The process went very smooth with us being able to take care of most of the paperwork remotely since we previously lived 9n another state. The initial walk-thru went quite well with very few issues (all of which were addressed prior to our closing on the home). The Lennar people were all especially great and bent over backward to assist us in the process. We have been in the house for over 2 months now and are still very thrilled with our home. We especially like the beautiful standard cabinetry, and flooring, as well as the appliances that were included. Great experience Realtors the salesman's are excellent they hept you in everything the you need

We love our new home! But, one thing to be aware of is that while there are choices you can make on options and certain features, Lennar is not a custom builder and there will likely be things you want to change. Those have to wait until you take ownership-additional outlets, lights and fans, and better shelving in closets/pantry. Lennar’s sales person was very good and the construction manager at the end of our build was very competent as well. With the pandemic, our home completion was delayed three months and they had a lot of turnover in construction managers. I wish they would have worked with us on the closing after initially telling us we would close the end of May it cost us an extra $4,000.

What you see is what you get. There are few options and when complete the build is ready to live in.

We are very happy with our new home. We wished that our HOA was as responsive and involved as the Lennar builders have been. Issues that we have come across have been addressed by Lennar in a timely manner.

Lennar has been very good addressing after sale issues with the home. The home buying process was very smooth.

The warranties have been very helpful. Tom from Heritage Asante in Surprise has been exceptionally helpful.

Giving the Builder any concerns or questions is key to a pleasant experience

The staff was great from start to finish!!! Sawyer went above and beyond in addressing our issues and concerns. The town is beautiful, you wont be disappointed!!

My family and I are very satisfied with the look and feel of the house. There's only a couple of things I wish were bigger or included such as a bathtub connected to the shower in the master bathroom. Also the garage should've been bigger since it's a two car garage. I still have two remaining issues that I need to report (1) driveway has a crack on the concrete that was there when I moved in (2) one of the sinks in the master bedroom has a hairline fracture in the sink.

While they offer options some builders don’t Lennar didn’t offer some options that we had preferred ie gas hot water heater, electrical floor outlets in the family room, lighting in second bathroom shower, ceiling fans and pendant lights over counter.

Everything was great including the value for the money and the townhouse being ready for move in on the day promised. The responsiveness to most issues has been good except for an issue we have with water flooding our lanai when it rains. It has been 2 months since I first reported this issue and nothing has been done about it. Smaller issues such as cabinet touch ups and doorbell not working were fixed within 10 days. I would recommend buying a lennar townhouse as they are well built and very nice however ensure that you get all your issues addressed during the warranty period.

The neighborhood is very nice and the home is also beautiful.

I think they are excellent builders and stand behind their product.

Lennar has been great -- friendly, responsive, prompt. Whoever did the appliance install is a different matter: the hot water did not work due to a melted connection, the microwave had been dropped, damaged and nevertheless installed, and the dishwasher install caused damage to the cabinet trim. Might want to review relationship with that subcontractor.
