The ONLY reason I bought this home was because of Josh. Hands down. Only person who cared to get everything done on time, made sure everything was fixed and touched up and communicated. If it wasn’t for Josh we would not be living here now.

Love the model we chose with the floor layout. Kitchen appliances are top of the line . The response from the warranty agent with any of the few issues we have had has been great and very helpful.

I have had a good experience with Lennar representatives. A current problem is being corrected and the communication is in a timely manner. The homebuying process was good.

Overall had a great experience with Lennar, this is our First Home. There are few hiccups but thats fine. Definitely will recommend for first time home buyers.

I have to say that I had a very wonderful experience with my sales person, Matt when I decided to look for a second home. He was very knowledgeable and easily reached when ever I had and questions or needed assistance with my purchase. The walk thru process was wonderful and Danny was able to assist us with information about all aspects of our unit. The only issue I felt needed to be improved upon was the closing. I think that if anyone like myself who is not computer savvy would be a little unsettled with this process of Doc U sign.

I hope that communication will be better than that for my next purchase

I couldn't say more great things about my home buying experience, but will say I found this to be dependent on the New Home Consultant you work with (mine was awesome!!) and Loan Officer (again - mine was INCREDIBLE). However, post-purchase you are transitioned to a Homebuyer Concierge for ongoing support, and their job is essentially to tell you no and (politely) why they cannot help. That has been frustrating as (with any new purchase) there are kinks and things that were not installed correctly / are under warranty and need to be addressed. I had three issues within the first month of moving in, vent latch not closing, sprinkler drip line coming loose and a crack in my sewer line underneath the driveway. Upon reporting those, they had a team fixing those issues. Although it was annoying to deal with, they were very responsive with resolving the issues. The bathrooms don’t come with towel racks for some reason. Lastly, I wish the gates were on the wider side of the yard. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and I have no regrets with the people I’ve worked with.

Buying a home is very stressful and there was a delay in closing but all through the proceess there was good communication about what was going on. The sales team and the builder team were responsive and helpful. To date any of the issues we have had after the sale have been addressed promptly.

I haven’t bought a brand new home from a big company ever. The buying experience was very professionally done. Your system of information is exceptional and closing was very smooth. I’m very thankful for the warranty. Unfortunately, since we moved in less than two months ago, we have had six warranty issues already. I am just praying that this is not going to be the case the whole time we own the house.

Overall Lennar is very good and build beautiful homes for people to enjoy. Sales, concierge and move in service is very good. Opportunity for improvements. Fix all not some issues faster after move in. Add some custom options for floors, backsplash, cabinets. Opportunity to add electricity and hot water connections for bidets in bathrooms. Larger cement pad in the back. Paint garage, as they come unpainted. Need smart home options and better cables through house.

For title, I didn’t know when I was going to sign until it was about two days before it was very hectic, I had to wait a long time when I went to the office because they didn’t have everything ready, and then after they wanted me to go back and sign more papers And I live like 45 minutes away so I said no, so a very nice lady came to my house so I could sign more papers, purchased many houses throughout my life. I have never had an experience like this should Communicate better, since people are anxiously waiting to know when it’s going to close and not Just two days before we close, because we have other things to do my like work. ... Trouble getting mailbox and keys

I've very happy with my new home in Brunswick Plantations. Lennar's team have helped me all along the buying and moving in experience. They have been responsive to making fixes since moving in, and hopefully they'll continue to work out all of the kinks as promised.

House is nice, good finisher and the exterior architecture look beautiful

For me, I felt like the loab approval process was a bit much. I was asked questions that I didn't really feel was appropriate. They also asked for the same documents that I'd already sent in to a previous employee. I felt like they weren't communicating to each other. I think that a better quality paint should have been used. The paint is not able to be wiped down without the paint coming off the walls.Other than that, I love my new house.

We bought this home as a second home to beat the heat of Florida Summers. Lenard’s people are caring and want to resolve issues. We have experienced some things we have not seen before in other 7 home we have owned. Our plumbing in half the house backed up after 3 weeks, floors have major dips in them and light is showing under front door threshold. Things I believe will get straightened out. Just kind of a pain. The house looks nice and will ultimately do, for why we bought it.

Ally did a great job showing us the exact location we were looking for. Small issue that have come up were taken care of right away. Really enjoy the amenities and the friendly people who we live around. Closing was not a positive experience because they closed on so many homes on the day assigned to us.

Overall, we are very happy with our townhome. Other than the garage, the workmanship was great, but we wish there were window casings, Crown molding, and towel bars. They offered a nice incentive package to be applied towards closing, but didn’t tell us until after the fact that a portion of that would go to buying down the interest rate with Lennar Mortgage.

Overall experience was good. A little disappointed regarding some items that were not explained properly during the process, specifically the marketing of the property compared to what was delivered (square footage and covered balcony patio).

This is my second property at the same community. Their processes and service went downhill. Quality is not as good as my first property. For example, floor, countertops, details to finish the house to mention a few. Also, they didn't include features that I got from the first house in order to 'save' a few dollars. A month later, I still requesting new services claiming warranty of some issue. By the way, my first home was bought on 07/23 and the second home on 05/24. So, there's not even a year of difference.

The Condo kitchen vent is not taking cooking smoks out, this is an big issue for Asian families, I have been trying to point this issue from the very begining when I started this purchase deal. The Condo management - Tropical Asles' person who is responsible for Condo structural changes is very non responsive to my request, if I don't get its approval to install a vent to take cooking smoke out, I might consider selling it as this condo is not suitable for Asian cooking style. Secondly, there is a negative side by not installing a fresh air intake in the condo which makes indoor air quality bad overnight with long time no air exchanges, in Minnesota housing regulations, this is a must have, normally contruction will drill a hole in the basement somewhere, and use flex alumi hose to bring fresh air into the basement close to the furnace fan, then the fan will blow fresh air throughout the house, I lived in this kind of house for 40 years, I never need to open my window to get fresh air. I think Lennar needs to consider this in its new designs of condos ... More
