plenty of help because Im not computer savvy as most people are. She was very knowledgable answering my questions and showed me alot of respect being 69 yrs old. I never imagined I could qualify for a loan that easy. Having the VA helped me with my loan was very comfortable. I dealt with alot of people from the start to the finish.and I am glad that it is almost all over. I would like to thank all the Lennar people that helped me to get my new home. Living at Sapphire Grove is great very peaceful and quiet.
