Every part of the process from first walking into the model home until the day of closing, was fantastic. The Home is beautiful. Encountered one or two small details that had issues after closing. I called Lennar and they were at my home in a week to fix it. Fantastic

Wawww Lennar builder is the best I have compared with others in Indiana in terms of pricing and size of house. They are very responsive and smoothly processed through the buying period. Really request for buyer to go with Lennar builder for reliable price.

Lennar was awesome. They worked with me beyond what anyone else would have. They didn't let me give up. They just kept going for me. Would truly recommend them to family and friends.

I purchased my home after visiting a girlfriend back in May. My husband and I had the pleasure of our sales representative Neil H. to enlighten us on all the qualities and benefits of owning a Lennar home. It was not until the end of June that I called Neil and told him we wanted to buy a home here at Liberty Village. Living our entire lives outside of Boston I was a little nervous taking the plunge to move although my husband was 100% ready to move. Neil literally checked in consistently with me taking photos and videos of the house being built every stage of the way. My girlfriend and her husband did the walkthrough for us and any problems were addressed accordingly. We finally arrived after being delayed with the storm Idalia. We were so happy to finally be here in this beautiful house and community. Yes we had some tweaks to iron out but if you go through the proper channels and call or email the information provided everything will be fixed or addressed. We have in the past literally built our own home bought homes already built and lived in used homes. In my opinion you always will have something to address. Lennar certainly does have mostly that I have heard of minor issues to fix amongst my community. I also have complete faith that Lennar will put in our promised pool that has been in the works for some time. Hopefully sooner than later! It’s been an incredible journey overall from signing the home till the closing date. This is a great community and I am very happy to have Kelly as my new home consultant. I really appreciate her time in answering and clarifying all of my questions as a first time buyer, she responds so quick and try to help in all possible ways. Thank you Kelly, you are the best. I highly recommend Lennar Homes for their competitive prices with quality especially for first time buyers.

We love your new home, everything was great. We've had a few small issues, such as one of the gates didn't close properly, and Lennar send someone right over to fix it. Any time we have a question, we get an answer promptly. The whole experience from walking in to the model home, to dealing with the their mortgage company, to closing was easy and everyone was friendly.

The sales staff, the project managers, and the post closing crew have all been 5 stars in every way! They were more proactive about me buying a home than I was! Could not be more satisfied!

Great experience with Lennar, Ahmed was our loan officer he was very welcoming . every question we had about tuning in paper work he would be on top of it and got us taking care of we now live in our new home we love it thanks Lennar !!

We started three years ago to find a new home to retire in, in the state of Idaho. We saw the hand of the Lord move in finally bring us to the Lennar development known as Mandalay Ranch, in Caldwell, ID. After searching for the time that we have and picking out the features and design of the home we wanted, the home Lennar offered provided 90% of all we wanted in the asking price. We did not have the experience of choosing features of the home and would have preferred a different layout in the master bathroom, but that is the 10% that was not our preference. But having worked with many home developers over the past 3 years we were glad to work with Lenar who built a beautiful home at a price that fit our budget and provided so much of what we wanted. We needed a lot to build an RV pad and the unique lot the house set on was perfect for this. We have made a substantial investment, in getting the backyard in place. The only think I would encourage Lennar to consider is the put gutters on the entire house. A couple of thousand dollars more would bring to your customer the ability to say they took care of it all. Our previous home was built new by another builder. Lennar is totally professional and delivers a great product. Minor issues at closing, but Lennar’s team from construction manager and assistant to warranty team corrected issues promptly and at our convenience. Sales team, Ethan in particular, was a true professional and understood all our needs. Thank You Lennar
