We have had a great experience with the staff. Shay, Alicia, and Doug are exceptional employees. They are attentive and helpful. I have submitted a few warranty claims since moving in over a month ago. The Lennar staff are communicative, punctual, and fix the issues swiftly. My only quaim is the build quality of my home is not what I expect for the price.

Our overall experience was good. Our sales representative Jessica was awesome!

Outstanding customer service across all teams from begin to end and follow up.

Th construction quality has not been very good. The material used is below standard. All the construction issues are being marked as within limit, which is not good. The quality of the product does not match the price paid.

Everybody we worked with has been great, from the sales person, mortgage rep to the contractor and warranty person. I have been more than satisfied with the customer service.

Everyone was so responsive and amazing. Alyssa at the point of purchase, Mark at the finance level, and Jack at the end. Great team, would recommend to anyone!!!

I would recommend Lennar if you’re looking to buy a new home. They have been with me with each step and were still there if I needed them after I moved in. But I didn’t need anything as the house is well built.

As a first time homebuyer, my experience with staff was very satisfying. I feel I received a great value and would recommend it to anyone to shop with Lenar homebuilders. My only issue was I expected to close on June or July 2024 but the house was completed sooner and I was forced to close February 28 of 24. Vivian, my g Guide was very helpful and gave me attention at my calling. It is a pleasant experience to have someone be so attentive.

Our Lennar rep Phil was very helpful and professional. He helped us look at our home when the realtor was unavailable. We were on a time crunch because the home had to be sold before the end of the month (18 days) in order to get the incentives being offered. We loved the home and it already had the amenities we wanted. We had the application signed and uploaded that same day. During the walk-through process, our rep Joe and Construction Manager, Taylor made all kinds of promises. "make sure to blue tape everything", "we will have everything fixed before closing". We are still finding things they did not do. Our biggest concern was the yard and landscaping. We have two dogs and wanted to get the grass installed as soon as possible. We were promised the landscaping would be installed the first week of March after we closed. They also explained the large rocks and trash debris would be cleaned up before they installed the landscaping. They also explained a 4" layer of topsoil would be installed and then the sod. We requested to be notified when this would be done because they were quick to explain the landscaping was not covered under the warranty and once it was installed it was our responsibility. We wanted to make sure they did what they promised. Well, fast forward three weeks later when they finally came to install the landscaping, after we moved into the property and had to prohibit our dogs from going into the back yard, which was red clay mud!!! They did not clean up the large rock or the trash (we picked up 2 large bags of trash from the yard before they came). They racked the dirt and started placing the Sod. I called and asked for someone to come out because this was not what we were told. Taylor came to the home and changed her story. She said they already put the topsoil - this was not topsoil, this was more red clay dirt. The escrow process was okay, our mortgage underwriter was great. The Lennar Title company was horrible and unprofessional. They required a virtual closing and we were told the closing link would be sent to us early on the closing date. I had to make several phone calls because the link wasn't there. We later found out that our closing agent "had something to do that morning and didn't come in until after 10am. She forgot to send the link the night before". Isn't there anyone else in the department that can help her? This was a big deal for us. It took another 2 hours to receive our link. They did not care that we have jobs, and we were expected to drop everything when it was convenient for them. Lennar Title was the worst part of this whole experience. We were supposed to receive our paint voucher at closing....not included. I had to fight for it for 3 weeks. I picked up my keys, which only included my house keys, no garage door openers. We were told they were left in the garage on the opener. Nothing. In fact, we don't know where they went, so we had to have the garage door opener re-programmed, and new openers provided, because some unknown person had access to our garage and house, but nobody knew who had them. The workmanship inside the home is what you would expect from a cookie cutter building company. They hire the cheapest sub-contractors to come in and "throw it together". I would think that Lennar would take greater pride in their BRAND. The first day we moved into the home, we had electric issues. We found out by their electrician coming out, the crew that did the electrical did a very poor job. 6 of the 8 outlets for the garage and exterior were improperly wired, not connected, or the wires were loose. After discovering that, we requested the electrician come back and inspect every outlet in the home. I don't need a fire risk. They found another 9 outlets inside the home with the same issues. This is careless and unprofessional workmanship. While we love our home, we did not enjoy the home buying process with Lennar. Do your research before committing to a builder. ... More

The buying process went smooth, seamless and with little stress, I couldn’t have been more pleased! Lennar has made our home buying experience a really good one.

The only problem is that Lennar homes is not enforcing the covenants we have trailers that are parked in the yards that have been in there for over two months. One is a pink horse trailer on Bonanza Street. This really needs to be taken care of.

So there’s a reason all the inspectors have a running joke about Lennar homes- because the blue tape walkthroughs are a joke. An entire cabinet in my kitchen is currently cracked completely in half. They installed it that way! The paint on my walls chips off if a fly lands on it. The workers are loud, messy, and lazy. There’s no standards on who they will hire as long as they do it fast, Lennar doesn’t care. My lawn is full of sunflowers from workers spitting seeds everywhere and construction trash is constantly in my yard. The “landscaping” is awful- the 3 bushes they planted are completely dead. Crunchy and dead upon arrival. The grout is unsealed & stains easily. The shower both pools up water and leaks! Yippee! My dishwasher was installed crooked so it leaks if I use it. I’m pretty sure there’s no insulation in the walls, as I removed a towel hook from the wall, the drywall crumbled and presented a huge hole where no insulation was present. It’s just… not even a cheap home by any means and you sure as heck have no quality control whatsoever. I don’t recommend it the worst experience ever, the house had a lot of problem

We have had a bad experience. There has been several several issues with the house. Constantly calling portal for repairs. Taking time off from work. I think homeowner should be more involved in building process when it comes to upgrades or choices for their house. Honestly i don’t think i would buy another Lenar home after this experience. I am still dealing with issues.

Arthur our real estate agent was very helpful and easy to work with. That is the only thing that went well. They rushed to close and get their money at the end of their fiscal year and the finishing work was of poor quality. I am still dealing with the punch list over 9 weeks later. I don't think you could have cheaper appliances. We have spent several hours fixing things ourselves because we were getting tired of waiting for someone to come and do it. This was supposed to be a new home which I would expect to be turn key with maybe a couple of small things but that wasn't the case. Cabinets, doors, trim molding, front door lock, mirror and several other things needed attention. Then trying to work with all the different workers that have to come and and repair the problems has been a problem, they think everyone just sits at home. My husband and I work so it has not been easy. I don't enjoy sending my time off waiting for so many different repairs to be done. Nice home for a good price.

I have been experiencing lots of issues with the doors at my house in addition to a drawer in the kitchen that won't close properly from the first time I opened it. This is my first time purchasing a new home. Maybe this is normal. I did contact customer services regarding these issues and they responded immediately. They put me in contact with my representative and an appointment was made by him to have someone come out to make repairs. I am hopeful that when that time comes around all repairs will be made to my satisfaction.

Moro aqui no Brasil, e comprei minha casa atraves da Lennar de forma totalmente on line, contei com um time de ponta para me atender a todas as duvidas e necessidades, desde a demonstração da casa, uma vez que eu estava longe, ate a concretização final de todo o processo, neste estagio sim fomos ate Orlando para assinatura do contrato. Amei conhecer a Lennar e todo seu potencial. Parabens!!!

Day one I was promised Lennar would over communicate during the process however it was quite the opposite. It took me contacting every VP in Lennar to get responses from my salesperson and community rep. Once I finally got answers to questions, I would get the standard response of “I can’t answer that because so and so handles that.” When I arrived for my final walk through the cleaning team was still there so we worked around them. I will say the one person who did meet my expectations was the Lennar Mortgage team. If customer service is the name of the game in home buying, Lennar might need to reassess its values and training to ensure all members of their teams understand what it means to work for and represent the Lennar brand. ... Buying from Lennar was like being bullied into a deal. When we bought the house they shortcut a lot of things. The sub contractors were not caring at all about their craft. Lennar forced us to stick to the contract even though they were weeks behind on their work. The final walkthrough was scheduled after the closing date. They refused to budge on adjusting time frames and owning up to the work that needed to get done. By the time final walkthrough happened. They needed to touch up all the baseboards in the house and repaint/repair a lot of areas. Lennar also refused to follow specs. Not giving us closets and grass with sprinklers as promised. Throwing $5 bag of mulch down and calling it done. We have constant leaks and flooding in the garage because the house was built wrong. Customer service promise to resolve issues but schedule weeks out. I will look into legal actions but buyer beware!!! ... More

Mostly a good experience buying from Lennar, the buying process went fairly smooth and I think the house is a good value. The only negative was I bought house at end of February but didn't move in until end of April. The refrigerator was making a lot of noise, repair people came out and it was missing an entire door gasket, now I have no refrigerator until fixed.

Homebuying process was easy. I was not happy being int the middle of a cost cutting effort from Lennar. Originally told the house would come with (and was on all marketing materials including website) Wifi Mesh Network, Water Sensor, Ring Alarm, and other great items but it did not show up on the final transaction. I missed it on the documents I signed and it could not be honored. Not super thrilled spending over half a million dollars on a house and it does not include any ceiling lights in any room, the living room, and even the master bedroom! Need to run lamps everywhere. Getting the house is plagued with issues. The big one is HVAC which the heater didn't work upon moving in so they fixed, now it has heated up and the AC doesn't work which they just fixed today. Dishwasher drain line was not installed and just random quirks with door alignment, loose toilets, show knobs loose, towel rack fell off, floor board trim coming up, network/coax jacks on the wall not connected at all (just faceplate), network box shoved in and had to get re-installed/cut, etc. Tried starting dishwasher today and its erroring out, so dealing with that now. I'm hoping nothing else. Spenser has been good for support. Still wish I had a flawless Lennar experience. Sadly my parents had the same Lennar experience in a different state. My position is a Quality Operations Manager and while I think I have a particular eye, I don't think I was being picky on any of these flaws. The house even had the wrong number displayed on the home as it was the same as my neighbors, so that was changed. ... More

Some incentives we were told we would get and did not. Lack of communication on the front end. The CM, warranty and closing team were great. Issues after closing were addressed in a timely manner.

Able to choose from several homes already built, but with differing features, so not all the same. Home purchase was very quick and easy. However, short-term mortgage application was full of forms, after forms, after forms to be filled out. Due to long-distance purchase, the on-line docu-sign process was a bit cumbersome and frustrating at times. Overall, purchase went very quick and extremely satisfied with our new home.
