The entire process from initial preview to sales contract to escrow to closing was pretty smooth. Special shout out to our sales rep Danelle who was extremely helpful and responsive.

Since we are first time home buyers, we did not know anything about the process. We learned a lot as we went. Being new home buyers, we feel that Lennar supported us all the way and looked out for our best interest. They took advantage of all the perks for us that were available and everything was very transparent. Thank you Lennar for helping us into our first home! We love it.

The people were genuinely friendly and helpful, they helped with every question that came up.were available anytime to help with questions and just the stress that came up during the process. The value and quality of the home and neighborhood were the best in my area .Definitely made my 1st home buying experience a very stress free and exciting one.

The process to buying our brand new townhouse was seamless. The customer service was great and they kept us updated every step of the way. We love it here. I highly recommend Lennar homes

The only positive comment I can make is on the speed of my closing. I have never closed on a home in under 30 days but, now that I’m in my home, I realize that the closing is fast because you’re being swindled. My advice to anyone looking to purchase from Lennar would be to make sure that you utilize an experienced realtor, do not rush to buy, have your home inspected and re-inspected if necessary. Do not sign anything until you are completely satisfied. I cannot believe I fell for the “warranty” trick when I was already being treated as an idiot that has never purchased a home before during the buying process. Now, I have warranty requests open and ignored because Lennar sees you as someone that has never owned anything and doesn’t know how to own a home. No, it’s not spoken but, it’s expressed through side comments and doing things around your home as if you wouldn’t know that someone changed something at your house to prove that you didn’t know what you were doing to close the warranty request. Keep in mind that Lennar is only concerned with the sale. Again, I don’t have anything positive to say about Lennar and acknowledge that I have made a mistake that I will have to work with for now. Excellent experience with Lennar! The process was smooth, communication was clear, and the team was very responsive. We love the modern design, quality finishes, and the value provided through their “Everything’s Included” package. Overall, a great builder that we would highly recommend.

I recently bought a home in Preston Pointe at Cadence in Henderson and, overall, had a good experience. I want to give a big thank-you to Will (loan officer)—he was extremely helpful with communication, updates, and guiding me through each step. As for the home itself, I noticed a couple of minor paint issues, but the team fixed them during the final walk-through, which I appreciated. One tip for future buyers: during the first walk-through/blue-tape walk, make sure you **inspect carefully, point things out, and document everything** (photos and notes) so nothing gets missed. The only downside for me was the lot placement. I didn’t get my first choice near the park because I was told it was given to someone else, so we ended up a little farther away. That said, I still received the same floor plan I wanted, and I’m satisfied with the final result. ... More

Love the home and believe Lennar is a good builder. Lennar’s lending manager we worked with was great, and the person that did our walk through was great, but the sales rep that sold us the home was so bad that we literally almost didn’t buy the house. That says volumes about our experience to almost not choose a home based on the sales experience. She acted like a used car salesman consistently saying things like “well if you can’t commit right now, you’re probably not really ready to buy a house.” She also gave us a shot clock on signing papers and called us 5 times in less than 10 minutes since we hadn’t signed yet. Point is when you’re buying a new point, especially at this price point you should expect a much higher level of service and professionalism. It was very bad and was upsetting for my wife and I. ... Sales offered us an end-of-year clearance price that we couldn't pass-up. Interest rate, premium lot and rolling closing costs into the loan was very beneficial. Mortgage processing moved right along and they were very helpful. Construction manager was very responsive and got things done.

Financing with Lennar mortgage was not a good experience. At all. The loan officer was overwhelmed and kept confusing our deal with others. Home is great.

If your house interior and exterior is under warranty like they claim they don’t care to fix anything .. just have people come check let you know the issue at hand and never follow up afterwards.

The personnel in the office were great help and completing all the documentation and making sure it went to smooth as possible. The individuals on site, Lori, and Mike were great helps in getting us into the house and set up with everything. I would give them my highest recommendation.

The entire process was very straightforward. The loan officer explained everything we needed and how the process works. They did ask for al lot of documents but I understood why they needed them. We had our own inspection prior to the 1st walk through and he said everything was good. Little minor things were pointed out and the Lennar rep also saw those same things during the walk through and had them corrected immediately. The house is beautiful and we are loving it.

Be aware of construction manager Alex and Area manager Jacob and any staff at Lennar. Pay attention to the reviews. It's not the homes It's the people working for or with Lennar.

Good house, includes front yard landscaping and drip irrigation which was a pleasant surprise along with block walls in the back yard. The house was finished exactly when we were told it would be. I would highly recommend a Lennar home.

This was one of the best experience and easiest process for getting a mortgage or buying a house.

I like everything about it it was worth the purchase

It was a horrible experience. I was told I would not need flood insurance and then I had to get it. My garage floor is full of cracks and no one will do anything about it.

Do not trust anyone with Lennar. I gave them earnest money and they kept it.

Price changes, pressure sales tactics, lack of honesty in answering concerns not appreciated, delays in getting answers.

This whole experience has been terrible. Lennar employees have zero communication skills. They don’t return your phone calls, and they don’t communicate with each other until you get upset and ask to speak to their managers. When you put a work order in they don’t show up for services when they say they are or they close work orders without completing any work. The HOA fee is a joke and when we first were looking into this subdivision they told us wifi and trash were all included with our HOA fee. Well that was a complete lie. You pay separate for everything. If you move here you are stuck with this WiFi and even if you get an outside WiFi service for a better deal you’ll still have to pay for the one they set up in the home even if you don’t use it no matter what. The HOA people are no help either and when you call to discuss these fees all they have to say is they aren’t a part of Lennar so they can’t be held accountable for what the Lennar employees told us or what prices they gave us. This is supposed to be our dream home but from the way we’ve been treated it’s been more like a nightmare. ... More

The process was great but the only thing that I wish they spent more time with us new home buyers was the welcome package and giving all the info/details on what to setup for payment.

Awesome Experience buying a home with Lennar very impressed love the help they give and how friendly and professional everyone is overall it was an experience to remember will be recommending to all my family and friends that have never purchased a home too not be afraid at Lennar they help you every step of the way.

Not orderly in getting things done. Too many last things before the closing to be done when we felt like they already had everything they needed but it seemed like up until the minute we signed the papers there was something else we had to give them or something else we had to do not not on top of things
