Great location, amenities, customer service and small community. Very fortunate to have purchased in Rockport Ranch

Second time buying a home and this time around It was not very pleasant. With the exception of Tee the everyone one else lacked good communication. From Ben the builder to Karlene my phone calls were never returned or emails answered. Going over weeks.

It was a Blessing in disguise

The whole decision and then buying process we went through with Lennar to purchase our new townhome was really great and seamless. Even though we had a couple issues with the new build once we moved in, Lennar immediately responded and addressed them. We are very happy overall.

Lennar does not respond to request after they have received your down payment. The worst company to work with in my opinion. Please do not go through Lennar if you can avoid it.

This is my second home from Lennar . So I was fully aware of what I am getting into . When I put in an offer I was not even presented with a counter offer . That felt rude . Although the price what I offered was very close the sales in that neighborhood. Then I eventually they came back with offer after a month After you sign the contract they immediately move you to an customer advocate / coordinator by the emails we received it felt like it was more of slap in the wrist and a list of things you cannot do with bold letters . Don’t stop by to see the house .. . Less flexibility in terms of scheduling appointment Quality of craftsmanship is ok based on the price what you are getting . My first Lennar home we got GE appliances while now we get Frigidaire which might be lower grade Go with less expectations. ... More

The whole experience felt like buying a used car. first and last doing business with Lennar.

My experience was good when dealing with Lennar and their personnel. Kathy, the realtor, was fantastic along with Ryan, the construction manager. Nick, the warranty POC, has been great in the couple of minor warranty issues I have had. My only complaint is whomever they are paying to do the cleaning before the move in does not do a very good job. The amount of sheetrock dust residue left over has been overwhelming to clean.

Overall the house is excellent. The realtors were rigid in terms of required meetings in spite of us living 80 miles to the south and being asked to attend them at the end of the day requiring 2-3 hour drives to attend a 10 minute meeting. No willingness to make adjustments Was never mentioned to us that the hardwood was not water proof and needs to be cleaned quickly or will stain.

The sales process was good. The mortgage process with Lennar Mortgage was terrible as persons involved seemed inexperience and not responsive most of the time. We found a leak on the fire sprinkler system, mold under a bathroom cabinet as a result of a leak during construction which was not disclosed to us, rattling glass door to the patio, and other issues. Although Lennar has been very responsive to correct the issues, it has taken a lot of our personal time on appointments and waiting for things to get fixed... Has taken the excitement of buying a brand new home away...

The closing paperwork and communications at the end was terrible.

I still do not have items repaired. I missed my closing due to the home not being done. I was misled numerous time and I have no trust in the construction team. My sales rep was just that a sales person. Made many promises that never was every followed up on after the purchase

We had a wonderful experience with the salesman, loan manager, and contractor/builder. They all displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise in their respective fields. They patiently listened to our concerns and queries and provided us with comprehensive answers to the best of their ability. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed which made our home-buying experience less stressful than previously with other companies.

The purchasing process itself was fine. The coordination with Lennar reps was pretty terrible. Multiple reps blatantly lied about inspection results and new home orientation dates. The Lennar-run HOA is a complete nightmare.

There have been some issues with the home that I feel could have been avoided. Overall good company to buy from.

Outstanding process from beginning to end.

Wish they offered upgrade on appliances and basic paint.

My wife and i have many properties and this was our first NEW home. Overall the experience was really great. The financing from Lennar was a real pain, but the home itself we really enjoy. Next time i think we will use our own mortgage sources but we do love the home.

Everything turned out beautiful. Extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Lennar.

The Villa is beautiful. The material is cheaply made. The driveways cannot hold 2 cars and there is no parking. The street is extremely small. Lastly, we were quoted 115 for HOA and after closing we find out it is 167. Would have just liked the transparency.

Brandy was a horrible sales person. Customer service was horrible they would talk over you make you feel like you’re dumb when it came to paperwork When I closed on my house the landscaping was horrible. I couldn’t even take a picture because it looked so bad. On my final walk we were told they would replace the whole thing. I would never buy a Lennar home again

The final handover team, was very rude and absolutely not professional. They treated as if we had no other options in the market, other than Lennar. I will share my experience with my fellow home buyers so that they can be prepared. Your ground staff needs to be trained.

Not a great experience. Overall the house is ok, but Lennar really makes you suffer with not getting the details completed.

Buying our home was fantastic! John at Beach Walk was exceptional. Always reachable and flexible. Our home in Florida sold quickly and the coordination was handled and the timing was perfect! The job supervisor is outstanding also. The home was very clean, windows and all. The only complaints are the quality of the cabinets and light fixtures. Otherwise the craftsmanship is good.

The quality and the materials used in the whole house are not the best standards. There are gaps, and unfinished work, and the materials used are very basic quality. Even the amount of time and follow-ups it takes to get unfished works done from construction managers is also humongous. If no follow-ups, nothing we'll be done. So a lot of waste of time even after paying for the house.
