Hi Lennar team, overall stands tall in the things they promised and deliver. Quality of the product, Construction qlty, managers like construction managers, Title team, Support team, concierge team standsout on their exemplary support. except few issues - specifically the sales guys behavior, ILG the design studio are the bad experiences.

This is my fifth home I have had built. The overall experience was one of the best that I have had. My site project manager was very responsible to my emails and issues, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the house had less issues at closing than previous homes. I was not a fan of not being able to make selections for options as in previous homes, that was always a selling point for me in buying my own home. This was an investment property, so I was able to move past that, but still didnt like the exterior color of the home. Also, the large walk-in master shower really should have a shower door, not the expectation of a shower rod as that would have flooding issues. I had to invest in a shower door post move-in. The sod that was put down also sat at the end of the road for a week or more and was mostly dead when I took ownership of the home and the yards on the entire street look very poor because of this. ... Finishing could have been more detailed.

Straightforward pricing - on time with completion - very thorough on expectations.

Buying a new home is a process and patience is key

The overall experience has been almost seamless. Lennar was very responsive and for the most part everything was done on time and ready to go. There are always hiccups in the mortgage process, but Lennar kept those as smooth as possible

Good overall experience. 1 downside is you cant change anything or have anything added during construction even if it would make things easier in the long run.

Customer service was great ,the main building manager has lots of knowledge.

Make sure you get everything done and repaired BEFORE closing. they are very helpful fixing everything but after you take possession on the home they take their time to fix or can tell you that is not covered on the warranty.

All staff and workers were very polite and professional.

The level of communication was great, and they were eager to resolve any issues we brought up.

Lennar has been a great home builder to engage with during our new home experience during the build process as well as customer support.

The mater bathroom and the master closet is big.

Not quite like buying a house off of Amazon in terms of convenience, but just about as close as you can get when dealing with Title, proof of income, etc... Honestly I don't think I could have done better with this one, even after the purchase I have had these guys help out with small fixes, would highly recommend!

Original purchase policy for the condo’s had us on a waiting list as first available, as soon as our turn came up Lennar changes it’s policy to highest bidder. This caused a delay in our purchase along with a price increase.

John and joe were great and easy to work with. A couple months after i lived in the home my water heater went out and joe had someone come out and fix it the next day

We have been through several home purchases and this was one of the easiest. Good job all around!!

The home was well done and in the time originally specified. The home buying consultant went above and beyond in every way. Can't say enough good things about her. Construction manager was very responsive to a couple of issues we noticed on closing day. Coming to SC from Ca. we were delighted with the home and it's price. Overall we are pleased with the home.

Some people they they we’re perfect some people I am very disappointed unfortunately

Post o office refuses to delivery because they say the developer is the problem. And Lennar says the PO is the problem. In the meantime I must drive 8 miles to stand in line to beg for my mail

We found our home purchase very streamlined and easy with Lennar. The on-site team were easy to work with and friendly.

One of the sinks and bathroom tub has a chip in it and the quality of the wood fences is that good. We also share a fence instead of having our own. Customer service was great and overall buying experience was good too.
