Our only "large concern" we had with the builder was for the Granite countertops as the stone that was selected for our house had some spots in it that "did not" feel part of the granite at all. In fact every time we look at those 2 spots, it feels like its dirty or a stain, looks very unnatural in comparison to the rest of the granite.

My Lender expereince sucked. Barely was able to get in contact with Rich W. Would have liked to have more interaction with him being that I was a first time homebuyer! Other than that, the construction team was helpful and friendly. I will probably not use Lennar as a Lender in the future.

From first meeting with Joel and looking at homes, Lennar was professional and made the experience less stressful. Thank you!

Our experience with buying a new home was awesome. Lennar company is a top notch company. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a home, to consider Lennar.

Haven't gone through the process on a property I changed my mind on because I didn't feel comfortable with the process the property I did buy the crew was great and worked with me to answer most questions. All except one but that's okay.

The lights are out after 1 of moving in. Submitted request online and no one handled it.

Our experience with Lennar's new construction home purchase was disappointing and frustrating. Despite their promise of $35,000 in closing costs, we were blindsided by last-minute demands from their preferred lender, who conveniently required us to pay off additional credit card debts the day before the closing. This unexpected financial burden and the discovery that Lennar intended to use my wife's realtor commission to offset their promised contribution left us feeling deceived and cheated. Moreover, the title company's lack of communication only compounded our dissatisfaction. Despite our persistent efforts to clarify the situation, our calls went unanswered, leaving us disregarded and unheard of as customers. Have all documentation up to date. That will make the process easier. Ralph and the engineer in the community were always attentive to resolve our concerns.

Lennar delivered as promised, it was an overall very good experience buying a home from them.At this point its been a great experience working and dealing with them.

Great experience so far. In my home about 6 weeks and love it.

The home purchase process was very straightforward and my questions were answered quickly and completely. From beginning to end I felt validated as a homebuyer and was amazed at how easy the process was. I would recommend purchasing a Lennar home. Happy homeownership.

Beautiful layout and new home, although there are issues that had to be addressed at a significant expense. Water is badly calcified, sump pump was cheap and not working properly, still issues that have to be addressed. Nice location and development though.

I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about bad craftsmanship in new build homes but we’re quite happy with our Lennar home. We do have one on going issue that’s been ongoing for almost two months now but our warranty still covers it and Lennar is still trying to do what they can to resolve our issue.

The only thing I don’t like it is that I was contacted by an online representative and she gave me some information about the promotion and closing costs, and told me that there will be no closing costs but when my offer was accepted the Lennar agent told me that I have to pay the closing costs and our promotion on weekly basis, while no one can close a house in a week and the time for closing date signs by them , and then I had to pay a portion of closing but they told me because of that I have to higher interest rate instead the one I was told at the beginning

Ask lots of questions and keep pushing for updates. We were building from 1000 miles away and unable to see how things were going. The weekly update videos were not helpful. Get a 3rd party inspection, we found roof issues but they were handled. My kitchen island countertop was scratched when we took possession, they replaced with another scratched one, but have agreed to replace again, 3rd times a charm? We had a water leak under bathroom sink first day. My kitchen sink had a large dent on it on closing day, so while movers were moving plumbers were changing out sink (that should obviously have been replaced prior). Our irrigation sprung a leak the day they tested it, they agreed to fix and that was a month ago...Lennar is very quick to respond. But we have had several issues since move in. I believe their goal is quick response to issues found. However, those issues could have been avoided. ... More

It was amazing and best experience ever:

Unfortunately my Lennar rep was moved to another community and I didn’t have the onsite assistance I needed at times. Therefore I did not get to walk through my house until it was almost done.

The new townhome we purchased seemed to be rushed. There were two contractors, the first one left. The quality of the finished work was not that of a professional organization. We have drywall corners, edges, etc that weren’t finished properly. When we walked and blue taped problems, some were fixed others just had the tape removed. After closing it took weeks to get all the final issues fixed. We’ll have to work on the drywall issues ourselves. Also, the HOA was more than we were quoted. The plus side- The interest rate and closing cost buy down was the best I had seen in a while and better than anyone in the area. ... More

Things were not finished by closing date and after was a hassle to have them finish them. At closing, they try to say you might get the keys but maybe the following day which is absurd and not funny to bring out music box with celebrayion music. Poor workmanship, rushing through and sloppy. The construction crews start working at 630am with no consideration to owner already living in neighborhood.

Try to contact to the builder to fix some stuff at house , no answer

The day before closing I showed up for final inspection to be told the house was not ready and I should have been contacted by sales. No one could tell me when it would be ready. Then I was told I would definitely close by the 29th. I closed on the 20th, 3 weeks later. Delays happen but it is clear they knew there would be a delay long before they notified me, 24 hours before closing. Now that I have been moved in about a month I still can not receive mail because my mailbox is in the construction zone and the key has not yet been provided to usps. No updates as to when this will be corrected as the construction manager, Anthony, is non responsive to calls and texts. The construction team also left a mess of nails, fast food trash, and construction debri in my backyard. I have a work order in for a broken screen, no response after 3 weeks. ... More
