The wholes Sales process was very pleasant. The buiders were very helpful. They knew what they were doing. Their were some things to fix in brand new house. The builder fixed them all.

We had a great experience with our salesperson. He was always there for us through the process. Not a great experience with Lennar Mortgage. Lennar has been great with taking care of post move in issues. We have a great home at a great price. I recommend Lennar.

I’m impressed overall with the quality of building and don’t see a lot of shortcuts or compromises. I was pleasantly surprised for example to see a hybrid heat pump with a gas heat, a comprehensive insect control system installed during the construction process, a whole basement dehumidifier with automatic pump and the like. I was a bit disappointed that red clay was tracked all over the basement during construction and is nearly impossible to remove with muriatic acid followed by recommended floor cleaner. A minor complaint and hard to avoid if construction season is rainy but looks like I may need to hire a professional to get this resolved or end up tracking red clay dust up the stairs for years to come. ... Um pouco turbulento na parte de pagamento e assinatura mas no geral foi muito bom

Arthur our sales person from the beginning of the sales process up through closing was always there to answer any questions and work on our behalf as needed. Post closing we have been quite happy and pleased with the virtual customer service calls established to handle any service requests for minor interior and a couple exterior repairs/replacements.

I wasn't here for the repair work, but my parents were. They told me the workers were very nice and professional.

All tha service is good

WE Love our new home from Lennar and the accommodations received on our inquiries were addressed in a timely manner. The only thing that I did notice was the communication on certain aspects of the building process we had no control over. We were not advised of whether our laundry would be exclusively gas or electric hookups. Had to sell my less than one year old appliances and purchase new ones. other than that perfect.

It was a long process but worth it in the end

Great home, service and support.

Best part of the process is the builder. Shawn does a great job and follows thru. Everything with delays and what not were not controllable. He updated us every Friday. The purchasing team was responsive. The only issues we had was using Lennar for the mortgage. Yeah part was a nightmare and we ended up using someone else, but it wasn't for a lack of effort on their part. Just disorganized and they sell your mortgage after 6 months anyway.

I think this was overall a really great experience with Lennar as a new home buyer. The sales agents were very responsive and informative, the construction workers are so nice and pleasant. The construction manager is amazing and really helps when you have questions. The only challenge was with the FHA Approval issues and the scheduling with Lennar Title for closing that became very unsettling for me.

We have been in the home for about 2 months and so far haven’t had any issues, and any that we did have were taken cared of very quickly

The whole buying experience was easy. The home came with everything already upgraded which was the main reason we purchased the home. We didn’t feel like we had to compromise with a lower end package (carpet/tile/ cabinets). Thanks Lennar

We rented at Bonita Springs National GC. That is main reason we chose Lennar. The only negative was that it took longer than we hoped to build because of pandemic and economic policies.

Lennar build quality comfortable house

The home buying experience was great with our sales rep, Steve. However I would not use lennnar mortgage again. That was a lengthy and repetitive process.

Financial Department repeated request at the last hour. Once submitted and complete the first time.

I would recommend this builder to family and friends. They help with things even after you sign the closing papers and stand behind their work.

good builder but have a problem with their tile company. Lennar tiled my whole house minus the bedrooms and was promised that at least 2 full cases of tile in the dye lot would be left in house prior to closing. Owner of tile company. John Grimmer who i spoke to personally, said he bring the day after closing which never happened. I offer to buy additional cases at retail price to have more tile on hand in case of a sub surface crack or any damage after closing. Many months later the warranty people made him bring tile which unfortunately does not match. These types of sub contractors take away from the good name of this reputable builder. All of the other subs i have dealt with have been excellent except this one. ... More

Everything was good the only thing is that they put dried saw in my backyard and everyone else was nice and green

Amenities ( as promised) not provided and still have not been. Have to wait 1.5 years after what was promised. Even though building have been going up all over the place.
