We loved what the community offers and liked the house and lot right away. Buying the house was much more intense and demanding with all the new requirements. The sales agent was great, as were the finance people, although the pressure to complete the mortgage application was strong. The walk through was called a "celebration" which was confusing, and there was little or no give on items we wanted addressed. I would have appreciated help with interior paint. I was disappointed that most bathroom drawers were fakes, and there is no medicine cabinet. Mostly I would have appreciated that the interior could have been painted with some color. We are very pleased with our new home. Lennar has a very efficient system in place to help new homeowners navigate the purchase and move-in process. Everyone is very helpful and responsive.

Our new home is wonderful! Well built, spacious and pretty! Our sales lady Laura O'Rourke was so helpful and super responsive to all of our questions.

Home quality issues were resolved and they were very cooperative in resolving any issues.

Good environment and good price

Nikki, realtor, was a real pleasure. Honest, responsive, accommodating, efficient. Mortgage process was cumbersome via digital process due to short time frame. Every day forms to sign, address, items to gather - all under "urgent" status. This was very frustrating, but Jenna tried to navigate this with grace and patience. Mobile notary was wonderful! John, construction manager, was also very helpful. Timing for "walk throughs" are not geared toward the convenience of the buyer. It is clearly accommodating the builder/subcontractors. Very fast to respond to any issues that arise which is a breath of fresh air

Lennar Bridgewater is a great community and I'm so glad and thankful for God's blessings. The home buying process was great overall but the underwriter MJ needs serious customer service training. She was rude, zero personality, and made it less desirable. Thankfully the Loan Officer was amazing by being God-fearing and a listening ear.

Good house buying experience. Not happy with the ARC/property management. With a ARC this restrictive they need 3 car garages as an option for their homes!

I was kept informed in every aspect of how far along the house build was going and when was the home closing happening.

I had a very annoying intermittent sound in the house that was difficult to identify. The customer service reps paid immediate attention and got the right people out to investigate and fix the problem. Very professional. I could not have asked for better service.

Being able to visit my home anytime I wanted during construction process. Being kept in the loop during the building process.

Everyone has been very helpful all along the way. We especially appreciated accommodating a major last-minute change. Chris has been wonderful in dealing with problems as they arise.

Buying the house with Lennar was great but after buying the home you don't have much support from the team and you have a lot of companies calling you to let you know they are from Lennar and offering you services to pay.

Initially I had doubt in my mind. But after my pre-qualification. I was told it got approved. Then the process begin and end on time of the day closing. They kept their promises, and shown total professionalism toward the customer.

We’ve been in our home for two months now. So far, so good. The neighborhood is amazing and we love the details. By the time of our walkthrough, there was nothing to blue tape. The attention to detail was great.

Tom was my first contact and he helped me navigate the buying process Not all things were explained clearly. But by asking questions I figured things out. Using Lennar title was also helpful but the online portal is not easy to navigate.

Overall a great experience with exceptions to workmanship with painting and some gouges in floor tile.

We have been in our home for two months and we still don't have a mailbox.

Buying a house from Lennar was one of the best thing my wife and I could ever did.

All aspects of Lennar home purchase was excellent, except for Lennar Mortgage poor customer service. After 3 and a half months, my loan application was not approved, and I cancelled 3 days before closing date.
