My 5th new home purchase, my second dealing with Lennar(my mom’s home a couple years back) both experiences with quality workmanship, very pleased. Designs in both cases exactly what we needed. Extremely pleased with my mom’s new home build which made buying Lennar for myself a no brainer. If ever buy again I know where i’m shopping first.

Of the five homes I have purchased over the years, this was clearly the easiest experience. Trent and Chez were very helpful in guiding me through each step of the process. All happened smoothly with no surprises.

Picked a home that was already started. Really liked home and site location. The home came with so many upgrades and the quality of the build was really good. Compared to other new houses I’d visited, Lennar cottages offered more extras for the price. However, there was a serious grading issue that I felt should’ve been disclosed. Their resolution for it made the site not work for me physically and the salesperson knew that. Someone else on team helped get me another site, which was great . But getting this new site was dampen somewhat by having to accept a home that wasn’t the one I chose and not colors I liked. In addition, there were identified issues that were supposed to be resolved prior to my move in that were not. I have had to make several attempts to get most of those issues resolved. Lennar’s warranty team acted very quickly to resolve the issues I brought to their attention. However, I had to make several requests to construction for other issues to get a resolution and still have others not resolved after being in house over a month. They were very helpful. It slowed down at some point but I'm thankful for the experience and I love my home.

Lennar has a great team and addressed all walk through issues immediately. Issues I had after I moved in were also addressed right away.

Great price on a quality home..Lennar mortgage caused some anxiety along with closing surprises and a little heavy handed on the closing..Lennar real estate agents were not very helpful..The house is built with quality materials.. overall I am satisfied

I have called Tricia a couple of times about issues and she has had the problem taken care of very quickly. Z

Generally a good experience. Sales person 'Pam' was great to work with. Very trust worthy, she stood by her word, even when difficult. Minor problem with the house after Closing was resolved quickly. Minor punch list items were all completed quickly before final walk through.

The only issue I had was the numbers issue they kept giving me different quotes on how much down payment I was gonna have to give, and it was never accurate so it made me last very upset up to the last minute. Other than that, I can say that Lennar really responded immediately to everything. Explained everything from the home top to bottom. For having a three-story four bedroom extremely energy, saving home. After the purchase, if there were something wrong with the home, they got to it immediately. Customer service to the max. I did pay a little bit more than what I wanted to, but I got the house that I wanted. I got the model home. Home is amazing spacious and if I have the opportunity again, I would probably buy again from Lennar. ... More

Everyone was great during our home buying process. We had a few issues on move in day, but they were fast to respond and fixed it the very next day.

From start to finish my experience with Lennar has been far above what I expected, and what others 'told me' to expect. Initially, there was some coincidence on how Lennar's sales rep (Julie) and I met, but as the buying process continued, so did the trust, and so did the business relationship. Once the preliminaries were completed, I was handed off to another wonderful Lennar professional (Kayla) who handled the really "painful" part (finances), and executed her job as smoothly and as professionally as did Julie. Once that hurdle was jumped, Matt (project mgr) took over the final steps and like the others, handled my first home-buying experience with understanding, patience, tons of education and encouragement....and it continues to this day as I still correspond with him on certain issues. In all honesty, in the middle of my home-buying process, I purposely watched a couple of Youtube vids regarding certain negative experiences of others and their Lennar encounters. Had I watched those vids PRIOR to my meeting Julie, I may not have continued forward. But my experience with Lennar in general, and with Julie/Kayla/Matt in particular was all positive. If someone is looking for value in a home, as well as a positive time buying that home, I would tell them to look no further than Lennar. Very systematic and very effective way

The folks at Lennar Corp., Customer Service, the individual development(s) agents, Lennar Mortgage, Title, insurance services were very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and courteous in the San Antonio and Dallas Market s. They have put together a streamlined, turnkey, top to bottom experience to make home buying so much easier, faster, and less frustrating than I have previously experienced. There use of today's technology makes the process so much easier and faster. If you run across Michael, Korina, or Serenity you are in good hands!

Great builders to work with was my experience with Lennar

We recently moved into our new home, and overall, we are very pleased with the quality and design. From the first walkthrough to our final move-in, the house exceeded our expectations in terms of layout, craftsmanship, and overall value. The attention to detail in the construction is evident, and we truly feel this home was built to last. That said, our experience with the sales process wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped. While the builder’s construction team delivered on what they promised and responded to most of our inquiries in a timely fashion, the sales agent didn’t provide the same level of attentiveness. There were moments when communication could have been more proactive, and we sometimes felt left in the dark on important updates. For anyone considering this builder, we would recommend them for the quality of their homes, but be mindful of staying on top of the process yourself. The builder delivers great value and craftsmanship, but improvements could be made to the sales experience to ensure homebuyers feel fully supported every step of the way. ... More

Over all good experience. Appliances were ordered late and went without Refrigerator for a week. Love the home.

We had a good home buying experience with Lennar's sales, financing, and orientation reps. The mortgage financial agent was really very responsive and honest. We did have issues with the underwriters requesting numerous times to verify last and current residence. We had to live in a hotel for several weeks and the underwriter requested proof 3 times to include photographs of the room we were staying. (we sold our house on the east coast and moved to WA state) The only issue we're having now is getting the plumbers to checkout a possible venting issue in our primary bath. We have had to reschedule 3 times; and still waiting on a new appointment. We understand they are busy, but they scheduled the appointments and never showed. We hope it is resolved in a week or so. ... More

Good price for a new home!

The home buying process went very smooth from start to finish.

We are pleased with our new home. Of course there were a few minor issues, but each has been addressed as we have brought it to Lennar's attention. We have repainted most of the walls in something other than boring white. We have ripped out the bedrooms carpeting and put in vinyl plank flooring. Shelves will go up in the villa and garage. Neighborhood is great, clean, and quiet. The host of activities available to us is Extremely nice. Haven't had a chance yet to take advantage of the Lagoon or Clubhouse area, but we will when we complete moving in and prepping our existing house for sale. The loan officer Adam and his team did an amazing job when my husband and I were purchasing our new home. Adam stayed on top of things to the very end and even when we had questions after purchasing the home he was very helpful. That’s when I knew he really cared. Also the people at the title company were so patient and great communicators. If I had to start all over, I would love working with them.

The ONLY reason I bought this home was because of Josh. Hands down. Only person who cared to get everything done on time, made sure everything was fixed and touched up and communicated. If it wasn’t for Josh we would not be living here now.
