Good builder, but could use an upgrade in sound proofing at shared walls in their townhomes, especially at Master bedroom.

Purchase and closing went pretty smoothly. The home was a great value for the square footage and features included. Overall, the build was good but there were some minor annoyances (trim separating from wall, doors closed while the pain was wet, exceptional amount of cleaning needed prior to move-in) that prevents me from giving 5 stars. Overall, I would recommend this builder.

The property is great. They got most of the issues before we moved in. Only small things popped up.

Overall we love our new home. As with any new home, there have been a few issues/punch list items but so far Lennar has been great about fixing them. Lennar Mortgage (Bryan is amazing to work with), Lennar Insurance and Heidi all made this home building and buying experience an easy one. Thank you

Our buying experience hasn’t ended yet. Before we move into our new home we want to get additional work done on it. The interior paint was a flat dull gray on the walls, and the ceilings were a little lighter flat gray. My wife could not live with all that gray flat paint. I mean flat paint is the cheapest paint money can buy. Also, it isn’t practical at all. Get a smudge on it and it’s there to stay! So we got a nice satin paint all around. Now we’re getting more shelving added in all of the bigger closets. Our biggest complaint regarding our Lennar experience is the fact that we had virtually no choices in anything, ie cabinets, countertops, carpet, interior color, exterior color, etc. the only choice we had was which of the floor plans on the few available lots we could get. When we purchase a half million dollar home we expect to have a few more choices. In this bull real estate market, the developers have the luxury of dictating to the buyers instead of the buyers telling them specifically what we want. Guess I’m a little old school for this type of sales and marketing… We do think that our new home is basically sound construction in all the phases. I personally think the quality of construction is better than the other national builders in our area such as, DR Horton, Pulte, Beazer, Dale Webb, etc. We’ve only encountered one problem thus far. Our landscaper could not get the irrigation system to work. He said our grass was distressed and nearly dead because of a lack of water. So we called Lennar, SC MB. We actually got a real person on the phone. I described our irrigation problem to the nice lady and she made a call and got the problem taken care of almost immediately!!! What a pleasant surprise!! Lissette and James were very helpful with the final walkthrough. Very knowledgeable and will always rely on them when we have any questions

Our house was a good price for what we got. The style is modern and up to date. Just hoping that the amenities center and dog park open soon.

Salesman was superior in every aspect. Painting was sloppy and I cleaned it up myself. Overall follow up on punch list items was excellent. Overall very happy to be in our home.

Good value for the product we received

We have built custom homes, semi custom and now purchased this package home from Lenar. With all of our experience with private, semi private and now this national large builder. Lenar has had the best and quickest follow through by far. Their communication is excellent, they show up when something is scheduled to be fixed. Since the homes are built so quickly your punch list after move in may be longer however they are very good with following through to correct anything that is not correctly done from the beginning.

GUICK RESPONSE TO ALL ISSUES. LESSER CONFIDENCE IN THE DESIGN CENTER, WRONG FLOORING PUT IN, HAD TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED, WE WERE TOLD THE WINDOW TREATMENT COMPANY CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS, NOT TRU ACCORDING TO THE INSTALLER, HMMM???? LIVED WITH NAKED WINDOWS FOR ALMOST A MONTH, NOT GOOD

We got a great loan through lennar but it was a hassle working with them at times. The builder is great. We had an emergency repair that was taken care of immediately. However still waiting on a cosmetic repair. Overall we got what we wanted so we're happy

The process went very smoothly I was kept informed at all times Whenever I had a concern it was addressed in a timely manner . My only concern was that as a senior citizen the virtual challenges we faced was not taken into consideration, which caused some frustration

Be sure everything is exactly as you want it. Once you close on yours home they are not so Really available! They do respond eventually, Just not as quickly.

Overall the house was well built. I found some imperfections in the details to which I got a response of “within the tolerance” or “built to code”. My biggest disappointment is not getting a stoop. I have a cover, but, the stairs were an afterthought because the designers didn’t contemplate the elevation. They go all the way to the front door unlike the vast majority of the homes in neighborhood. I like the included security elements that made me feel safe from the moment I moved in. Despite the imperfections, I am very happy with my new home.

Home buying pretty good. Customer care follow up afterwards, slow. Cell reception in area being not so good has affected customer care reps responsiveness.

Overall we had a good buying experience. The home consultants were very friendly as well as the builders and their staff. Everyone was very responsive when we reached out for any issues before and when we initially moved in. I only wish that we had the option to pay for add on’s such as a deck or porch or basement.

The responsiveness to issues is good which I liked from Lennar, The agents are very friendly The areas that needs improvement are: sometimes escrow and mortgage agents were too busy sometimes to assist the buyer and doesn't respond, my sales agent was good. One real challenge with Lennar is, please give sufficient time to the buyer to arrange funds and get the keys, The fence was not ready and I still agreed to pay and take the keys but the escrow folks didn't give sufficient time after giving the final escrow price sheet (fence was not ready) Also, I was living a little far, couldn't get keys from Lennar immediately, they insisted me to take the keys asap from the key box, as they are using the same key box for multiple buyers, need to allow time for the buyers here as well. ... Excellent process and great house

I’ve had two Lennar homes and have been very satisfied with the homes and the all in one process they offer! The only thing I have noticed is some of the appliances, kitchen sink are low grade or bottom of the line. If Lennar wants impress even more use top of the line in Everything!

Build time was longer than usual due to COVID but quality is good and they fixed all issues found before and after closing. I like Lennar’s everything’s included and that’s lots of value that you would need to pay extra with other builders.

We had given up on a new home due to Covid. But when Lennar in Lewes opened a new section with a lot perfect for us, we were thrilled. We were hoping to be in faster than the 8 months it took from contract signing. But 8 months was our absolute limit and Lennar met that goal. Communication during the construction phase was difficult until we realized that the construction manager Tom as the person to go to for reliable information. We valued his honesty and responsiveness. Now that we are in, we have some concerns in that we are the very first house in this development with a basement. We had some issues during construction that were difficult to resolve but the good news is that they WERE resolved. Now we have some initial issues with a wet wall in the basement and unacceptably high humidity levels in the house, and we are hopeful that Lennar will be responsive without too much difficulty. we wish Lennar could offer just a few more options in the house. No bathroom towel bars, the absence of any utility sink and refusal to provide one as an option seems very strange. But I guess the reality is that keeping options to a minimum helps keeps the price as reasonable as it is. And it is VERY reasonable. In sum, we are thrilled with the home. My concerns lower their grade from an A to a B+ We certainly recommend them ... More
