This is the second Lennar home I’ve bought within four years. From my experience, Lennar has greatly improved their services. I do like the educational videos, and their process for warranty requests have greatly been improved. I do like my home, but workmanship still has a lot to be desired. For example, my pavers at one spot keep collapsing, and I have noticed that there isn’t as much as a speck of the white polymer sand applied on the surface to fill in the spaces. As a result, the spaces are enlarging. I have had a couple tickets called in for repairs in certain spots, which were done, but the issue keeps resurfacing. I am confident that Lennar will have a permanent solution for the pavers. After all, curb appeal is an introduction to one’s home. The sales lady was great. The man in charge of the build was great. Both super friendly and made the process tolerable. It was much better experience than we had with Ryan Homes. Decent value with the fence, blinds, sod, and watering g system included. Quality is a concern - back door leaked, water bib not put on correctly so it blew the control valve out. Other small things that are frustrating on an expensive house. The garage is barely long enough for our cars so it is really tight and for as much money as we paid, that is unacceptable. Some fixtures are cheap. Again, some nice features but others belong in a house that is half the cost. I think we overpaid so the value is just not there and to be disappointed with the garage, with cut corners, and other things just does not lead to a good value in my opinion. ... More

We love our new home and the buying experience was a breeze. Starting with Merry. She’s always available to answer questions. The only downfall have been the touch ups and repairs we need. 90% of which were pointed out on our initial walk through. It’s been almost 2 months since we moved in and only 2 repairs have been done. Some repairs have done more damage. The heat didn’t work and there was no thermostat prior to moving in. We were told they would be fixed. Wall are thermostat is so dirty from installation. Heat didn’t work after moving in. When they finally fixed it, the attic access is so dirty. Everything went very well but they are taking long time to come fix when infector put green and blue taps in the house to fix it. Its been 2 months and we are still waiting for it

Ok experience with Lennar. The Closing process was a breeze, the level of professionalism was immaculate. On the other hand the workmanship on my home was poor. I can still feel the padding underneath the carpet. It was not a easy transition as I thought it would be.

Home buying experience good, just responsiveness with work orders has been taking time (ex leaky faucet, paint, etc) but very friendly staff

We love this house. We are having a little bit of trouble getting the little imperfections fixed to our standards.

The most reassuring part of the entire purchase was the repair crew for post closing issues!!! Just terrific response time. My sales team were just terrific with me. Always ready to help, answer questions. Bummer about 3 months delay, but that is par for the times we are going through and Ian!

The closing of the home was poorly done

Overall everything was easy and very stress free. From customer service to financing to maintenance has been great. The lower stars were simply about materials but overall I am loving my home.

Purchasing the home we had an excellent experience. Once closing was completed and the punch list needed to be addressed our texts and phone calls are not being returned. The repairs are not being addressed and it’s been almost 60 days.

The house was realy well done, but theres some things that are not fixed and the house is now in use. Like garbage boxes, front door, painting etc.

while i love our new home, i do see some quality issues that seemed to have been missed. we will address at our 1yr walk through. however it would feel better had the majority of these been addressed prior to move in. as of now nothing too major, but attention to detail says a lot about ones craft, and they seem to have been lacking in some aspects. more so cosmetic, the "smart home" set up has been difficult, and why not install all of the ring functions they leave you with?? like i said small things that can be fixed, just not something you want to deal with after an EXPENSIVE purchase and moving in etc ... The home buying experience has been an interesting one to say the least. I have owned a home prior but not a new home so the steps involved with the new construction process when I moved in has been different. Lennar has contacted me about all of my service / work orders. The issues I seem to be having are because of issues that are not Lennar specific but more of the contacted work. Lennar has been responsive and let me know who I need to call to get things corrected or had that company contact me.

Eldy was very helpful from day 1, worked with us all the way through and was always a great resource when we needed him, would love to work with him again. Ryan S. was amazing as well, loved working with those 2 gentleman. The house has been great so far, I only wish our floorplan was offered with an island.

Austin was a very good project manager. Easy to get a hold of when we needed answers. Over all experience was a 10

Builder was decent. Problems here and there that were all fixable. Had to call a few services in for some bigger items missed. After repair, home looks great.

Hunter our sales person did a phenomenal job helping us throughout the process. We felt that the sales process was great. Unfortunately, the quality of craftsmanship and work of contractors has been well below average. Lennar sales process 10! Lennar quality of work 5!

Love the sales experience, love the home, loved closing even, but what is the purpose of doing 2 walk-throughs if the majority of the stuff on the list is not taken care of? If we could have waited to do closing, then I would have cancelled the closing until all of the punch list items were complete. Now I am wondering if those things will ever get done...For what we paid for the house, there should not be all the issues still left to correct. This is our 2nd Lennar home and this experience has not been a great one. This house was WAY more than our 1st one and we were treated better on walk-through items and the punch list. I would highly recommend Lennar....AS LONG AS...you get your punch list items completed before signing on the dotted line. ... More

The purchasing process including using Lennar mortgage was wonderful. My issues began when I closed before a few things were repaired and almost 2 months later I still have issues that haven’t been addressed. My contact was moved before the issues were resolved and customer service has stepped in to try to help. I am super frustrated at the communication post sale. I was not shown how anything worked in my walkthrough nor was I given any information. My precious new construction purchase was much better post sale. I am at this time confused as to who to go to for what and am frustrated that I still have a couple things that should’ve already been taken care of. I love my new home and sales and financing were wonderful. Post sale has been very disappointing. ... More
