The home itself is very nice BUT we have had nothing but issues Electric due to what they called breaker issues WE had to replace all of them out of pocket ! Brand new home !!! Patio door would not lock they did come fix that but we still have to slam several times to lock it. I will never buy another Lennar home or recommend one Workmanship is horrible motto build fast sell fast can’t wait to sell

T.K. is awesome to work with in making home decision. Austin did a great job with getting me approved. Loved my loan processor. But the quality of home for 340K is not worth price you pay. Overall experience was okay. Like new home, but after being in home for some months. Realize quality of work is mid grade. Found a bunch of areas in home not fixed or unfinished work fixed. Grass layed down not good as I have nothing but crab weeds since moving to property. I should not have to put in so much work for bad saud layed down on property.

My overall buying experience was great. What I would tell others to beware of is quality of workmanship. Higher your own inspector to come prior to closing to help catch any issues. I made the mistake of relying soly on Lennar and I sincerely regret not taking that step prior to closing. I have found several issues with the home. Lennar has came to fix those things which is good. My biggest issue is I have an AC issue and still not 100% fixed. At my walk thru and when I moved in the AC could cool to whatever temperature I set including 68 degrees in Summer. 2 weeks later the masterbedroom felt hot and system would not go below 74 degrees. They have found a few things. A leak in the air duct and had to recharge system with coolant, and an air flow balance issue. After more test and another air balance the air flow feels much better but system still doesnt cool under 72 degrees in Sept. They are coming to replace a duct to the masterbedroom but nothing else. This still leaves me w a brand new AC in a brand new home that was almost a half a million dollars and the system wont go under a certain temperature. Either its the AC system or the home instelf built with poor quality. They rush to get these homes to close and I dont think us home owners get Quality bc they focus on Quanity of homes to sale. ... I just don’t feel that the house was built with the quality and the neighborhood. I feel that the sales person Wes not upfront as far as telling the homeowners about Lennar is rent investors buying rent properties in the neighborhood. just don’t look good for the property value for the homebuyers in the neighborhood. I have a HOA and you have renters in your neighborhood

I had multiple issues found before closing and was told they would be fixed never happened now I have to put in a warranty claim to get it fixed

Bill and John in the sales office where absolutely fantastic! 10 out of a 10 would recommend every day of the week! The house I've had issues one after the other starting week 3 of owning it. I've had electrical issues, plumbing, a rood leak, nails popping from the sheet rock, and a crack above a window. These seems like a lot for a BRAND NEW HOUSE. Warranty doesn't communicate very well and I have to reach out to get info. I've only own the house for about 6 weeks and can't fully move in due to all of the issues. Hopefully, I'll get it all fixed and I will get to enjoy my new house.

The concrete out the outside is already cracked. Lennar is not willing to fix it. Yet with time it will settle and crack with the foundation of the house. A month in the home the stucco has settle more and it’s more than a quarter outside the house. Horrible job who did the stucco and crack. My cabinets under my island is messed up. They can’t guarantee it get fix better or it can be worst. They should have done it right. New home and they say to not expect it to be perfect conditions and to settle for what it is. My gas dryer didn’t work. The fencing is crappy

The Sales team was great. The construction side of things not so great. Zero attention to detail. If I ever purchase a new home I will definitely be sure to pay more attention to the little things.

We walked through the house had so much spots not painted and carpet, windows and hard floors was stained with paint and the whole ceiling in the kitchen/dining room/living room wasnt painted a few walls werent, the siding outside was damaged, was told they were gonna have a cleaning crew go clean multiple times and never did! Moved in Feb 24th and finally got my full yard of grass and trees April 12th while everyone around me had grass and we moved in about the same time, the new neighbors got their grass and trees before me so Lennar really let me down! The sales rep and the financial reps were helpful but it got spoiled by builder, cleans and landscape! Even had a lock on my garage door that slowed the moving process down ... More

They really need to work better at following up on the repairs in the homes

Quality issues within the home our concern, floors, rugs walls, etc

Very frustrating. Issues from the very beginning till now. My very first week in this house my bathroom flooded due to a missing cap, it took way too long and me complaining for someone to come look at it. My house was not move in ready when I closed there was several issues with the AC, there was paint on the floor and cabinets and I already had fully moved in by the time they came to clean it. One of my door doesn’t close all the way, and it’s been stressful as a single woman to deal with all of these issues after I just bought a 251k home. I advise any buyer to not move in their houses until everything is fixed because all my issues were from the beginning and I’m already 2 months in and now im left to deal with it alone. Disappointed because I remember them saying I was gonna get a irrigation system and I didn't get it. And my grass is dead now having to look for someone to put one in thats gonna cost me more money

The home buying experience was great. Sales consultant, loan officers, home inspectors & realtor did an amazing job at taking care of us. We did however have issues with the construction manager being extremely unprofessional and rude towards us when we pointed out mistakes and things that needed to be fixed during our tape walk. I would recommend lennar to friends and family, but was disappointed with the construction manager.

Purchased house jun 30 2023 I wish to share my experience and service work along with suggestions: after you do a final walk through for items requiring fixing please confirm completion prior to moving -look at outside garage door dents, air conditioner dents too! We forwarded additional list once moved in : 2 kitchen doors cracked, coming apart at the corner & sink scratched, carpet nails showing at entrance of rooms, carpet didn’t meet warped baseboard, garbage disposal-no guard ( workman left it at the door for me to install. ) I used side gate, noticed air conditioner grid had a dent contacted worker, he said it was probably the mowers that did it on the final mow -worker said he would replace it. Front lawn underground sprinkler hoses showing worker stated he would come bury them Received text worker coming next day - no show I ended up purchasing dirt, burying them. Smoke detector keeps going off , no response from worker. Plus my ring shows my neighbors front door still working on that as I’m needing to call ring. I asked for an update on pending repairs last Monday and still no response! I wish Lenner would take pride into their repairs and houses. Thank you and good luck ... More

Sales rep is awesome, before and after sale, he (Logan) is extremely supportive and humble. Few issues from the punch list were not completed, after taking possession, I created the ticket but not all the issues are resolved and the tickets are closed.quality of material is significantly dropped from other projects in Erie, Co. Broken HVAC base is not replaced, water flow in basement is not towards drain but nothing is being done in spite logging ticket, 5 shrubs and 2 trees died and few patches of grass but only 2 trees are replaced and for rest I am continuously following up without much luck. ... Disappointing that for the price we paid, the issues that we’re seeing are so careless from the workers and some things are permanent and cannot be resolved.

The home buying was amazing but since then you call or email and it's no response at all, very frustrating, to many issues afterwards to write, just not very happy

The actual home buying was super easy and pleasant! The home itself is cheaply built and the neighborhood is definitely not as described.

There are over 20 items on our repair list that have been there since before we moved in. The painter says it’s the cabinet contractor issue. The cabinet contractor says it’s the painters issue. The painters say that the splashes all over our pavers are not their color. We have not painted anything since we moved in! The carpenter keeps saying they are coming, but never show. I get phone calls saying that they were at the house and no one answered the door, but we have ring doorbell camera and no one ever rang the door! Service is horrible. We have been here almost two months and VERY little has been accomplished. We get notice that someone will show up, and they don’t. I will be happy to copy you on all the texts. This is inexcusable and I won’t recommend buying a new home from Lennar. ... More

The landscaping company they use will damage your property and not notify you, if the grass you receive is dead, expect no hear back from the property manager. The pool is hardly ever cleaned so you'll have to do that on your own especially if others have a big party the night before and leave glass, vomit, trash and rocks thrown everywhere, even in the water.
