I purchased a Lennar home that was already completed do to timing issues with the sale of my home. Doing this on my own for the first time, I sought out Lennar because of a good experience in VA with a Lennar home we bought in 2017. I’m enjoying my new home and everyone at Lennar and their suppliers has been kind, courteous and responsive to any issues or questions I have had in these first two months.

Everything from start to finish was on point, easier than buying someone else’s issue, highly recommend new construction

Over all I am pleased but there has been a couple issues.

MJ was fab. She was very friendly, professional & thorough.

Did not contact you on the phone to ensure you want to lock in your rate. Only contact made was all through email. Made changes to the floor plan after signing and completed a final walk through. Baseboards cracking.

Had no issues and we feel satisfied eith the house

Lennar and our realestate agent were very helpful in the purchasing process and we had to buy remotely as we were in Europe. I love the house, the primary bathroom, high ceilings and porches. I am disappointed that we have no amenities or pool nearby. Hoping for mega pool to be finished, Publix and golf cart trails. Trees are a necessity. Desperately need trees on our street. But we love the spacious home and alley fed garage.

I was skeptical initially as there were lots of negative reviews. I have to admit my experience was nothing short of awesome. Everything they said they would do was done, and any issues that we had were promptly addressed. What really got me was when I asked about the previous negative reviews, they acknowledged them and stated that there were issues especially during the pandemic, but I liked that they didn't deny our try to redirect. Very difficult to get questions answered. Need to figure out myself to deal with several associates to get issues resolved. Spent lots of time to find mail box key. Buying a house should be easy like before dealing with only one agent; all issues got resolved quickly and effectively. ONE STOP SHOPPING makes life much easier . My worst house purchasing. Avoid!

I walked into a home I bought online and when I did see it in person I was not happy, there wasn't any grass in the yard, and inside it's as if it was done by a someone in a rush and was cross-eyed, I woke up to a pile of ants and a few spiders and when I went to talk to someone about it was told that it's my home so I would have to deal with it, and this was after living in there for 3 days, a front driveway that has a crack across three panels that I still have to pay full price for, no back pad that I can grill on, cabinets that hits the walls and flooring that was done without care, when I first looked into this company, I told others to look into it and buy, now I don't do it because I do not want someone to blame me for buying from Lennar ... The mortgage and sales people were great and very helpful, however the home orientation experience was nothing short of horrific. I asked for fixes that to this day have not been implemented (almost 2 months after closing). My home orientation person seemed to be completed ambivalent to our needs, would not respond unless repeatedly contacted. We did a home inspection report and it literally took a month for this guy to finally address the issues (1 still hasn't to this day) after repeated attempts. I called the main call center and asked specifically to be assigned to a different home orientation person and I would like to speak to manager of the currently assigned individual. Request was ignored and I kept having to deal with this guys indifference to his job. Frankly I already written a review about this so if you're not going to take action, stop wasting people's time and asking for their reviews. Workmanship seems cheap since everything seems to be made of drywall and need anchors to hang things from walls. If someone asked me would you purchase a Lennar home i would probably say no. ... Throughout the entire home the paint and trim job is terrible!! Extremely sloppy. A brand new home should be perfect. You can see they don’t really care to do their best which was extremely disappointing. 1 month in and we have nails popping out through the dry wall. Every day I find more and more imperfections. And flat paint throughout the entire house is ridiculous. I would have paid more just to have better paint. At the end of the day I chose Lennar homes because it’s the best bang for my buck right now.

Great response to any issues. Lennar associates are always available and ready to help

1. The drainage systems in the Edge of Auburn are terrible. I feel ripped off on my yard. It could have been avoiding by grading the land. 2. Concrete cracks 3. Weeds and bugs everywhere 4. Land developers are taking forever to install street lights and dog trash bins 5. Hotwire communications is terrible

We got a lot of square footage for the money and a nice-sized lot. Some nice material selections and others not so much. Still waiting for punch list items from the closing (2 months now) to be addressed. Reached out to my contact and haven't heard back. We used to own a Truland Home (before DR Horton bought them). Lennar doesn't come anywhere close to that quality or experience.

From the day we signed our purchase agreement till closing & beyond, we have been very happy with our experience building with Lennar. The sales manager was wonderful, patient with all our questions, kept us in the loop from digging our homesite till closing. The construction manager was also wonderful, always quick to answer questions, and help with any issues that came up. Our house is beautiful, well built and honestly perfect. We are so glad we chose Lennar, and love our new house.

Special thanks for Robin, sales agent and Dave, the loan officer, to keep me informed and of every step with fast responses to all my questions. I would highly rate them for their services.

Honestly, I would never recommend nor purchase another Lennar home. The only positive experience was my initial walk thru 2 weeks prior to closing on my home with Lennar associate Beth. From the very start with Lennar, my sales personnel, Jimmy Zaid kicked off the negative experienc but his constant lack of communication, And most importantly empty promise of purchase price. He stated that every model of my home sells for $300,000 and that there were 3 left after looking at a model of one selling that day. Long story short after I finally got in contact with him, he stated the best price he could do was $338,000 and not $300,000 due to my specific home not being a short sale. This communication was done via text since he would not answer my calls. He stated he was off the days I left messages. Additionally, another time when I could not reach him, I ended up calling the local sales office and the associate who answered specified that if I signed the same day, I would receive a free copy washer & dryer. Once again Jimmy never mentioned any other this. I've spoken with several neighbors who went thru Lennar mortgage etc and very similar, terrible experience. Additionally, the Lennar lending associates (there were 2) consistently asked for the same redundant paperwork. I submitted w writhing 3 times (Lennar portal and each Lennar Mortgage associate) This was my third home purchase might I mention, so I am very familiar with home buying experiences. My neighbors and I are clearly guinea pigs to the Samara neighborhood and all share a similar negative experience. I could provide another page of my entire experience but I'm sure no one will read this. Surprisingly, I did receive a call a couple weeks ago when I received another Lennar surgery where I rated everything 0 and I spelled everything out to that associate who want d me to elaborate feedback responses. ... Tim went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Great house, great build and great people like Tim behind the brand!

Completing the purchase was very touchy, and communication was not the greatest. Now that we are in the home, we are having to move back out due to the flooring issues, and this has made me question the workmanship in other areas of the house. The Customer Sevice representative has been very helpful, but this process is still less than desirable and leaves doubts.

we had an exceptional experience with Lennar from our first visit to the community to see the model houses till the closing. The sales team and the construction manager has done an amazing job in keeping us apprised of the happenings all the time.

I have a list of things that never got completed yet. Said will be right back that was four months ago. I could go on and on and on. Will never ever buy another Lennar home and will stop anyone who I hear say that they're looking at Lennar.
