Builder response on few reported items was quite awesome and completed reported issues on time. The house orientation by the QA team was not expected though, should have spent some more time and covered each part of the house

It was a good experience.

The house itself is amazing, some issues here and there but that is expected in a production home and community, Lennar is good about fixing anything we find wrong with the house. Construction managers Will and Adam are excellent in explaining everything and taking care of concerns. Sales is where I had issues, such as miscommunications, incorrect information, carelessness, lack of coordination, just to name a few. You need to be sharp and on top of everything regarding your home purchase, top to bottom and start to finish. Lastly, would I purchase again from Lennar? YES, absolutely, it is worth the money and the little pain during the process, but I have learned a lot from the process, plus Lennar is a big company and you can get a great deal if you buy at the right time during their specials. ... Closing was pushed up by a month and home wasn’t fully Complete when we closed. Some things you can tell were rushed when being done. Quality suffered to get it closed sooner.

Over all my experience has been good. I want to say how good the customer service has been GREAT. Every time I have had an issue the response has been right on. I understand that everything takes time to complete. I am wondering when the fence will be finished so I am able to fence the rest of my yard. My neighbors all have dogs so I am in need of a fence. My home buyers experience was above my expectations. This was my 3rd time purchasing a home and it went very smoothly. My loan officer and my loan processor was exceptional. The only process that could have went better was my orientation and walk through. I felt like it was rushed because I had my closing on the same day, but all in all it the whole process was great! I have to especially thank my loan processor, she needs a promotion.

Lennar was fantastic from start to finish. No project is without issues but everything was addressed in a timely manner. Grateful to Cory, Harry, Jenny and the whole crew.

Our home is beautiful and the construction manager (Amanda) is very informative & helpful. But the sale agent, she was a little bit rude & not really care to give a good information when I first time visit model home. My another complaint is the drive way & side walk got cracks & damage not look really good. I have to fix my own. Overalls, we love the house, especially the kitchen.

They were working on my house the last day before I closed. Some things are still not done. The landscaping is shoddy but the structure and interior are really nice. I’d recommend but expect a wild ride.

Beautiful house with lots of room

The quality, attention to detail and amenities of our Lennar townhome is impressive. We love the layout of our new townhome. Our salesman Matt was great. He was thorough and would research and promptly reply to any question we had. Our constriction manager Sam was amazing. He was very responsive to any issue we had. Our concerns were addressed timely and he would communicate what we were to expect at each stage of a repair. Our only disappoint was Lennar Mortgage, specifically Kaiser. We did not get a loan rate lock that we thought Kaiser had done for us. Because of Kaiser’s lack of follow through and inefficiency, we lost a lower rate, had to use an outside lender and it cost us more money. If it wasn't for the mortgage side of our purchase, I would have rated our experience with Lennar with 5 stars. ... More

Overall experience was great. Home completed on time and very happy with the work The only issue I had was, when I chose an outside lender ( instead of lennar mortgage) because there was significant difference in the rates offered, I felt a retaliatory attitude which made my whole home buoyant experience less than 5 star.

We wanted to call out John and Phil who have been top notch with helping us since we have been in the house. They have been very quick to respond on issues. We feel very comfortable with them and they are responsible for making our transition so smooth.

Faced some issues like AC was wrong installed by Airtron which caused water leak but Felicity Garza immediately took action and send different company (Airteam) to get it fixed, she is extremely helpful. She was and is always available to solve our problems. She resolved lot of our issues one by one. Lennar is a good brand name and we trust them. My previous house was also from Lennar where we stayed 6 years and extremely satisfied customer of Lennar.

Overall the experience went well. I am very pleased with the quality of our house. We've had a little trouble in getting answers to some warranty issues.

Overall, a good experience. Just minor details are the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. Other than that a great experience.

It’s been a great experience for my first home. The quality of my home is superb

In today’s home market, I feel more comfortable knowing that Lennar has made an effort to repair any areas of oversight during the build process. Also, with the 1yeat home guarantee I’m protected.

Steve did a great job addressing any of the issues we had and still stops to check on thing when through the neighborhood

We sold our previous home of more than 20 years, purchased our Lennar home, closed on both and moved in three weeks. It was very stressful but the assistance and support from the amazing Lennar team (Rosalie, Gail, Vickie) made it less so. We've also had great support from our Customer Care Rep, Vince, to address minor issues. I would recommend Lennar without reservation.

From the first day I entered the management office and discussed options to fit my need the caring, kindness and attention to detail was outstanding! The project manager addressed all concerns, making suggestions was with us every step of the way. We are very pleased.

The construction managers: Mike, Phil, John are great. They make up for shortcomings in the building process.

JIm and ray were fantastic the whole building team made the whole experience great. I will say the financing side was a nightmare. There wasn’t much communication, it was our first time buying a home so we don’t know all the things like “locking in the interest rate” had know idea and almost lost the ability to purchase our home. But building team great. 10/10 recommend.

Our salesperson, and our construction managers, along with the customer care (warranty) representatives were all great! For whatever reason, I feel as if the trades don’t pay attention to the small details. Making it necessary to put in a claim and wait an above average time to get it rectified. That being said. This is our third Lennar home and we couldn’t be happier with the home, and how well we were treated!

Positive experience, would by Lennar again.
