Lennar provided exceptional service during walk through and made certain that every issue was taken care of. Even during the first month, as we had questions, Jackson quickly answered each one and helped us to make our transition into our new home a great success. As part of the HOA however, Lennar leaves a lot to be desired. We submitted a request almost 25 days ago and Lennar refuses to work on it or to answer questions. In their covenants, they state that if they do not address the issue in 30 days, then the request is deemed as disapproved. Lennar seems to only care about them selves and I almost lost my money due to the some lady named Silvia screaming and catching an attitude with me and my bank when lennar made the mistake. Horrible experience

Know that you are investing in a track home - they are cranked out like pancakes - all the same, no choice, therefore there is no pride in the workers who push out the product. The warranty team does the best they can to address the shortcomings of the construction team. The biggest disappointment is the lack of cleanliness of the job site even on the final walk through. Dirt, building materials, nails, garbage, food everywhere. And it continues with completion of the next house and the next. It demonstrates a rush job and no pride in one’s work or product.

This purchase was the worst, and I'm a real estate broker so I should have known better. I sold my home and purchased this to downsize into. Under contract first on the CH townhouse and then sold my house. I paid my buyers to close a little earlier to coincide with the promised date from Lennar. Got two pods and put all of my stuff in storage to be delivered to the townhome after closing. Forwarded my mail. Then I got notice that Lennar was going to be delayed delivering the home. This notice came only a few days before schedule closing and closing was confirmed previously before I did all of the moving related things. The home actually seemed far enough along to make closing, so I don't know exactly what was going on behind the scenes. Anyway... that was the end of February. Closed about a month later. I can see mailboxes out my back door... but one of those is not mine. The boxes for my street are far away and not installed at time of closing... not installed a month later either, finally installed but not accessible for the post office. So, I've been without mail since the originally scheduled closing in February! Not a priority at all for Lennar. Honestly, I don't think a builder should be able to get a CO without mail service. Then, there's the floor plan... not very well thought out. Master closet is smaller than my car and has a huge door that makes it impossible to use one of the three sides of hanging space. I don't think there's much more than 7' total of hanging space in the master closet. Crazy! Anyway... I didn't even unpack all of my boxes. I'm going to rent this because I paid too much and can't get my money back right now. Kicking my self for this decision. ... More

I recently bought a house from Lennar, and overall, the experience has been a mix of positives and negatives. Lennar homes are designed with the area nearby in mind. I am so happy with my new build. My husband and I did a lot of research and had very manageable expectations after reading others reviews of Lennar and their new builds. Yes, there are built fast and not everything is perfect. With that in mind, we are very happy with the home we purchased. Greg at Avertine in Lemoore looked out for us better than I did for myself! He was exceptional in making sure everything was perfect for sign off. With the incentives offered, it is the best option out there for anyone looking to buy in this market.

The team was great since the loan officer, the sales team,construction manager and the concierge staff,they made my process almost stress free

I moved here about a year ago and it took me so long to find the house that was built in such a unique and beautiful way. Trust me I had seen other builds but none of the others had such a great quality and the lennar realtor and the loan processors were very informative every step of the way. I understand that they do not want me to say the people who had helped me… I will continue to send the people who helped me from the lennar my family, friends, colleagues, and clients. Who are looking for a new home.

Entire process was very good. I like the good quality and value of my new home. I have a problem with my dogs digging under the fence and getting out of the yard. Builders were ok with fixing up the house before we moved in. Closing was delayed several times before we finally got to move in.

Affordable house. I understand I was getting a house cheaper than the rest of the market average and that's what I feel like I got. Not a fan of the process you walk the house prior to your closing date and get told no need to point out every defficiency they'll all get addressed. Then you walk it right before closing and get told "if we didn't point it out last time we can't address it now". When you get told that feels very scummy. Had a plumbing leak week of move in. Items were not addressed prior to closing but that's on me for agreeing to sign. Main construction lead not a pleasant guy to deal with. Warranty lead is nice enough but communication is terrible. Office people told me wrong closing date and never apologized or mentioned it. You take off work days ahead of time for the date to be wrong and only find out when talking to the mortgage side of things. Frustrating. Overall affordable house and I got what I paid for so I'm grateful. Am I making sure my home insurance is at max coverage and lowest deductible you bet. Thank you lennar. ... More

We’ve had several issues starting at the signing of the contract to present day. It’s not an experience to at I would want to relive. At this point would be hard to recommend to others. Sorry!

My whole process was very fast. Within the short period however, the loan process was very frustrating. The loan officer was difficult to reach at times plus some of the people who were working my loan lived in another time zone, making it even harder to communicate/connect with. The person who initiated the homebuying process basically disappeared after I put my down payment down. As a first time homeowner, I feel like the experience could’ve been way better.The house overall was nice until I moved in and experienced 2 roof leaks from the sealant being broken. Though it was quickly fixed, I believe as a new house there shouldn’t be a problem with the roof but then again they build the houses very quickly! ... More

The baseboards are all cardboard. They never finished our yard. The roads are always clogged with construction workers all over the place. They wake you up banging at 6 am. The closets all needed to be braces downstairs. The construction vehicles have created cracks in our driveway. We have found more paint issues. Our first person dealing with Pam was awesome and extremely helpful but from there very lackluster.

I'm still waiting for something to be done about it. Being the last house on the block and near the about to be built community pool it seems like they threw in last minute grass. I'm working on the front lawn, but it's taking a little time. I'm also working on the sides of the house to remove the dirt and stones that 2 young men (didn't understand or speak English, it was hard to communicate with them) tried to fill in the gaps. The dirt and stones came from the grounds where the community pool will be. BTW: I don't blame them they were told what to do. This will take time to do. At 76 it's getting tougher to handle all of it. The full backyard is even worse which will take me mouths to do. I can only work so long before my back starts to bother me. It would be nice for a professional landscaper to come and talk to me and to what can be done. Remember just because they call themselves a landscaper doesn't mean they are professional. We can compromise, redo the backyard and I'll finish the front and sides of the house. If you do this, I want to be present when they lay the sod down. Call me when you can. Our closing date has been moved and no proper communication and the delay of everything though the documents has been submitted a couple months back before closing date. Travelling all the way from WI to CO for closing in bad weather and information on cancellation due to underwriting delays and the Sales responsibility and each of the persons involved was very concerned. The response of delays and the way staff communicate was not good . It’s kind of staff answering like you take or leave the agreement for the conversations which we have concerns about the insurance. I would like potential home buyers to know that the team at Lennar is awesome to work with. The loan officers are friendly and courteous. The are more than willing to answer any questions you may have as well taking care of all documentation needed to process your loan in a timely manner, They respond to emails and phone calls promptly. The construction manager was also great to work with providing updated information on a regular basis. We were very pleased with the quality of the way our home was built. The closing department was also great. We highly recommend Lennar to anyone considering a new construction built home. ... More

Purchase this model only for because of the layout and having my mom close. Excellent floor plan. Quality of work and materials used could be better. Compromise only for floorplan layout and lot size.

The few problems we have have been addressed and resolved very quickly. We have been very satisfied with our new home and all or the Lennar staff we have asked for assistance and information.

Horrible experience off the bat. Realtor lied about the property line. house wasn’t finished when it was supposed To be on our “final walkthrough”. I felt very rushed and pressured to sign paperwork. I will never buy a lennar home again.
