Purchasing a home from Lennar was a pretty seamless experience and an overwhelming amount of the staff is great to work with. I encountered a staff person by the name of Jennifer who was awful during the last steps of the process, but other than that everything else went well. Jennifer was rude and unprofessional, and I would not have purchased a stick of gum from her. Everyone else was very nice, professional, and helpful.

I had a quick closing and the home was done and everything was completed as promised. The home was reasonably priced and the workmanship seems to be good so far. They respond very quickly if I have questions or need any assistance. Overall it’s been a positive home purchase.

Process to buy was easy, mortgage process could have been a bit smoother, too many people involved with diff aspects of lending, one POC should be needed with mortgage process.

Lennar has a great team and addressed all walk through issues immediately. Issues I had after I moved in were also addressed right away.

It was a good experience buying my new home . Every thing went smoothly. I would recommend buying from lennar to all my friends and family .

Overall Lennar homes are good and cost effective. Only thing - they forgot to deactivate home door code and the burners on the gas stove got stolen

Great price on a quality home..Lennar mortgage caused some anxiety along with closing surprises and a little heavy handed on the closing..Lennar real estate agents were not very helpful..The house is built with quality materials.. overall I am satisfied

Everyone has been very helpful all along the way. We especially appreciated accommodating a major last-minute change. Chris has been wonderful in dealing with problems as they arise.

Generally a good experience. Sales person 'Pam' was great to work with. Very trust worthy, she stood by her word, even when difficult. Minor problem with the house after Closing was resolved quickly. Minor punch list items were all completed quickly before final walk through.

The seller response was really slow. I had to drive to the mortgage office to buy the house because of the slow email response. The Lennar support concierge never called me back and seemed not personable. Everybody seemed too busy to answer my questions in a timely manner.

The only issue I had was the numbers issue they kept giving me different quotes on how much down payment I was gonna have to give, and it was never accurate so it made me last very upset up to the last minute. Other than that, I can say that Lennar really responded immediately to everything. Explained everything from the home top to bottom. For having a three-story four bedroom extremely energy, saving home. After the purchase, if there were something wrong with the home, they got to it immediately. Customer service to the max. I did pay a little bit more than what I wanted to, but I got the house that I wanted. I got the model home. Home is amazing spacious and if I have the opportunity again, I would probably buy again from Lennar. ... More

Good quality for price, most issues handled quickly

There are still items that was on our punch list that was not taken care of before closing. Still having trouble opening closing the sliding glass door to the patio. Other than that Lanken has been very helpful.
