Everything went ad scheduled and buying process fairly easy

Overall had a great experience with Lennar, this is our First Home. There are few hiccups but thats fine. Definitely will recommend for first time home buyers.

I have to say that I had a very wonderful experience with my sales person, Matt when I decided to look for a second home. He was very knowledgeable and easily reached when ever I had and questions or needed assistance with my purchase. The walk thru process was wonderful and Danny was able to assist us with information about all aspects of our unit. The only issue I felt needed to be improved upon was the closing. I think that if anyone like myself who is not computer savvy would be a little unsettled with this process of Doc U sign.

I haven’t bought a brand new home from a big company ever. The buying experience was very professionally done. Your system of information is exceptional and closing was very smooth. I’m very thankful for the warranty. Unfortunately, since we moved in less than two months ago, we have had six warranty issues already. I am just praying that this is not going to be the case the whole time we own the house.

For me, I felt like the loab approval process was a bit much. I was asked questions that I didn't really feel was appropriate. They also asked for the same documents that I'd already sent in to a previous employee. I felt like they weren't communicating to each other. I think that a better quality paint should have been used. The paint is not able to be wiped down without the paint coming off the walls.Other than that, I love my new house.

The Condo kitchen vent is not taking cooking smoks out, this is an big issue for Asian families, I have been trying to point this issue from the very begining when I started this purchase deal. The Condo management - Tropical Asles' person who is responsible for Condo structural changes is very non responsive to my request, if I don't get its approval to install a vent to take cooking smoke out, I might consider selling it as this condo is not suitable for Asian cooking style. Secondly, there is a negative side by not installing a fresh air intake in the condo which makes indoor air quality bad overnight with long time no air exchanges, in Minnesota housing regulations, this is a must have, normally contruction will drill a hole in the basement somewhere, and use flex alumi hose to bring fresh air into the basement close to the furnace fan, then the fan will blow fresh air throughout the house, I lived in this kind of house for 40 years, I never need to open my window to get fresh air. We bought the Muirwood plan, and love it except for a few minor details. The drawers in the kitchen do not glide smoothly. They are cheap drawer glides. I will need to upgrade them post-closing. The bathroom cabinets that are not directly under a sink in the Master could have been standard cabinets with one drawer and that's typically not much more expensive than the no-drawer, sink base version. Those center cabinets in the Master would have been better if they had at least 3 drawers. IN the tiled areas, we found several places where the grout was not fully cleaned off the tiles by the installers. And the lack of gutters is causing a problem with erosion, also up to me to fix post-closing. The biggest oversight, however is the difference between the size of the refrigerator space and the passage ways to get a fridge in. There is no door large enough for a full depth fridge that occupies the full width of the refrigerator space. Once you get in past the widest door opening (front), you still have to get past the kitchen island. This is a design flaw. Making the island counter just a few inches smaller would both save Lennar money and facilitate getting a full-sized fridge into the kitchen, so that homeowners don't have to look at a large gap in the refrigerator space due to a smaller fridge. Also, sales staff should have on hand literature from FOCUS broadband disclosing the specific plans that are available at that time. We were pleased with the floor plan and the quality of the house. We were also pleased with communication over the whole process.

We love our Lennar Home! We loved working with our concierge Lauren, she was incredibly helpful. We were impressed with the process of buying the home. We were a little disappointed with the sales process because we were not aware of the lot price when quoted the price. The staff were very helpful; however they did fall short on getting the addresses updated with the post office. We would recommend them because of the quality of the house and the whole home buying process. We would rate them an A-.

Able to choose from several homes already built, but with differing features, so not all the same. Home purchase was very quick and easy. However, short-term mortgage application was full of forms, after forms, after forms to be filled out. Due to long-distance purchase, the on-line docu-sign process was a bit cumbersome and frustrating at times. Overall, purchase went very quick and extremely satisfied with our new home.

I made a decision quickly and I'm not disappointed...altho it all felt a little rushed... The homes were in my price range and to get something new in a nice development was my goal. Many amenities we take for granted are lacking (ceiling fans, drawer & cabinet pulls, shower doors, garage door openers, and doorbells!, etc). These are items I've added on my own. Some yards have sod that looks well laid, mine was not good whatsoever! It's lumpy, bumpy, very poorly laid and full of crab grass. Overall, I'm satisfied. Good thing I like doing outdoor yard work! This yard needs a lot of work...

I could not have chosen a better Lennar realtor- Aaron. He kept me sane through the entire experience. While the financing did work out in the end- the Lennar mortgage side of things did leave me wishing for better communication and a more seamless experience.

Over all o would say a smooth experience but need to check on all financing details upfront to not have any surprises of government funding fee adding to your loan if on FHA and a great promising interests rates for sure

95% of work done was high quality and completed to a good standard. Still need to balance out air conditioner as it's leaning off to one side, some drain pipes are not usable due to the fence installation. Overall well done! Thank you

The home liason, loan officer, and sales team were all top notch. Lennar did their best to deliver a quality home with upgrades that helped to make the home purchase more affordable.

I was told throughout the home buying process by the realtors in the office and walk through team, who are all employed of Lennar, that I could put a fence in my backyard as long as it was 4ft or 5ft back aluminum. I have had the most frustrating time getting my fence approved since day 1. There are other houses with fences like mine that don’t cover the entire property. The covenants state that I don’t have to. I don’t appreciate being told by every person I talked to that represents your company I can do something that has become a huge headache. You either need to fix my problem with putting my fence in or not say a word when selling homes about what owners can and can’t do. ... More

The sales process of my experience was disappointing as I was misled (straight up given wrong information) on several points. Fortunately, I had my own real estate agent to guide me appropriately. The rest of the experience, however, was good. Dylan, Evan and Logan were standouts in this process. They ensured that I was informed and made themselves available. Logan had to deal with the misrepresentations from the sales piece of this and he handled it very well. I was sad to see the exact same home that I bought being sold for a lot less in my neighborhood than what I paid. Excellent customer support. Reasonable price

Good points: the exterior walls of the property are made of all concrete. I've only had minor issues which were repaired quickly. Lennar could have done a better job prepping me for the move-in. No one told me that I needed to be present for the walk through and I couldn't close until I did. No one told me that cable was included with my HOA so I spent hours with Spectrum getting it set up. This is all the responsibility of the sales office. They need to get organized. They wasted a lot of my time.

Start with the understanding Lennar is a production builder and you are not buying or paying for a one-off custom home and expectations will be reached . The overall experience was greater than my expectations and I was happy for the cost/value received . The small warranty issues have been quickly addressed.

I consider my Lennar home good value for money and very functional. I like the layout of the Bonita model and the location near Mt. Dora is real plus. The support personnel worked to resolve any final building issues, but too many individuals were involved in the process and the closing date kept changing making it difficult to plan.
