So far so good. Nice house. Month delay in getting driveway/landscaping/irrigation/sod but hasn't caused any major issues for us.

Wish there was a bit higher quality of construction (I.E. 2X6 vice 2X4 framing). Also there are simply not enough outlets installed nor utility sink plumbing in the garage. All of which I would have been happy to pay for if that was an option!

Overall very positive. Closing went smoothly.

Evetything was good, the only problem was the sales agent, he told me a lot of wrong informations

I unfortunately had a major issue 2 weeks after I moved in. Woke up to flooding in the main areas of the house. Was advised a sheetrocking person put a nail in the plumbing. The disaster was a nightmare. After 2 weeks of total disruption all floors were replaced. However, Kari our warranty contractor went above and beyond to make things right as soon as possible. She was genuinely concerned and worked extremely hard to get everything coordinated. Most everyone was very responsive to my needs. Finally, I’m able to enjoy my beautiful home

MJ was amazing. She was very genuine and very efficient. She was ready with anything I needed and explained everything extremely well. She is a jewel to the Lennar family. I nicknamed her "the Mayor" since she knew everything, everyone, and was really readily available for anything I needed. I would say she is your MVP when it comes to a new homeowner experience.

I had a very good experience with Jeff, he walked me through my new home and he went over the fuse box, the utility room and other important features of the home.

On the closing day, the person responsible for the closing left for vacation which caused some delay. Also, the title was not consistent which was not found until last minute.

The lottery system for initial purchase was intimidating and caused us to hesitate to make an offer to purchase for the first couple of phase releases in the Lilac community at the Junipers. Fortunately for us, the model we were interested in fell out of escrow and was offered for public sale and we were able to make an offer without going though the lottery. Overall we were happy with the closing process and Lennar Title/ Escrow and Lennar’s responsiveness to final inspection issues. The post sale concierge has been responsive to issues raised and promptly arraigned for correction of identified issues. Our move from the South Bay Area of Los Angeles County was somewhat traumatic because we were leaving a home we had lived in since mid 1977, or almost 47 years. Obviously we had accumulated and saved decades of personal belongings. That alone contributed to much of our discomfort. The Lennar team responded to our move experience and tribulations with care and understanding, but sometimes coping with requirements for passwords and access to many security-related document requirements created further complications and frustrations. We are in our mid 80’s and unaccustomed to much of the current security-related requirements that require numerous methods for identification and security. Nonetheless, Lennar leads the pack for using modern updated online documentation, These new methods and their use by the Lennar mortgage and sales teams created much friction. Now all of that is over and in the past so we can now concentrate on adjusting to our great new residence and accomplish a pleasant settlement into our new home residence in Santa Clarita, CA. ... Their selling price is very competitive. Construction and warranty managers are responsible and willing to help resolving issues. Their communities usually provide a lot of amenities.

Overall, we had a good experience with our purchase. The warranty group has been responsive and professional. Our sales agent, Matt, was excellent.

All ok. The Frig makes a lot of noise .

Project manager - Lorenzo was very professional and helpful during the walk through as well as afterwards to help review and address any concerns.

Lovely home, great location. The only suggestion would be to have the home completely finished before closing

The overall experience was good. However, the grass that is HOA controled is 6” long and needs to be mowed.

My experience with Lennar went smooth. At your walk through look closely at everything, turn the water on, look at the glass windows on garage door and even check out the air conditioner. The quality of this home is good but I would change some of the design for instance in master bedroom I would put toilet closer to the bedroom.

Lennar team were pretty helpful in the home buying process.

I asked my customer representative, Amanda Rich to give me a paint code for the cabinets- Grey- and I am still waiting for the representative to respond to my request. It's been over two weeks. That would give you a picture how the services have been! I am not happy.

Great buying experience. However after finding things that need to be repaired ,the repair process has been very slow and frustrating. I wish they would be understanding and more efficient (faster) making the minor repairs.

We love our place! Had a few bumps along the way but overall enjoy the care and attention when addressing post closing issues.

Overall, my experience with Lennar was positive. I met some wonderful people throughout my house-buying journey. However, things took a turn about a month into the five-month process with my New Home Consultant, Steve R.. From the beginning, my realtor and I sensed that Steve was relatively new to the Lennar team, but we were patient and understanding. Unfortunately, communicating with him was challenging. He seemed to take every question personally, making the process frustrating. Over the course of five months, I received only two updates from him. If I hadn’t taken it upon myself to drive by and take progress pictures outside, I would have had no record of this significant milestone, which is disheartening. Even at the end, Steve didn’t attend my home inspection, despite scheduling it himself, he stated he was overbooked but even that information came after I reached out to him. I couldn’t even get a courtesy text to let us know he could make it. Here we are a month and a half after closing and I haven’t received so much as a check-in(not even the day of closing to see if everything went well). His lack of professionalism was disappointing. On a brighter note, I am grateful for Oscar, who stepped in when Steve couldn't. Dimitrios with Lennar Mortgage ensured the mortgage process went smoothly. Daren, my Customer Care Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and explained all my home's features and warranties in great detail, showing his passion for his job. Michele, my Construction Manager, was amazing and sweet. She promptly addressed every issue noted during my third-party inspection and New Home Orientation, and even checked in the next day. I also met Vanessa, another Construction Manager, who took the time to welcome me and offer help despite not being involved with my home. The construction Area Manager was also kind and attentive, ensuring his team treated us well. Additionally, Leah from the Sales office was very helpful during the remote closing, providing crucial information when Steve did not. Since I moved it I’ve had to put in a few warranty requests and they were all addressed timely. If Steve had been my only representation of the company and community I wouldn’t recommend Lennar to anyone. Remote closing was also a bit hectic but overall we got it done. We bought the Muirwood plan, and love it except for a few minor details. The drawers in the kitchen do not glide smoothly. They are cheap drawer glides. I will need to upgrade them post-closing. The bathroom cabinets that are not directly under a sink in the Master could have been standard cabinets with one drawer and that's typically not much more expensive than the no-drawer, sink base version. Those center cabinets in the Master would have been better if they had at least 3 drawers. IN the tiled areas, we found several places where the grout was not fully cleaned off the tiles by the installers. And the lack of gutters is causing a problem with erosion, also up to me to fix post-closing. The biggest oversight, however is the difference between the size of the refrigerator space and the passage ways to get a fridge in. There is no door large enough for a full depth fridge that occupies the full width of the refrigerator space. Once you get in past the widest door opening (front), you still have to get past the kitchen island. This is a design flaw. Making the island counter just a few inches smaller would both save Lennar money and facilitate getting a full-sized fridge into the kitchen, so that homeowners don't have to look at a large gap in the refrigerator space due to a smaller fridge. Also, sales staff should have on hand literature from FOCUS broadband disclosing the specific plans that are available at that time. Most items on our punch list were taken care of, however, some paint touch up has not been completed. We are now nearing 2 months in the home. Marco has been great and responsive, but I have been unable to contact Maria, my sales consultant. Wes has been helpful, as has John with finance.
