The quality of workmanship is not there. It feels as if they were rushed or just simply didn’t care and the construction manager was not very nice to work with.

From start to finish it was flawless. Every aspect of home buying was explained throughly. The people Lennar hired are very knowledgeable in what they do which made our purchase so easy.

Quality of workmanship can be better. Example; don't use flat paint.

Lennar is great company and produces beautiful houses. Maybe it’s just the market and material shortage that drives the houses prices. Overall I did have a great and awesome experience with the Lennar sales team.

While construction was delayed 15 days, the end result was sloppy work. Water bottles were found under our sod, detail paint was not completed. Lawn grading below par. Little attention to detail all around home, inside and out.

Good, when we reached out to them with issues they responded well.

The price of Aden Square homes are very expensive for the tight entrance way.

From the very beginning responsiveness in regard to workmanship has been nothing less than poor.

Our experience with our sales rep, Cheryl, was outstanding. She is super responsive and kind, and went out of her way to answer all of our questions. It's clear that she has a great relationship with the community. Scott was very good throughout the mortgage process. As for the builder, even though we had hired a private inspector before drywall and at final walk through, there are still flaws in the door frames (chinks), baseboards (big chinks), and floor planks (defective) that need to be addressed. The flaws that the inspector did catch and that were ultimately addressed were glaring and should never have even been present in the first place from a quality standpoint. Lack of attention to detail was evident here and there. Our refrigerator water wasn't hooked up on installation (since repaired but with a lot of effort and confusion). One of the drawers in the kitchen wouldn't close (it's now on order). One of our biggest issues was with the plantings (completely dead plants that we've since replaced at our own expense) in the front and the sod still has dead spots and those areas need to be replaced. Hi, I recently bought a single family house in Grand Texas community. The house is very spacious and great. I felt finishing could have been better a bit. I didn’t like the kitchen and bathroom counters. The wash basin in both the bathrooms r very small and low quality finish. Rest of the house is great. Backyard is not done properly, the ground is bumpy. Can’t walk without getting ankle twisted. But the buying process and paper works done smoothly. Overall happy to buy this property.

Getting repairs done after move in was a bit of a struggle, after a higher up from Lennar stepped in, it was taken care of immediately. We love are home! Paula in sales office was great, always returned calls and answered all questions!!!

The value of home is good. But still unresolved issues: Fire detector not replaced yet (already in my second month) Few windows doesn't close well Outside lights not lighting at night (front and back where garage is)

Before we moved in we pointed out a problem with the kitchen cabinets and a drawer in the bathroom. Parts had to be ordered, then an appointment made in early July was made to fix them. Nobody showed up for the appointment. We discovered we have no key for the back door in the master bedroom or to the door leading to the garage from the house. Waiting for keys. Weren’t told about bug spraying company that comes out monthly? Something about putting our front door on Wi-Fi? No thank you.

Closing was delivered as promised, many things were not properly completed and yet to be completed. The staff was very friendly, easy to communicate with, while the house was built to my expectation. Hope to have the blue tape remove soon. The house is great, we love it, ty Ryan

Not the quality I was expecting.

Actually purchasing the home was a great experience. Felt like we were always involved and updated. Home was built very quickly and generally we love the home. Our issues started immediately though and there have been many problems we have found over the first month. Some of the issues have been resolved and some we are still waiting for a response from Lennar on when these issues will be fixed. Being a brand new home and for the amount we spent on the home would expect a much higher quality of work and quality control process from the builders before they ever let us move into the home. Lennar has dealt with most of the issues its just a waiting game on when they will show up and get things resolved. Happy with home but people constantly at the house to fix issues is not a great look. ... More

The purchasing and mortgage experience was great. Abby and Gino were available for all questions and extremely helpful. If you don't use Lennar's closing company you are inconvenienced by closing off site. The home is beautiful. However upon close inspection the workmanship for the internal anesthetics is lacking. The painting was incomplete, the entire shower was not thoroughly grouted, multiple cabinet shelving installed chipped and finally the quality of the flooring was subpar. Lennar has contractors who are not paying their employees minimum wage, are paid under the table, not insured or receiving any type of benefits because they are immigrants or undocumented. Matt has been diligent in working to resolve the construction issues but it is a process and some are still pending and the disposition in unknown. ... More

Barbra made the home buying process so easy. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Whiteny is very kind. She takes care of business. I do appreciate her. I had issues with the construction team. They forced their way into my home without my permission. They told my carpenter they had an emergency and needed to go in. With was completely untrue. They took pictures inside my home without my permission. I reached out to head of construction via email. I got no response. I contacted Whitney and she arranged a meeting with head of construction and myself. I am not happy with them. I wanted to have theses individuals arrested. I contacted lennar costumer service. My builder was always courteous and prompt whenever I had questions. Many things went wrong that were out of his control. One thing Lennar needs to change is offering a way to get prompt service for appliance issues since they are providing the appliance package with the home. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a repairman to come look at my ice maker and I had to call him myself through GE.

The house was mostly complete when we moved in but they never came in to provide the finishing touches despite requests to finish the job. The sales agents were wonderful, the loan process was okay, but the finishing touches just weren't done.

Being a first time home buyer i was worried about the whole process and Lennar team specially Lennar Mortagage made it very easy for me and were available each step to guide through the process. One thing i feel Lennar could do better is to give minimal customization option to buyers. I get it these customization add time to home delivery but smaller customization should be encouraged.

Houses are being delayed up to 3 months. They are closing with pages of items that need to be addressed on punch list. It’s 6 weeks and still tons of items that need to be addressed. I am confident that they will fix everything eventually.

Great experience with Terrance keeping me up to date on the completion date. Construction Manager useless everything he said he would fix before closing was not even touched (walk through was 5 days before closing). Place was not clean construction post and permit box left on front lawn, 5 gallon bucket of joint compound left in garage pieces of concrete left all over the place. It was not a great first look when pulling up to a new home. The reason I only gave trust worthiness a 1 is Actions or lack of action by your construction manager.

We were buying site unseen and Cody and Rick were absolutely wonderful! The whole process went very smooth. We would give them both a 10!!!! The thing that did disappoint us is some of the workmanship in our new home and also with the cleanliness of the home. I do understand some of it was because we moved in during the winter but still very disappointed.
