Invasion of the Flying mosquitoes take over our home!!!

We lived in our home for over four months as of November 18 to March 18 and we can’t even go out on our patio or walk out the front door without being attacked by a swarm of flying mosquitoes, see we have a pond in the back of our home that has not been treated for the mosquito larvae creates bugs all around the community it has been a Nightmare... No One wants to take responsibility for the damage going on to my home my Paint my Screen. Lennar is not taking responsibility HOA is not taking responsibility there doing nothing this has to be addressed. Lannar HOA Please!!

The transition from Cal Atlantic to Lennar was very unorganized. They installed the HVAC system before the roof was on. They had the wrong prints for our home and installed walls where they did not belong. They did not insulate behind the bump out walls until I caught it ...right before drywall. They got mud all over our upgraded carpet on 8 different occasions and had to replace the carpet. The wood floors were also scratched up in several areas because they did not cover them. I could go on....

I am a home owner at Marion Ranch. I move into my dream home on May 1st, 2025. I never have seen my water system irrigation working. My grass is horrible . I have call the association and nothing have been done. I keep calling and calling for someone to come and check my water sprinkler and no one cares at this point I am so frustrated I don’t know what to do no more. My experiences were horrible when it came to get items that were falling apart repaired. It has been an inconvenience with the scheduling to get things fixed. Not available on the weekends and in order to get things repaired you must take a half of day off losing income for the issues that came with a new build

My issue is my propane bill, it’s highly expensive. If I knew my propane bill was going to be over $500 dollars a month I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED. The builder who is the owner of the propane company is charging the seniors too much money. There’s no way I should be paying over $500 monthly especially when my thermostat is at 68 degrees which is very cold and further more I’m on a fixed income (I cannot pay my bill). Also, there’s a fowl smell every night which is unbearable and I was not informed that there’s a chicken coop in the back. I’m totally unhappy with my purchase.

Unhappy with several things I've had to go through since I bought my home, I don't complain about the deal when buying the house but I do complain about how long it has taken to fix a leak in my bathroom. Something that I could have taken less than 2 weeks has become a 2-month headache, since day 1 I have not been able to bathe or use my bathroom. Purchased home thinking it was a great buy, sales man was great. Quality of material used are of lowest grade. Cheap , had few issues after closing , some resolved , Still stranded for 21 days from a plumbing issue.

We closed on 10/30/2024 and couldn't wait to get into our new home. Unfortunately from the moment we moved in it's been issue after issue. Missing grout in the tile, broken tile, doors hitting each other, scratched sinks, trim not flushed to the wall, sloppy painting, misaligned doors, interior doors not finished on the bottom, holes in garage trim, chunks missing from concrete, cabinets shiny or rough.One thing after another and every time they come out, something else gets worse. It looks like nobody cares about customer satisfaction. I trusted phone conversations or massages about the final walking review of my home and in less than first month in the house I had very bad experience with one of the appliances.All I can say is good luck to whom is in the process of baying a Lennar home.

It was great until we moved in. Laura tommy and whitney all so helpful. Cannot say enough about customer service leading up to closing date. Once moved in has not been great. Have found a lot of poor work and things not working with a poor response. We made a complaint about a lennar staff who came out and referred to same staff to make complaint. been disappointed

The front end of the buying experience was great. I appreciated the professionalism and prompt assistance we received from Patrick Sleeper and Dennise Vigil. We received a rushed orientation where we were told we could mark up what we saw that needed to be addressed. Definitely test everything during your walk thru, because if you close and then call them about an issue they take forever to fix the problem. They tell you to do a submit a work order, then they schedule a virtual call then they send someone out. Then hopefully they send the right people out tht can actually fix the problem. Day two our downs stairs bathroom , bedroom filled with raw sewage due to a sewage valve installed backwards, for the last 7 weeks we've been dealing with repairs which has been horrible. The buying experience was great. The only thing we could have asked was for a little more communication. The first 9 days in the house were great until the quality of workmanship showed with a major sewage backup. While Lennar responded quickly the weeks to follow were a nightmare with no admission of fault. They actually blamed their plumbing company. I felt like a general contractor trying to get it fixed. Neither the concrete subcontractor or the irrigation subcontractor showed up at the time I was told they would be here. I have not heard from either of them. This was an purchased as an investment property as good thing this was not our main residence. We had our walk thru with the main project manager and gave him a punch list of items that needed attention and or repaired.
