Great builders to work with was my experience with Lennar

The closing experience was not good I had questions about some items on the settlement form. It was impossible to talk to someone

Easy online closing and good instructions to use appliances.

We recently moved into our new home, and overall, we are very pleased with the quality and design. From the first walkthrough to our final move-in, the house exceeded our expectations in terms of layout, craftsmanship, and overall value. The attention to detail in the construction is evident, and we truly feel this home was built to last. That said, our experience with the sales process wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped. While the builder’s construction team delivered on what they promised and responded to most of our inquiries in a timely fashion, the sales agent didn’t provide the same level of attentiveness. There were moments when communication could have been more proactive, and we sometimes felt left in the dark on important updates. For anyone considering this builder, we would recommend them for the quality of their homes, but be mindful of staying on top of the process yourself. For the few issues I have had they have done an excellent job in resolving them.

My experience with most of their employees was 5 stars. Helpful and attentive with a "call, if you have any questions."

Make sure you do a good home inspection prior to final.

Workmanship on the home is marginal. I keep saying "is it cost/time effective to do it correct the first time?" that to keep coming back to repair the issue. Also, we've had experiences with warranty matters when we've been told the trade is scheduled to come out, they don't show or communicate.

Excellent job in all areas

Over all good experience. Appliances were ordered late and went without Refrigerator for a week. Love the home.

We moved in late July, but had to wait 2+ weeks for a driveway. Yard grading was completed Sep 5th (5 weeks later). Landscape and irrigation complete (6 weeks). Still waiting on sod (expecting soon). Currently in 7th week. Frustrating part of this has been many new homes without people moved in or recently moved in nearby, yards have all been completed. Project Manager has been holding us up until houses near us are ready and now doing all of them at the same time. Many discussions and emails have not improved the progress. Lennar needs to work on improving this process, even if it means doing one off efforts. Customer satisfaction should weigh higher on their priorities. At minimum, grading should occur as soon as possible to safely allow walking through yard and utilizing spickets. ... More

Seamless,Straight forward and fast.No racial discrimination.

The house is great, but a lot of ants were in the house on movie in. The prosperity lines seem off and the grass they planned is struggling to grow on one side. Construction on the other side has caused trash to blow over into my property and it’s still there

Our sales rep Wayne was awesome to work with when finding our home. Kevin was great helping us with our mortgage paperwork. We did not have a great experience with the closing process. No communication, asking for things 2 or 3 times. Waited till the last minute to give us our final numbers. Def needs to get better.

Worst interior paint job ever. Paint on switch plates and socket covers as if it were painted after the plates were installed. Even the things that were pointed out during walk through weren't corrected properly. We are still finding blue painters tape in areas that were not corrected. Customer service is great in responding in a very quick manner.

We are satisfied with the overall construction of our house. The response to our issues was quick, but it took several weeks to get our issues resolved. There is still an outstanding issue with the trees in our backyard, which we are still working with Lennar.

It is not good that there is not garage door opener on the outside of the garage!

We had a good home buying experience with Lennar's sales, financing, and orientation reps. The mortgage financial agent was really very responsive and honest. We did have issues with the underwriters requesting numerous times to verify last and current residence. We had to live in a hotel for several weeks and the underwriter requested proof 3 times to include photographs of the room we were staying. (we sold our house on the east coast and moved to WA state) The only issue we're having now is getting the plumbers to checkout a possible venting issue in our primary bath. We have had to reschedule 3 times; and still waiting on a new appointment. We understand they are busy, but they scheduled the appointments and never showed. Overall a great experience with exceptions to workmanship with painting and some gouges in floor tile.

We had a pretty big mishap during the process of buying our home, which was pretty stressful, but Lennar stepped up and took responsibility for their error and made it right. The only issue we have encountered since moving in two months ago was yard drainage. It has been brought to Lennar's attention and they are currently working on a plan to fix the problem. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. Our home is lovely.

in general, house is ok. service is ok. but just ok. Lennar can do it even better to become great. but you cannot expect that. because of Lennar build massive houses at the same time and want control cost as much as they can according to Lennar. the warranty team is good. always have quick response. most warranty issue are very minor things which they can avoid before house close if they want, you have to escalate and prove it according to the process steps over and over again which make you feel a little bit annoyed.

My wife visited the community and found a property being built, but not under contract. The process took about 2-3 months to get from signed contract to close. There were a few hiccups along the way as to be expected, but Lennar was able to deliver without much delay.

Air conditioning was having issues. They were addressed. Problems were resolved.

I liked the experience on my part my home buying experience was smooth and I really appreciate how things were told in detail even though it was a lot of information it was simple stuff. However, I wouldn’t grade it a 5/5 since after closing I started to notice small details like paint, wall texture, and even the bathroom door handle not properly working
