The house is solid, tight and well designed. It is in many ways just what wewere looking for. Lennar has a very good system of customer care before, during and after the sale. There are details in the finish I wish were different or better, but we landed too late in the process to change things. I would definitely look, work with and purchase another Lennar Home if I were to be in the market.

Overall very happy with my new home. The home buying process was very smooth. I did find minor things in the home that was missed during the walk through. These things were fixed in a timely fashion.

The only item that made this buy less than wonderful was the broken timeline promises and that was only caused by poor workmanship. Time and time again we had to postpone our move due to items that were either incomplete or poorly executed. Seems like pride in workmanship is a thing of the past in new built homes. Had things been done right at the beginning, we would have met our deadlines. Also, it would have been nice to receive some sort of follow-up from our salesman. Once we signed the paperwork for the purchase, we never heard back from him. The items that needed attention after we moved in have been resolved quickly. My experience with the purchase has been bad. I would like to mention 4 points that have made my experience a bad experience. The first point is that in my first week living in the house I discovered that the house had plague (something that they did not solve.) Point number two, before closing the purchase I made a complaint because the scale in my house is 3 shades different ones on the staircase and the only response from them was that that is what there is because there was no more material. Point number 3, The A/C compressor is defective and has an annoying noise, I have already made a claim and am waiting for the replacement. Looking at single story homes and found a home at Talamore community but wanted the same home in Black Mountain Ranch. Walked into the first Pioneet model and fell in love with it and made offer and accepted all with 3 hrs time from seeing it to prequalifying and accepting offer. Very quick and fast process. Love lennar homes.

They call 4mm flooring upgraded! It’s cheap. Layout is great of these homes. Very sound proof. Windows are great.

2days after I moved into my brand new home it was flooded due to the plumbing. I have not had access to my downstairs in a month…this has been an awful experience!

My home buying experience is going great ! Brandon Todd is excellent and a 5 star builder . He has been attentive and responsive with all my concerns leading up to closing and afterwards. In Addition Tim Martin and his partner are extremely kind and supportive as well with their roles. With this being our second home we have purchased the experience thus far has been better by far than buying from D R Horton.

I was taken care of in a timely manner and everyone keep me informed of what was going on before closing, and after closing and I moved in they made a visit to see how things were going. I would recommend Lennar for buying your next home.

Every house I ever bought was always cleaned before closing. This house needed to be cleaned.

Took a lot of short cuts in building and didn’t pay attention to details in some areas.

Our house is beautiful. We could not be happier.

During the initial process of purchasing, the process was easy and seamless. We were able to purchase the home from out of state since most of the transaction was completed online. We did experience some issues, however, it was nothing to major that prevented us from completing the transaction. The home is beautiful, however, the materials used could’ve been better. The walls are thin, baseboards throughout the house were not properly cut and the paint is easily scuffed.

Jeff and Yumiko were absolutely amazing. Our remote closing was a breeze. Marie lacked communication with us during underwriting and came off as rude in multiple emails with how things were worded. We were excited to take a photo with the congratulations sign on the garage but it was taken down before we got half way done with our final walkthrough. While other houses that sold after ours have had the sign up for multiple days. If we were to buy another home through Lennar we would gladly do so again.

The build experience with Lennar was terrible. I have told my friends to go elsewhere unless this is all they can afford! From the get go, things were chaotic and disorganized and unprofessional. The selling team will tell you one thing and then later say something completely different and act like you’re the one who made it up! Then when we moved on to construction, everything seemed alright until we had issues with the build that our inspector found. There was so much sloppy workmanship. And the construction manager said he made necessary repairs that we were able to check and find out he didn’t actually do! The mortgage team started off alright, which was a huge plus after working with the selling team. However, they ended up also being chaotic and disorganized and unprofessional. The home looks good, and I like my neighbors. The building experience was awful though, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they’re okay with sticking through a horrible process. I have worked with another builder before who had much better employees. Lennar is unfortunately filled with unprofessional, unkind employees who don’t tell the truth. Be sure to get a pre-drywall inspection and another inspection before closing. I like my house, but it was a rough process getting here. ... More

Pleasant, but nothing great. Sales agents are not well informed. Finishing/workmanship is average or below par.

Brandon Wilson in Sales was great! Made things very easy. Paul and team weee great on streamlining walk thru and required pre-close repairs. Mitch and team are great on post-close warranty issues. Debbie Eichelberger in Title was AMAZING! Overall, great experience.

Not a great experience.. no attention to details.. promise they would fix things when we went to closing on the way back nothing was done.. we owned a west bay home and a GL home and this was the worst ..

I love Lennar homes. They are very neat and clean. The builder did a very good job and he is very friendly. So smart in his job. He really knows what he’s doing. Lennar employees are nice people. I will always recommend Lennar to friends and family

Refused to perform final walk through with realtor. The financial process was unorganized. Switched to different untrained employees who made errors when calculating the amount due at closing. After the purchase, they were also difficult with letting us know how to pay them.
