Very good in everything but I’m still waiting to fix a window

I bought my Lennar home just a few months ago and I am so far impressed with the quality and the value.It’s not a custom home but you would not know it .The builder did a good job of pointing out or finding cosmetic imperfections that i didn’t even spot and correcting them . The efficiency has been great with power bills for my 2200 sq foot home bring only about $.20.00 more s month than my 800 so foot condo I moved from . Eagle home mortgage ,their lender ,was good and easy to work with compared to lenders I have had in the past . I had an issue with my garage door that was corrected quickly. Other than that I have had no other problems. The home automation features are a great convenience and they sent out a tech to hook all that up and show me how to access all the features. It was a very satisfying experience working with Lennar in the building and purchase of my home.

The sales team and home service teams are easy to work with before, during, and after the sale. Great home for the money.

Working with Tim (sales office) made our experience perfect. We knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. He was extremely thorough, helpful, and patience plus his knowledge on the house, process, and products was amazing. I had complete trust in him. The construction managers were great. Funny guys, great with communicating to us and always always responded quickly and acted quickly. My only complaint was on the workmanship, mainly the painters. There was a lot of touch up work that needed to be addressed and there was/is paint on our hardwoods everywhere you look (now that we've moved in). We had a few issues that required service already but the responsiveness of the warranty process also has made everything better. ... More

This house and neighborhood is great.

It’s a track home. For what it is I am happy. I would buy is again.

I want recognize the professionalism and commitment of the construction manager Mr. Paul, always go above and beyond of any requirements of the new owners.

Why the rating is four stars on three out of four areas. The reasons are that since we moved in we had problems with the plumbing and the dryer exhaust duct and now are fixed, the sliding doors not working and were repaired, and the front door lock was not functioning as intended and was replaced. Elevators not working for days without advance notice, and even after being repaired are still not trusted. Also, we bought our washer and dryer even that in Lennar advertisement they should be included in the Condo. But, in general the Condo is a high quality product and deserves five stars and we like it. ... More

We loved our first Lennar home so much that when it came to buying another, we knew we would go with Lennar once again!

Our house is well constructed and staff was easy to work with and communicated often during the process. Any issues were addressed and handled in a professional manner.

Lennar staff are just outstanding and always there even after we moved in. We received follow up calls to check that everything was running smoothly in our new home.

We love the open floor plan!

Overall, I’m happy with my choice of Lennar. Any time I’ve had any issue, it is taken care of quickly.

Great value for the quality and size home. Not custom but you and customize it your self with our the custom price tag. Viet was fantastic walking us through the build price keeping us with in the price range we wanted to be in. He addressed issues quickly and still continues to be a wonderful resource.

Lennar really helped out with financing options and with our of state contingencies…but unable to sell home in Dallas and we had to walk away from dream home. Will try again in future but will sale Dallas home first and be cash heavy to help with down payment.

Lots of issues. Hole in laundry floor that wasn't patched correctly, Had to add basement outlets and lights since you only got 1 outlet and 4 lights. Missed painting over numbers written on wall in bath by cabinet guy. There was mold on joists above foundation under the insulation. Poor trim work. Some light switches weren't even connected. Overall a very minimum quality. Had to have a contractor make all corrections.

Nice house great layout having some minor issue but one thing that is disappointing is the kitchen cabinets. When the upper cabinet doors are opened the corner ones either slam into the refrigerator or the walls and the bottom cabinet draws should have pull out drawers. Hopefully we will find a solution

I ended up closing 2 days early, so I'm thinking that is the reason for not cleaning the house I bought. my furniture and household goods were in the garage for 5 weeks after that waiting for their contractors to go clean the floors where they tract the adhesive from the vinyl flooring. it was a mess all Lennar did was send a heavy set guy to take pictures of the floor, 2 weeks in a row. I finally hired a 73 year old gentleman from my church . On his hands and knees with wet rags and dawn dish soap he cleaned up most of it. I saw he was tired so gratefully I paid him $290.00 My other issue was that the landscapers never went and rolled out the sod. I also made several phone calls and submitted pictures nothing was done to resolve the issue. the sales person Alyssa was my best experience, She was very professional and curious. I've always liked Lennar designed homes. My first home here in this area was by Lennar and it was my dream home and very beautiful. Due to life events I've downsized and I love the design of my new townhome but the insulation is not good. I now have to invest in panels to avoid hearing my neighbors.

Paint splatter on the floors, electrical outlets and light switches installed crooked. Water heater on ground floor but both full bathrooms and laundry room are upstairs . Why? Water faucet in backyard not in a convenient spot when you have a side yard . exterior paint sloppy.

Response times are not fast, no sign of property manger for the last 3 weeks
