I bought a Pulte home last year, but it was too small and decided to go with Lennar on a bigger home. The overall workmanship was poor and the quality of materials for cabinets, paint, baseboards, size of patio only 6x4, irrigation missing spots and not covering evenly., handles on toilets breakdown after 4 months. I understand this is not a custom home, but even with higher building costs and labor I think a better product can be offered. There are many things I would change that would not affect the bottom line to much and provide the consumer a home they will be happy with immediately. P.S. why do you not put in a screen door for the back of the house slider in Florida. Had to pay $200+ from the vender. ... More

Lennar made it easy to buy

Stay on top of your build. Make sure you are getting what you paid for. Customer care is the easiest way to get issues resolved. All in all I am happy with my new home.

Is Ok everything was fast and nice experience

House is a great layout. There are little issues in the house.

Roseanne was awesome so was Ken. Issues are with the two guys who field calls when their are issues Bert and the other guy can’t remember his name really don’t want to.

Lennar was up front about everything and staff was friendly as well as helpful. Made our buying experience easy.

Lennar has nice homes. However, the sound proofing is terrible

Master bathroom is the same size as the guest bathroom. And there are no linen closets.

Whenever I have an issue, Lennar agents are Outstanding and responsive and very prompt.

Leslie, Kelly, and Jason are awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Lennar team all together are prompt, friendly and on top of any warranty issues. Building material, however is average. A lot of flooring, drywall, HVAC, landscape, mesh WiFi, roof, etc.. issues. The list goes on. I foresee ALOT of fixing/redoing stuff myself once the warranty runs out. Almost seems like it all was in such a hurry to build that it wasn’t thoroughly built/cared for. Price of the house does not meet building/material expectations. Great quality and communication from Lennar!

Great area and overall process was smooth. Workmanship is poor and sloppy though

Construction workers toss trash anywhere but trash can. Some parts were rushed through like painting, interior trim, vent registers crooked. Other things like drywall, tile and framing were perfect. Lots of minor Warrantee issues. Mixed bag of great and crap.

My site manager was communicative and great to work with. When I put in a request for repairs there was a quick response, tho still waiting for some issues to be fixed. Overall a positive experience.

Lennar do not use the best even middle of quality or workmanship and materials.

Hard to contact LENNAR ASSOCIATES FOR QUESTIONS . Problems setup ring and door lock. Plants in the yard dying before one month of being here. We had to pay someone to look at the sprinkler and replace plants

Buying process was great. Unfortunately issues on the drain occur at our first stay. Flooded the main room.
