Lennar builds a very solid home!

Our Loan officer was Dylan. He was exceptional and always honest throughout the entire process for us. Our process was a bit complex but we were successful in our home search and got our home. We thank you guys for everything.

Good communication, we closed and had keys on the day initially communicated. Loved everything included. I believe we paid significantly less working with Leonard versus working with a builder that offered options.

For my first home buying experience the process was simply and quick.

We had been shopping for a new home which offered updated amenities, such as tankless water heater, gas appliances, two car garage, nine foot ceiling, etc.. After looking around the triangle area we ended up choosing a Lennar home thanks to your outstanding sales team. They were very upfront about what was offered with the home and there were no hidden cost.

Every issue large or small has been taken care of immediately. There is nothing like being treated as though you matter to a company.

Absolutely love Lennar! They have been supportive and helpful every step of the way.

It was an overall great experience. We did not like that the closing date was decided strictly by the builder with no consideration given for our schedules. The closing team was excellent & very professional. They attempted to accommodate us within the constraints they were given by the builder.

The whole experience was well done. Due to all the computer work involved, Lennar 's people were very helpful and very patient with helping me work through the process. The house is very well built and is very comfortable. A word of warning...the HOA is very difficult to deal with and everything is written to favor them.

Overall we are very pleased with our experience purchasing from Lennar. We’ve had zero issues and love our home. We are so happy the way things worked out. The only grievance was there was a scheduling issue for our new home orientation appointment and no one showed up. We tried calling two people that worked with us and there was no answer. Someone else ended up showing up and he was great but the original people didn’t call or text to apologize or check in. Because they didn’t confirm who was going to be there for us we didn’t get to walk into the home with the red carpet or see the welcome home sign because they had to set it up after we arrived. ... We are happy with the home itself and we appreciate the prompt responses to maintenance issues during the first thirty days. What we did not enjoy was the homebuilders process where everything had to be uploaded to a portal and then there was a separate portal for closing.

The house is nice for the price. We were helped and walked through the whole process. I would recommend a Lennar home to anyone. The only thing I would change is the size of the lots. You don't have hardly any room to do anything and the driveway is too small. You can barely fit 2 cars cars and you don't even have room to open the car doors.

Watch out for a salesman showing up right after your closing and trying to sell you a water treatment system. I paid $2500 more than my neighbor and was charged too much on the interest. Don't fall for the story he has.

It’s normal for a home buyer

I recently moved into my dream home built by Lennar Homes. The design of my home, a Toscana 2, demonstrated attention to detail and an understanding of what an active 55+ year old needs in today's busy times. All the timelines I was given were adhered to, and the final walk-through that I experienced with Gus underlined that fact. From the high ceilings to the wide doorways, I was amazed at how spacious the home looked and felt. They kept excellent records of the various homes available for purchase, and it was so efficient that I was able to select my home easily. Using their loan agent, Cheryl, made the home-buying process seamless. She was very proactive in informing me of the available interest rates and what was required to complete all the necessary paperwork for me to secure the loan for my new home. It was one of the least stressful processes I have taken to buy a new home. The quality of the new home exceeded my expectations, and I credit the care team for my experience. Every room reflects the care and skill that went into building the home. Even after moving in, Gus, Eddie, and Michael followed up to ensure I was happy and offered ongoing support for any questions and/or touch-ups that needed addressing. Overall, we have had a great experience with Lennar. We had “one bad day” on the day we moved in but after that, everything has gone smoothly. We HAVE recommended Lennar and unless something drastic happens, will continue to do so in the future.

I love my new home even though I had to wait until around retirement age. I got a good deal and I like Lennar homes. They have come right out to fix any problems. You can't go wrong

A lot of trouble with the paperwork at first, but after that things went very smoothly

It was wonderful everyone help me the process were real well. Everybody was great. Josh was a great person. I will definitely buy another home there on the future.

From the friendly greeting at the sales office to the day we received our keys to our new home, we were very pleased with how available all employees were to our needs. Even when we thought a problem arose which would have setback our closing date, everyone stepped up and corrected the issue and we closed ontime!
