I like the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the lawn care, the .security guard on duty, and close to shopping.

I truly like the everything included concept as there are no pricing add ons/surprises. The house is trust to move in ready with blinds and ceiling fans. Just add groceries, friends and furniture! This is my 2nd Lennar home and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Lennar has used mediocre materials in the home which reflects the price paid. Response time for getting things fixed is good.

We have had some gardeners out to re seed the dead areas a few weeks ago, we have watered day and night (which is at our cost) grass is still patchy, we are very disappointed, we would like to see the garden re turfed so we do not have to go through this hassle.

Very nice home the problem my family had was after they were done building they left a slope of dirt and an uneven backyard so we have to pay to get the whole backyard leveled they failed to say that we wouldn’t have a backyard and that it’s an additional $3,000 to level it that is the cheapest we have found. So just keep that in mind.

We are excited to find a design and location that fulfilled what we set out to find. Every one in Lennar our third party organized by Lennar we're very knowledgeable and responsive. We have only one serious concern, and that is the organization charged with running the HOA. We have found that the lack of any written landscape guidelines exceedingly annoying. We sent to the HOA office and we have written to the HOA contract email asking for help. Our concern has been compounded with the utter nonsense of charging for doing the review of any landscaping design within our owned walls, quite a scam given we could not locate anyone who could or would provide guidelines. ... Well organized purchasing process from beginning to end.

Lennar worked in unison across their departments to provide smoother and hassle-free experience of home buying. Sales, construction, mortgage and insurance units sent constant communication through out the process. Overall good experience.

Overall, it was a great experience. It got a little upsettingly when I was dealing with the loan process, but in the end everything worked out fine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the home looked amazing. I was please with the price of the home and the interest rate was second to none. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to purchase a new build to check out Lennar.

Buying a home through Lennar was a smooth and satisfying experience. From the initial walkthrough to closing day, the process was well-organized and professionally handled. The home itself reflects solid craftsmanship and quality materials, and I feel I recieved good value for the price I paid. Lennar's team was responsive and helpful whenever questions came up, and they made sure any issues were addressed in a timely manner. While there's always room for improvement, I felt confident working with them and woul recoomend Lennar to any looking for a reliable homebuilder.

Lennar homes are basic builds, very limited customization. The back/side yards are just dirt. No rain gutters. Blinds, appliances are negotiated, with no choice on brands. Outside color scheme is fixed. The homes are on a slab, which I like, and under tension so no cracks. These are good entry level homes. They also come wired for ceiling fans, but again, no fans. Lennar does back up their work. After first 30 days, any problems are fixed. Same applies at one year. Overall we like the house, consider it a work in progress,

Love my home, the area, and the process except for all the portals!!! You have to register for numerous portals to speak to someone, to pay your monthly HOAs to get any info there is a portal! No paperwork, just more portals!!!

Loan processors were available to answer questions at any time. Knowledgeable and professional people

Our sales contacts Jim and Lori were outstanding and very helpful at each step along the way. An excellent process. The site team was responsive to our snag list items and made the move-in much easier. Lennar has however to date been completely unresponsive on getting the solar working after Sunova went into Chapter 11.

It's hard to read all of these reviews be excited about Lennar, but I thought to provide my honest feedback. First off, no home is perfect, even if new. If you expect that, then the home sale price should have two commas in it, not one. That said, I have had the same cosmetic issues, minor delays, and general warranty concerns others have outlined. I have had nothing but a positive experience with the group that built our home and would like to publicly thank Teresa and John for his quick responses and service.

I had a great experience after the real estate agent handed me off. Lauren gave us incorrect information about the home that would later cause issues for me. Everyone else was great. Jake especially, the construction manager, was really on top of everything. He handled all issues seamlessly. Love my home!

I purchased my Villa virtually. I was being treated for cancer in Philly and the sales associate Sonia was very accommodating taking me on virtual tours from my hospital bed to see properties. Also Connie in the Title Department was so nice and accompanying for my closing. Thank you both. I sincerely appreciate the two of you and what you did to make my experience easier.

Love the garage options

Our home buying experience was largely very positive. The sales team was knowledgeable and friendly, and I never felt like they were trying to pressure us in any way. Once we signed the contract, Lennar did a pretty good job of emailing us with pictures and a status update upon building milestones. When we got to the pre-dry wall inspection, our inspector found several minor issues and a few code-related issues, the biggest of which was a load bearing beam that wasn’t secured properly (all bolts missing at both ends). We pointed the issues out to Lennar, and they committed to fixing them. They largely addressed the minor issues, but we really had to stay on our construction manager to address the beam. It took several weeks of following up repeatedly, and even scheduling an impromptu on-site meeting with him, to finally get the issue addressed. That left us feeling like they were really trying to skate by and not do the work unless they absolutely had to. Thankfully it was ultimately addressed, but the hassle it caused us cost Lennar a star on our review. Since then, though, our experience has been very positive. There were again several issues we found during our final inspection, but Lennar fixed all of them (it was a different construction manager at the end, and he seemed much more thorough, even going above and beyond on some fixes). We have also had to submit a few warranty claims, but again, Lennar addressed them very quickly and satisfactorily. Overall, we love our house. Overall, we were pleased with your home buying experience with Lennar. We were guided pretty much by Lennar and guided through the process. It helped greatly having a realtor working with us to ensure things went smoothly. I’m pleased with my home buying experience.

The entire process was easy especially doing it remotely. All questions were answered quickly and Will was very responsive at all times of the day. Great job all!

We closed on our home in April. We fell into it essentially. It was someone else's to buy but their contract fell through last minute. We snatched it up. Within the last month we have had a couple of issues. From day one the shut off access points for the water near the curb set up very high and lean to the side. The water main blew out the other night at one of these access points. Pipe broke off. I guess one too many times bumping it with the lawnmower or trash cans. The air conditioning was a little wonky at first. The upstairs would stay cooler than the downstairs. We noticed that the downstairs thermostat was not able to accurately control the air-conditioning system. Those things being said, when we reported them to the customer care they were very prompt with their response and took care of the problems immediately. Kim especially with customer care was extremely helpful in taking care of our issues. My overall experience with Lennar has been exceptionally good. I know and expect that there are some corners cut to keep the cost down. I am OK with that. I'm not looking for a 100% Custom home. I was looking for a beautiful home for my family that I can afford, we found that with Lennar. ... More
