To explain clearly when you upgrade to granite that it is not sealed and may get stained and for the warranty managers within the first 6 to 3 days should just let you know not lead you on that it would be done by the granite company. But I do have to say that Dennis one of the construction managers was definitely one that followed through with every request. And Michael definitely tried to do the best that he was able to do our sales consultant Nicole was spectacular and extremely professional and very helpful I would definitely recommend for her to always be at the front line of any sales office for an hour I would like this comment to be extended to her ... The mortgage and title company was excellent to work with. Then we did our celebration had a few things to fix before we closed. We closed came to the house and nothing was fixed still tape on the walls took a week after we closed for them to fix them still all isn’t fixed. Then we moved in plugged in a brand new tv into the wall and the breaker tripped the electrican came out put something into an outlet said all is good. A few days latter we were watching tv and the breaker tripped again. The next morning the breaker kept tripping wouldn’t stay on called them the electrician came out again the there were wires touching in one of the outlets. The toilet downstairs was loose at the base the Plummers came out and fixed it a week later it’s doing the same thing still waiting for them to come back. I found a bolt laying on ground in the garage and it was from the door. it came out of the garage door were the panels connect it has been over a month since the construction manager came out and looked out said he would get a hold of the garage door people and the garage door still isn’t fixed, it had been so stress full no COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!!!! And nothing we needs fixed when we closed has been fixed… just very frustrating when we are the ones buying these and they aren’t they way they should be…things shouldn’t need to be fixed on a brand new house but I understand things come up and things happen but to be brushed off is ridiculous! ... Quality is very bad .. too many issues after move in and some times contractors take linger than expected times and issues goes in circles between hvac electric etc

The process to buy a house with lennar was simple and fast however one you move you start noticing that the quality and material are cheap for the price that you are paying for the house. The warranty response is quick but the contractors that they sent to do the repairs do not do a good job, always in a rush and with bad actitud. And if you found pavers or the sidewalk with missing pieces of the concrete with days to be living in the house they said it is not cover in the warranty so who is going to respond then?? If they keep coming with the big trucks on the streets?

Sales team great once you’ve closed little or no help same for construction team. Water line for sprinklers is on top of mulch-they sprayed walls and went over every outlet -concrete finish in garage and patio looks like a 12 yr old may have done patio isn’t level. We’ve only been in two weeks so I’m waiting for whatever happens next-I haven’t seen the construction team since we did final walk thru they disappear.

All I can say is no one pays attention to detail. I don’t care what you pay for a home. You should still pay attention to details. Paint on the tile, poor caulking of the tile. Really cheap paint on the walls barely put one coat of paint on the walls ! The garage floor has all kinds of stress cracks. I’m gonna have a home inspection done on the home in the 11th month since the house has a 12 month warranty and guarantee I’m sure there will be problems found. I talked to other homeowners who had inspections done, and there was at least 20 to 30 items that needed to be taken care of under warranty I could nitpick all day long. You guys could’ve buried the gutter system instead of putting some cheap green gutter spill overs for the gutters. The garbage disposal is loud and noisy. The kitchen sink is cheap. I know you get what you pay for the placement of the toilet paper holders were not even in a good place like I said I could go on and on I could really care less at this point. The garage door is really noisy for no reason I’ve lubricated it and it’s still noisy. But who are you gonna complain to? Nobody’s gonna listen anyway. ... More

My dishwasher still has not been fixed. I have no paperwork to register my A/C unit for the full warranty. I need information I don’t have and have requested it from a Lennar builder and have not received the information I need.

Quality of the house is very low.

We recently purchased a home through Kenner, and overall, the process was smooth and professional. Everything from start to finish was handled efficiently. However, upon closing, our family did not receive any welcome gifts, basket, or signage to commemorate the occasion. We’ve seen other neighbors receive these thoughtful touches, so it was a little disappointing not to be celebrated in the same way. It’s the small things that make a big difference during such an important milestone.

(2/5) Stars Great Price, But Regret Rushing — Disappointed with Warranty Support I bought my Lennar home thinking I got a great deal, and at first, I was really happy. The sales team and loan officers were excellent—professional, helpful, and made the buying process smooth. But once I moved in, the issues started. I officially got my keys on May 21, and by July 1, I already had a plumbing problem. I was told the repair would happen on July 7, and here we are—nothing has happened. The warranty department has been disappointing, I’d rate them a 2 out of 5 at best. The plumbing company Lennar works with hasn’t followed through, and it’s frustrating as a new homeowner to feel ignored. It’s a shame because I was even considering buying another Lennar home for my son—but after this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere. I have been at the property for nearly 2 months and have not had the following issues addressed: Approval to garden in backyard (plant trees ),the sod placed did not take & has not been replaced. I inquired about installing a fence in backyard & again no response. There's no communication from the Lennar office personnel. I'm greatly dissapointed.

The whole process was smooth. Wasn’t a hard pitch at all. Homes are made with the lowest grade quality though. Already need to do some basic renovations which is a disappointment. But other than that everyone is super nice and pretty responsive.

Closet brackets cheap and rip out. Heating and cooling system inadequate. Basement floor uneven. Basement walls not straight.

I didn’t use Lennar’s lenders. I closed with my own. The customer service has been great and everyone I’ve worked with. However, what I don’t appreciate is them allowing investors to come in and make the neighborhood I bought in mostly renters. I chose the neighborhood and area because I wanted a nice place to raise my family but now there will be a revolving door or renters.

All the process before closing was amazing, great community but the post sale process is lack, some of the post sales consultants doesn’t read the cases properly or just close the cases w/o any justification.

Good team of people but worst quality of fence they have installed In backyard

House is great as far as space & layout but the workmanship is awful. Attention to detail is very poor and many things needed fixed and still do! So many things equipped in home with no box, no instructions, and setting up items is virtually impossible with no one willing to help! Why install a ring camera when you don’t have the box, screw tool or instructions? Hurry up & purchase & goodbye is how I felt. Sales people are great but builder, PM’s & work orders are a nightmare. House wasn’t clean upon move in & just overall disappointed in the lack of anyone helping get resolution to problems.

This is my 2nd home with Lennar, my sales consultant with Lennar was great but the quality of the home isn’t all there. Too many things wrong with the homes and feels like Lennar looking for excuses not to repair it, I feel like I’m inconvenienced the company. I still have a door that needs to be replaced that hasn’t been. I’m a little disappointed. Good luck asking a manager to call you. Also I hear everything from outside. I wish the walls were a little thicker though. Overall yes I would buy again but next time I would take 5 hours to inspect the entire house on our way walk.

I could say Natasha and Phil help me out through the process. They did a fantastic job. Their part was to get me the home get me approved and close which I appreciate and I do appreciate my realtor as well. An outside of all of that, the carpenters, the people that did the texture in your painting could’ve done a better job unfortunately, once when I moved in, I didn’t notice after a week or so the touchups the texture, the caulking, the painting there was a lot of mistakes and unfortunately, I might have to take time or pay somebody to do repairs

Overall experience was great. Had issues with quality of materials and of work from builders. A few issues we pointed out final walk through didnt get fixed & after closing half finished an issue we had.

Our home came with flat painted walls, so when you touch the walls they become marked and need touched up. We had to repaint the entire home ourselves due to the cheap paint used in our brand new home. Since painting our walls with a sheen we now can see all the imperfections and patched holes in our walls. Drywall puddy can be found everywhere on widow seals, counter edges, door frames where it was never sanded down and just a glob of it that has been painted over. No care was put into building these homes. The first floor is an ice box while the second story is a sauna due to the thermostat being located on the second floor and no other heating source being installed on the first floor. ... More

They didn't do anything on the first walk, everything was the same. I have a house with green chalk marks on all the walls of the details that they didn't correct and they marked all

Visible nails left on carpet, sockets have cross connections , instead of turning on plugs were turning off, poorly wired house, getting shocks when touching the switches, it is so bad that i am facing power outage after exercising the ‘go off the grid’ function of tesla, system is not coming back on and I am living without electricity, has incorrectly fitted bathtub faucet, sloping problem on the kitchen island. All the above are the issues discovered in first 45 days, I am really concerned about the situation of the construction. I have the experience buying from other builder and I was expecting better from Lennar but it felt short on comparison. ... More
