Really enjoyed the builder sales rep, construction site manager, and customer rep. All three have customer service personalities and are easy to communicate with. They also respond quickly.

Very happy and satisfied buyer. From the day one the sales team, construction manager and everyone were so helpful, can't ask for more. The quality of certain electrical items and workmanship could be better but overall quite happy.

Love my new home, wish the front yard landscaping (front walkway) did not have such steep drop off. Considering going to extra expense to add short retaining wall for safety.

I would give Lennar a 4.2 Star rating for the most part. I believe most everything is pretty good as well as the incentives. My only issue is that after living in my home for 6 months, I noticed there were a few things off about my house. I think the attention to detail should have been better when building. Wish I would have seen some of these during my inspection so I could have them fix it.

Living in So. Florida is expensive and finding affordable NICE housing is very challenging. When I learned of the new Lennar community in Deerfield Beach and then saw the home for the price, it was like discovering a unicorn! It is really is hard to believe that you can get a brand new home with excellent finishes, solid craftmanship, landscaping (and lawn maintenance) and of course the "everything's included" for the price I paid. I've truly enjoyed my Lennar home and have had no issues.

Overall, the process has been very good during the building and delivery. Post delivery, living in a place where there are lot of constructions going on, there is always debris , Coffee cups, lunch boxes etc in your yard consistently. No one seems to be acting on that.

The sales team in the office was great. As well as the ease of buying the home. Any issues I had after move in was quickly resolved. There was a problem with the hot water heater that took a couple of trips from Casa Mechanical but it was eventually resolved. Hopefully once the new water source from Lake Granger is in place the problem won't happen again. However, I have to say I was left with a lingering disappointment and some hurt feelings. I completed a survey and did not score it with all 5 stars. I was being truthful because of the hot water heater issue. No buying experience is perfect and frankly unrealistic. Buying a home is very stressful for the buyer. Well, my customer service rep asked me why didn't I give perfect scores? He said that they heard about it in a meeting. I felt like I was being scolded and blamed. I felt like he was being totally inappropriate with me and should have kept his comments to himself. I scored my survey the way I felt at the time. ... Very pleased overall. The selection and construction process were smooth. The communication with the sales consultant and construction manager was excellent. We were even able to meet with them additionally beyond the scheduled times. Any concerns and questions were answered promptly. The only items that required any follow up were minor issues related to the subcontractors not ensuring their details were completed before moving to the next job site. This required multiple service requests to correct the issues.

I love my new home. Lennar homes really care about the families that purchase their homes. They have been as little slow at fixing every that comes up ,but I know they will take care of everything in time. You have a 1 yr warranty.

Overall we are happy with our home. We were extremely disappointed that the HVAC unit is right outside our master bedroom window, it constantly wakes us up every single night and I am not pleased at all with that. We were never told it would be there, on the model it was on the side of the house by the garage and we assumed it would be there on this house. We've had numerous issues with the carpet, and an independent inspector came out recently and said the company failed to properly seal the seams at the transition, causing constant fraying. Kevin Boardman has been great in responding to our issues, but I really wish we didn't have so many. ... More

I like the quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the lawn care, the .security guard on duty, and close to shopping.

I truly like the everything included concept as there are no pricing add ons/surprises. The house is trust to move in ready with blinds and ceiling fans. Just add groceries, friends and furniture! This is my 2nd Lennar home and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Lennar has used mediocre materials in the home which reflects the price paid. Response time for getting things fixed is good.
