The home buying experience was satisfying

Lennar is good there were a few things I was promised that didn’t happen which is frustrating

Overall It was good experience

I was looking to buying a home near a friend who was also buying in the same street. I was told it was already off the market and to select one a few houses down. Once the initial payment has gone through I wouldn’t get much response from anyone other than some pictures of the development. At the home walk near completion I was asked why I never visited the home during construction and that I had a lot of trust by never visiting. I mentioned I was never told I was able to and I wanted to change the type of flooring from the very get go before sheetrock was installed to all plank with no carpet. It wouldn’t be an option. Then to find out the house I initially wanted was available from the get go and is still listed for sale as I type this. It was rude and I couldn’t believe I was never reached out to by changing even before any payment was done. Excellent quality and Value. Small issues repaired promptly. Missed a 5 Star overall as the HOA/Lagoon information and figures was extremely poor. The Lagoon Sign Up process is totally dysfunctional and affects your reputation.

It would have been beneficial to have models of the 4 different styles of homes to view instead of only one model before buying. The dishwasher that came with the house was very cheap. We replaced it immediately. We really like the house so far after 2 months.

Our new home experience has not been overwhelming. Average quality of construction, no attention to details, contractors don’t care about your experience. Building around us is messy, dirty, and they make no honest attempt to change and clean up. Amenities are started, but almost no push to complete. Days go by with no real manpower to make progress.HOA does not respond or return phone calls.

Buying a home through Lennar was a smooth and satisfying experience. From the initial walkthrough to closing day, the process was well-organized and professionally handled. The home itself reflects solid craftsmanship and quality materials, and I feel I recieved good value for the price I paid. Lennar's team was responsive and helpful whenever questions came up, and they made sure any issues were addressed in a timely manner. While there's always room for improvement, I felt confident working with them and woul recoomend Lennar to any looking for a reliable homebuilder.

A lot of work, a lot of documents. Got to keep up with the agents. The faster you get the requests done the faster you move on to the next step. Then put your trust in the agents as you do not have time to review the contracts.

Lennar homes are basic builds, very limited customization. The back/side yards are just dirt. No rain gutters. Blinds, appliances are negotiated, with no choice on brands. Outside color scheme is fixed. The homes are on a slab, which I like, and under tension so no cracks. These are good entry level homes. They also come wired for ceiling fans, but again, no fans. Lennar does back up their work. After first 30 days, any problems are fixed. Same applies at one year. Overall we like the house, consider it a work in progress,

I was happy with all aspects of the home buying process, except for the lennar title company. The title company made me feel like a number and that I as an individual didn’t matter to them.

As a first time home owner, my questions were mostly answered. Experience was good and follow up after moving in was mostly good. My seller agent and customer care representative were very good to work with.

The people were all great!!!!! The mortgage application was overwhelming because they had too many people involved and one did not know what the other was doing. Would I buy from them again? YES

They do lots of asking same things as if they forgot what was asked

Working with the sales team was great. They were attentive, helpful and responded to inquiries promptly. Quality of work was very good. Primarily due to the thorough quality checks. They didn't miss any details. I love the Next Gen feature in the Discovery model. However, please note space is taken from the master closets and kitchen in order to accommodate the Next Gen apartment. Closets in the Primary bedroom and kitchen cabinets are small. Also didn't like that there were no options. Color choices and materials were all selected by the builder, with no opportunity for upgrades or changes. Love my home, the area, and the process except for all the portals!!! You have to register for numerous portals to speak to someone, to pay your monthly HOAs to get any info there is a portal! No paperwork, just more portals!!!

PLEASE double check all plumbing and electrical before you accept the home. My home has an issue with the lights dimming when you plug in the vacuum. NOT acceptable and still not fixed after 45 days. It's been a challenge to have the electrician address any electrical issues.

Loan processors were available to answer questions at any time. Knowledgeable and professional people

Our sales contacts Jim and Lori were outstanding and very helpful at each step along the way. An excellent process. The site team was responsive to our snag list items and made the move-in much easier. Lennar has however to date been completely unresponsive on getting the solar working after Sunova went into Chapter 11.

Great overall experience. I feel some corners were cut, and completion was rushed to make way for new or ongoing project builds. Semi-upgraded appliances and fixtures, no handles or knobs included with cabinetry, poor landscaping that has to be redone due to weeds growing through, laminate wood flooring lifting up from foundational floor in a few areas, maybe due to careless or improper installation. All of the above mentioned scenarios/concerns creates pause with giving Lennar an Exceptional home buying experience rating. Otherwise, pretty great home so far.
